### "Great for emails"

My overall experience with Zoho has been pleasant. It gets the job done with no fuss.

Pros

My favorite feature from Zoho is the emails. They are super easy to send and receive. Plus, I can do it from my phone or laptop, super convenient!

Cons

What I like least about Zoho is the interface. It’s not the prettiest. Could definitely use a little updating.

Cons

promised an easy transition and integration but it actually took a long time to be set up properly. The phone can be set up with it but does not actually host the phone which o would like.

Overall it’s been good. I get frustrated at times when I feel like somethings should be available in CRM but it’s still a useful tool.

Pros

Very inexpensive compared to most other products out there. Customer support is always very fast and very helpful.

Cons

C+ student compared to Salesforce. They are much more concerned with adding a lot of features instead of perfecting features. I prefer they make the core stuff great and not give me a ton of extra features that are fairly useful.

Cons

Workflow automation limited to Professional Tier, which is a must for SME's and forces the SME to purchase. Which adds to cost!

I found it a pleasure to use this CRM. It is extremely user friendly and simple to use. It does what is required for a successful business and has all the elements that are required.

Pros

It is very user friendly. Written by people who understand people, businesses and what is required to run a successful business Support has improved 900% compared to when I first signed up. In their early years, I was literally pulling out my hair trying to get someone to talk to. Now they monitor your struggles and you automatically receive calls offering support from their support team without even having to pick up the phone to call them.

Cons

There is very little, if anything, about this software that one would not like. Everything one requires in a CRM is found there.

For me if it’s just for basic CRM use it’s workable. I think advanced users might find a little clunky.

Pros

The price is very reasonable. Good for just basic CRM use.

Cons

I found the the UX not so great. I wish it was more intuitive some of the features are a little clunky.

Pros

It's great that it integrates with other Zoho applications making it a comprehensive and simple solution for my institution. The sales forecasting feature helps us to predict revenue growth realistically.

Cons

The interface can be more intuitive to make it seamless for first time users. It requires some training before new employees can use it.

Overall, Zoho CRM is perfect for us. What's great is that we're able to customize it such that we can handle all our B2B orders through Zoho CRM. Plan to also use Zoho CRM for customer experience.

Pros

Love the cost of this CRM. We've tried Hubspot, Activecampaign, Cloze before, but those CRMs get costly as we add more contacts. Zoho CRM is very affordable for us and does everything that we were able to do with the other CRMs.

Cons

What I like least about Zoho in general is their customer support. They are very slow in responding and also not able to solve many of our problems, we had to figure out a lot of things ourselves.

Because of the cost.

It is good as a free solution for startups but if you have a little money to spend then I would go with something else.

Pros

It was free to use and did the basics. It was easy to onboard additional users. It integrated with email.

Cons

The design is very old school and the functionality is very limited. It's like it was designed 15 years ago.

### "Hands Down...the Best Way to Store Passwords!"

Zoho is by far the best way to keep track of the hundreds and even thousands of passwords for agencies and companies with a lot of employees that need shared access to many passwords. Not only is it easy to access, the tags make it very easy to find by business name or type.

Pros

Zoho is very easy and intuitive to use. I love the tagging feature as it makes finding exactly what I'm looking for very easy.

Cons

Sometimes my browser logs me out, not really sure if that is a browser issue or a security feature of Zoho, but for some reason I get logged out without even emptying cache.

We continue to add more ZOHO products after just starting with zoho one. Their support staff is great and they are always willing to take suggestions on improvement or changes.

Pros

I like that we are able to keep all of our customer information in one place and it integrates with our other software. We can limit all levels of our employees to see only the information they need. It makes training easier and keeps our customer's information more secure.

Cons

I don't like that they are not able to integrate to the payment software that we absolutely love.

This is absolute solution for vendor leads managed by my company. Whenever anyone comes to our company we provide them with our inputs, which has boosted our sales. The customers are very satisfied by user friendly environment and all of my colleagues are happy by this crm.

Pros

It is very customizable only if you want to change it according to functionality of basic zoho crm. If you change it too much, the basic features get discarded. However ,very customizable and feauture rich crm. Learning curve is very easy. It follows customer pipeline model. It is very user friendly.

Cons

The setup is complicated and the customer support are not much supportive in that regard. It requires investing time even on setup process.

I use Zoho as my main CRM on a daily basis. Along with my cold calls, I use Zoho to schedule phone meetings with potential clients. Since I've made Zoho my primary CRM, I have been able to connect with my clients on a regular basis. All I need to do is click on the activity page and my calls for the day are listed in front of my eyes.

Pros

This software is free which is extremely important for me. Beforehand, CRM's were very expensive and demanded a heavy fee. Zoho CRM has changed the game and now offers a free CRM platform with the options to upgrade.

Cons

The learning curve is a little hard in the beginning. Transferring contacts from excel can be a little tricky due to the formatting of the document and the way it gets processed.
