Pros

Its easy to add, to add and edit customers, easy search function to find contacts and add notes, set reminders etc...

Cons

I found the reporting takes a bit of getting used to as well as producing newsletters.

I like Zoho. It was a comprehensive CRM. It gave a complete history with attached emails, calls, and additional notes. You could see what the entire history was on a specific individual.

Pros

Ease of use. Ability to customize fields

Cons

Some of the search functionality was a little odd. It wasn't as comprehensive. It's been a year or so since I've used it so it's possilble those have been adjusted. I couldn't search a criteria in a certain field. It would search that criteria throughout giving me a lot of false positives rather than what I was looking for. No duplicate entry notification.

Pros

Majorly this tool helps to build trusting relationships with clients and supports customer-centricity to the core. CRM functions are one of the awesome features which automatically trigger the functions and update the CRM records. Adding to that, uninterrupted access to customer data also provides a 360-degree view of customer interests and preferences. Based on the customer's requirement, We can create customized CRM.

Cons

Not much. Over-customization sometimes results in too clunky CRM systems.

I really hate it. My company forces us to use it as the CRM and we've all essentially abandoned it and rely on Google Sheets instead. Every action in Zoho is poorly thought out and it is such a pain to use daily. The features aren't even that great so making every action a chore + shotty features and it's a nightmare.

Pros

There are no pros that I can really think of other than they integrate with a lot of solutions, but that doesn't make up for how poor it is everywhere else

Cons

Honestly Zoho feels like it expanded too fast to offer various products without really focusing on one and polishing it before moving to the next. A lot of the features and functionality just feel lacking in practically every area and it's a pain in the butt to use for even the most basic of tasks. It makes repetitive work an absolute chore.

Pros

Zoo has the ability to take care of it email and address book needs. We are not using much more of the suite currently.

Cons

I'm not aware of any cons at this time. The email spam filters need to set up & be initialize manually.

Good functionality, great integrations. Ability to separate different client bases.

Pros

The App makes it easy to track my clients input on the road. If I call through the app on my phone it automatically integrates it as a call in the client notes, which saves on manual recording.

Cons

It's a big system though so it will take a lot of time/effort to learn how to use it all effectively in order to maximise its benefits. I didn't get a team concierge to train me but figured it out a lot on my own.

Pros

When I first entered the company everything was done on paper, everything was very disorganized and hard to keep track of. This is when we found a Zoho CRM and took a trial. After implementing their house CRM we have vastly improved our productivity and communication about clients and projects. I highly recommend Hahs SIER when I first entered the company everything was done on paper, everything was very disorganized and hard to keep track of. This is when we found a Zoho CRM and took a trial. After implementing zero CRM we have vastly improved our productivity and communication about clients and projects. I highly recommend Zoho CRM.

Cons

Implementation was tricky and had hiccups during onboarding.

Pros

Easy to use with a lot of of modular features. However they are not well integrated. Low cost relative to competitors.

Cons

Poor development quality with lots of broken features. No QA whatsoever. Things break consistently. Very available but utterly useless support with zero follow-up. Lots of modular features that only partially integrate. It seems that they dont think through use-cases to their product but to just add features their competitors thought through This is a low quality product you SHOULD NOT rely on for business.

Notifications sent to users were one of the best value adds. Customer service is lovely. Recording all the sales, and making various types of data representation is great. Export and Importing reports and integration with other platforms is really easy too.

Pros

Managing business is very easy for ZOHO CRM users - Bulk customized emails can be sent out to users, its interface is very easy to understand data insights and the various widgets which are a value add in itself can be customized as well based on data outcomes. Their customer support is awesome and they have one of the quickest turnaround for resolving service tickets.

Cons

Nothing much to dislike about ZOHO CRM software. They also have very good guides for purchasing for onboarding new team members.

Pros

I really appreciate the simplicity of the Zoho apps, I have been a Zoho user for several years and the apps never fail to deliver. Simple and easy to use, this is a great tool for anyone either starting out or advanced users searching for a replacement.

Cons

On occasion for some reason emails sent from within the apps (a great tool) have been known to fall into spam. This is rare but does happen.

Another advantage is its good integration with mailing software, with which we can send email templates to any contact. With ZohoCRM we have achieved a comfortable payment process, with a lot of transparency and ease. We think the large number of payment platforms that admits. Our organization is fully pleased with this platform. It has shown us its potential and its high quality. That is why we consider that zohocrm is a good investment. Zohocrm offers an excellent integration capacity to different services, both cloud storage and business project management.

Pros

Zohocrm has a good system for issuing invoices (especially when its integration with zoho invoice is achieved). It allows managing budgets, keeping control of the commercial team, and a history of each contact or company added at some point of time. Its integration with the Office suite is excellent. We are facing a platform that manages to manage our potential customers is entertaining and very simple. Zohocrm has undoubtedly brought us excellent service. Its use has been a great advantage when handling the problems and doubts of our customers. Zohocrm is highly recommended for its high customer segmentation capacity according to predetermined ranges, and for its feedback collection tool. This software we loved.

Cons

With zohocrm you can not handle surveys among the work team. You can not track expenses (in general it does not work for monetary management). Your sales funnel management tool is slow and not very customizable, and you can not talk to customers from social networks.

### "I really want to love Zoho"

Pros

There is a lot to like, custom fields, integrations, custom-made layouts and displays... you can do a lot with Zoho CRM that you cant do (or cant find) with other CRMs

Cons

It's a little buggy, it seems like it's been around a while and it has had functions built on top of functions for years and little things you think would work aren't working or even available. The worst thing about Zoho is its support. It's TERRIBLE. You can wait several days for a response, then the reply wont even be close to a solid answer (makes me wonder if they are even reading the questions or just trying to get thru a week's worth of support questions in an hour). They even have a support forum that hasn't been monitored in years, and they don't tell you that, so you wait... and wait... and wait... if everything Zoho offered was HALF the price it is now, I would be totally happy figuring out things by myself, but for the price points, I want GOOD support, or at least somewhat responsive support that knows the product. Customer Support Training has been de4speratly needed in India based Saas for a long time. I hope they realize you can build brand loyalty by training support, not adding more programmers.

### "Email Communication Just Got Easier with Zoho!"

My experience with Zoho has been great. I have been able to share documents with my colleagues and complete tasks assigned by set deadlines. I have also been able to save clients contact information which reduced the need to have to refer to office records to access information. Finally, I was able to install the software on my phone which has made it possible for me to keep track of and respond to work emails without having to carry my PC with me everywhere I go.

Pros

Zoho has several features that make email communication easier in the workplace. It has notes and tasks features that enable you to keep track of assigned jobs. Employers are able to assign deadlines by mentioning employee work email. It also contains Contacts which contains clients email information. Furthermore, with the Read receipt, you are able to see if your clients received your email. You can also add a link to your company website and social media accounts using your email signature.

Cons

Despite being a great software to set up business email, Zoho has very limited storage space which forces the need to purchase more storage space.

Overall I'm happy we chose to use Zoho CRM. It is a pretty fairly priced CRM & their customer support is good even if it takes them a long time to help.

Pros

We enjoy the check-in feature and call feature - automatically logging check-ins and calls at a button push. Integration with Zapier is a plus.

Cons

It's a little messy in how it does automation, customer support takes more time than I'd like (but it's still great support), and there are synchronization issues between the cloud and Android app (my employee has Android and we've worked a few kinks out with Zoho CRM's dev team)

Zoho CRM definitely is a competitive CRM and great to track the sales process. Attaching the sales process to the ongoing projects, and creating an integrated module to track the post-sales processes could make life easier. Over all - I do believe I made the right choice in picking Zoho CRM for my current organization where we do business globally.

Pros

The User Interface encourages ease of use. Menus and settings are clear. The learning curve for new users is quite steep.

Cons

The fact that the addons/plugins teams are sometimes not completely able to provide support on certain issues. I also do not like the fact that I am not directly able to extract records (Contacts, accounts, etc) directly after filtering - I now have to create separate records for every export required.

My experience with Zoho has been great, I have been able to get the cheapest and complete customer relation management system setup and running

Pros

I like the fact that; 1. I can setup a dedicated email server 2. Set up a conference meeting 3. Setup my organization group portal 4. And, I like the way I am able to support customers enquiry

Cons

The software is great, no serious defect except for the fact that it involves having to install several of their software/mobile app and Access several of there website. Simply saying, everything is not in one piece but it's just great

Pros

As for most Zoho Suite, the UX is well thought and a lot of customization is possible. It really fits our needs and we can use it quite easily and most of all we can integrate it with many tools. If you're using Zoho One it's excellent but it can be integrated with many different tools as well. I get used to Zoho CRM quite quickly, in about 10 days it was settled.

Cons

Regarding our needs I can't see something for now in Zoho CRM that needs to be added. I don't say that it's perfect but for our use, we have all we need for now.

We utilize the Zoho suite, Zoho one, and the whole Zoho CRM, as well as its customer site. My favorite feature of Zoho CRM is the AI sales assistant, which solves the majority of our business use cases and difficulties. We have reduced downtime due to service and administrative challenges by 50% since we began utilizing Zoho CRM's AI sales assistant. I highly recommend Zoho CRM for mid-scale to large-scale businesses.

Pros

The Zoho CRM is simple to use. It truly serves customers for sales staff to determine the type of leads gathered by the tool, and it provides real-time information for accurate analysis to assess the importance of the leads as fresh, cold, and hot offers on a unified platform. The features are quite effective and beneficial for professionals on a daily basis.

Cons

As of now, I have had no problems using Zoho. We experienced troubles with its designed campaign software and utilized Zoho Campaigns until recently, but the two have now fully merged and advertising data are easy to evaluate within the CRM program. The notes view is the one field that I probably despise the most because it is difficult to filter on.

### "When you need a custom CRM Zoho is head and shoulders above the rest"

I wanted to capture lead data from a lead gen form into my CRM i.e. timeline, desired location, loan program etc. I looked at several extremely more expensive solutions and none could match the functionality of Zoho. You can litterally make Zoho perform any action with the right configuration.

Pros

I wanted something I cold customize to my needs and Zoho was the only option that allows or even comes close to doing everything we need.

Cons

This is not a super user friendly solution and requires lots of patience, research, and trial and error. Setting up SMS messaging for leads has been really challenging where most CRM's have a solution out of the box ready to go with Zoho you have to set up a third party app and configure it but even once installed its not straight forward to use and requires lots of trial and error.

Liondesk lied when they said they could help with custom fields making user data available. Only after paying was I told that not only could the tool not do what I wanted, I would not get a refund and further once you port your number to their solution you have to pay them to get your number back.
