Zoho CRM is very effective in helping you manage your day to day businesses. The ease of integration is amazing.

Pros

The lead management feature is very impressive. I like how it generates prospects, qualifies lead, and even nurture the leads. It allows you to customize data according to your brand. The user interface is easy to understand.

Cons

At times you get to experience delay in file uploads, especially if its bulky. But overall its a reliable CRM tool.

I use Zoho as my main CRM on a daily basis. Along with my cold calls, I use Zoho to schedule phone meetings with potential clients. Since I've made Zoho my primary CRM, I have been able to connect with my clients on a regular basis. All I need to do is click on the activity page and my calls for the day are listed in front of my eyes.

Pros

This software is free which is extremely important for me. Beforehand, CRM's were very expensive and demanded a heavy fee. Zoho CRM has changed the game and now offers a free CRM platform with the options to upgrade.

Cons

The learning curve is a little hard in the beginning. Transferring contacts from excel can be a little tricky due to the formatting of the document and the way it gets processed.

Zoho CRM Application updates regularly and this sometimes may cause bugging but the best part is that they are resolved quickly by the developers

Exceptional! I cant imagine being thrown into this role without it. the record keeping is amazing and i would recommend it to everyone.

Pros

We had 2 IT reps leave within a 2 month span, i had to takeover not knowing anything about ZOHO. It is very user friendly and easy to use. learned most of what i needed within a couple hours of just clicking here and there. I haven't had any issues with this product and has assisted in the IT transition beautifully and without negative recourse.

Cons

look and feel is pretty basic but that has no effect on its value.

Since I have an IT background it was so easy for me to use and configure. The limits on downloading was a real issue for me, but overall it's an awesome tool. There's limited telephone or account support...so, you have to figure a lot out on your own. For me, it wasn't much of an issue. The integrations are cumbersome and harder to figure out without testing and patience.

Pros

free, intuitive and easy to navigate...helps me prioritize my pipeline

Cons

integration to outlook difficult, hard to keep up with tasks and takes a lot of configuring for a basic user if you want to maximize use.

Pros

I like the fact that you can really customize the tool to your business needs. It's pluggable to a lot of other tools and other Zoho features.

Cons

Having a lot of possibilities means you have to spend some time to learn everything. But their documentation is usually very clear.

Pros

Streamlines the procurement and selling process with suppliers. It is effective in tracking purchases and sales and provides links to social media platforms. Zoho CRM also has a mobile application. Aside from basics features such as contact management, workflows and custom fields, the software syncs with other external systems.

Cons

The integration of the software to other Zoho products is a complicated and tedious process. The Zoho does not readily detect duplicate prospects such as accounts in the system

1\. Zoho is a great CRM for tracking lead generation , setting up Email campaigning , Calls ,Chats etc. 2. Setup your complete organization work flow with Zoho CRM. 3. There a lots of subscription available to purchase according to your need. 4. It has great look and feel and IDE. 5. You can use Zoho templates or you can create you own templates for emailing and other purposes. 6. You can customize Zoho CRM as per your requirement , if you are developer.

Cons

You need to have good knowledge of CRM if you want to use zoho CRM more effectively.

It did help organize our company, however I think there are many other softwares that would have done a better job.

Pros

I like the option of creating separate forums for varying types of conversation within a project.

Cons

It's not self explanatory. There's a lot of information that I missed and picked up over a year later. I also really disliked the number of emails that I got through the software. Even when unsubscribing to many options, there were still too many emails coming through based on the structure of the system.

The daily activities is tracked on the same page and the overdue notification pops up when the task is not completed which helps us with the business growth. I was also able to track the sales made and the email notification like opened status is a very helpful tool for a sales professional

Pros

I started working on Zoho as an alternate for the CRM which we were using. Initially i found it difficult to manage the CRM , later found that it was so easy to manage. The features of the CRM was quite different,however i was able to manage all in one place. The dashboard made the work easier for me and i was actually testing the CRM for the first time. Once after testing the same, we made the CRM permanent and currently my whole team is working with Zoho

Cons

The live chat option is lagging and was not able to coordinate with the same. After my trial period is over, we tried reaching the customer service to re activate and the response was bit delayed.

Pros

I like that the interface is neat and simple without the excessive clutters associated with other CRM products I've used. It's very easy to customize this product to fit your needs. I like how easy it is to create customized workflows and approvals

Cons

I use a lot of Zoho products, so I expect that Zoho CRM should be easy to integrate with the other Zoho products. Unfortunately, that's not the case. I've noticed some inconsistencies that I don't hope would be ironed out in subsequent releases.

I use Zoho every day and so do the sales people, the power and the flexibility of the reporting means that we can look at the data far quicker than using the previous method of excel spreadsheets. This means that we can better analyse our sales cycle and also most importantly our customer satisfaction

Pros

It works in all browsers, very easy to use and intuitive to generate reports.

Cons

It can be tricky with the changing of passwords for the password policy!

Pros

Setup all my email on this and connected it to my personal Gmail. I can send and recieve emails as (me)@(domain).org pretty easily. Good feature parity to Microsoft 365/GSuite, as well as many things they don't have to build your business online.

Cons

You'll probably want to Microsoft or Google if you want something that your employees are already familiar with. Has similar issue to Office 365, if you don't use GSuite people will likely use their personal Google accounts for Drive and Calendar.

Zoho CRM is our main way of tracking all Leads that come into our organization. It keeps track of where a Lead is at anywhere in the sales funnel process. Ultimately affording us the ability to manage Leads in a more efficient manner.

Pros

I absolutely love this software. ZohoCRM is incredibly customizable and has many handy features. I love the Blueprint system and workflow automation features along with the ability to create custom functions within Zoho.

Cons

I wish there was more training videos out there about the software to make it more useful.

Pros

We can pretty much do anything we want to on Zoho CRM. There are a ton of features and even more features when you combine it with other software in the Zoho suite.

Cons

It took us a few months to really understand the software. We assumed that the placeholder modules that existed on account creation were simply boilerplate and removed them, but they are not.
