Pros

The level of customization was intense but would be great for a larger, more developed organization that is using their CRM much more robustly.

Cons

I wasn't aware I went straight into the enterprise edition, which was so much more than we needed and actually prevented folks from wanting to get into the platform and play around. The free didn't offer the tiny bit of customization I needed so I now need to write a review to try out the standard. No worries, but wish I would have known more going into the trial.

Zoho CRM has been a great tool for managing my customer relationships. It’s packed with features, but it’s still pretty easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. Setting up workflows and tracking leads has helped me stay on top of things and keep my sales pipeline organized. It’s not the simplest CRM out there, but the learning curve is worth it because of all the customization options and integrations. Overall, it’s a solid platform that’s helped me streamline my business processes.

Pros

One of the best things about Zoho CRM is how customizable it is. I can tailor it to fit my exact needs, whether it's creating custom fields, layouts, or automating workflows.

Cons

The support is not always great, sometimes it can take a while to get back a response that is worth while.

Overall my experience with Zoho CRM has been very positive. There are many positive aspects that can help any team excel . The AI powered Atomated Sales Assistant Zia is also a great feature

Pros

Two things I liked the most about Zoho CRM is the AI powered Sales Assistant Zia which has helped me analyze quicker and second the way I was able to Analyze and find a pattern on my member's interaction at multiple touchpoints

Cons

I was not able to perform a lot of customization probably because I have not explored all the customizations that is possible.

I am using this Software since last 1 year and we are also renewing for the next year as well because all our work is not automated just because of Zoho crm right from Marketing automation activities assigning leads to salespeople and in depth dashboard separately for sales and marketing teams with AI based insights as well.

Pros

I liked the dashboard analytics and AI features in the Zoho CRM, almost all the things have been automated by this crm software which are necessary to run your business and the solution price is also moderatte one not too low and not too high and customer support is also good.

Cons

User experience on mobile app can be better and they can reduce the pricing for the each add on feature

As crucial as they are, maintaining healthy customers relationships wasn't always easy for us up until we employed Zoho CRM to assist us. It has helped us to have a free space to interact with our customers which has seen us build very healthy relationships with them. More to just communicating, Zoho CRM allows us to manage our customers information with ease.

Pros

The automation workflows in Zoho CRM which are making our daily routine tasks less efforts and time demanding and more precise. The contact management that help us keep our customer information well organized. The customer communication features which allows us to interact freely with our customers at any time. Zoho CRM reporting and analytics features which are keeping us on the lookout for the ways to improve our customer relationships.

Cons

We have not had any major drawbacks from Zoho CRM.

i tried and found it ok to use for my needs and going to try it again. Last time i left coz find the costing bit high as with each new module I was to upgrade the plan.

Pros

multiple integrations for almost everything. calender, mail, crm, marketing, bookigs and lots more including invoice and fianance.

Cons

support and ease of use. No one to one session available and this is where most of the sme fails. It will be better if they ahve one to one support in inital set up.

If you absolutely can't use another CRM, then go with this, I guess, but be aware that it will be a very long process to learn to use it.

Pros

I have nothing to share, I genuinely dislike everything about this CRM. The abundance of things overwhelm a first time user.

Cons

Organization, ease of use in general and the incredible abundance of functions that offers that are just there... It seems the sky is the limit but the most basic stuff it does wrong. You want a simple template that shows all relevant information for a client without fishing every corner of the screen for it or going away of the initial page to get all the relevant data. Seriously don't recommend.

Pros

For us, this is one of the most complete CRM platforms available. We usually recommend tis platform to SMB's who need a CRM platform, but still are not big enought to get Salesforce for example (and in some case this is all they'll ever need)

Cons

Maybe time needed to do the initial set-up, as everything needs to be changed and the default options are not always useful. The UI sometimes feel a bit clunky.

Zoho CRM integrates across the Zoho product line. Helpdesk, campaigns, crm all talking and working together! Great for streamlining.

Cons

Sometimes Zoho CRM can feel a bit clunky. I've noticed the system can be slow occasionally.
