Zoho has been the best CRM for us as we continue to grow into a larger company. It has simplified so many things into one place. We didn't have just one CRM we were using at it was easy to lose things. Now with it all in one place, our whole team can be more effective.

Pros

With Zoho, we can limit how many subscriptions and software programs down to one instead of paying for and keeping track of four separate sources for our scheduling, quotes, customer database, invoicing and more.

Cons

If anything with your email address changes such as the password, you are no longer able to view the emails in Zoho until that is resolved. Understandable but frustrating if you're in the middle of a project.

Me gusta el interfaz, es fácil de usar y muy dinámico, lo cual te permite administrar de una gran manera tus procesos con posibles clientes y clientes que ya estén en tu cartera y quieras actualizar información o dar seguimientos y sobre todo me gusto que pudieras sincronizar la aplicación con tu móvil y mantener registros telefónicos dentro de la misma de manera automática

relamente no encuentro fallas en su funcionamiento o contras pero siempre se puede mejorar

A lot of features for the price point. Compared to other CRMs there is a lot more bang for the buck with ZoHo. Lots of options, features and customizations that come standard.

Cons

One of the cons is the pro! With so many features and customization available, this makes this CRM a little harder to learn and navigate to use all features availabl.e

Territory and pipeline management were huge factors.

\-Great value -Extremely easy to use -Everything is very intuitive -Uploads are a breeze -Love that you can customize each form with the information that makes sense for your business -Form customization is easy and VERY flexible -Love the mapping tool -- makes life easy for our "road warriors"! -Reports are easy to create, generate, and store for future use -De-duping is easy -Search functionality is very through and easy to use

Cons

We use this software mostly to organize accounts and their associated contacts and to track visits, so we are only using a fraction of the software's capability. Our sales team has complained that sometimes the software is slow to "sync" on their phone app and we've had a few glitches with the app not prompting us to "log" a call at its completion.

We love that we can keep all of our incoming leads, customer information, invoices, sales report and record in one place. We set-up Zoho CRM 5 1/2 years ago. At the time Zoho was limited but good enough to serve our start-ups needs. --Zoho keeps getting better each year with new features added regularly. We love all the new features that have enhanced our way of doing business. --Today I would recommend Zoho as the BEST CRM available. And we love the new tutorials and webinars!

We use ZOHO every day and we love it. We love their business model. We recently went to a user group meeting in Austin and it was very informative and we met a lot of their developers who were very open to some suggestions that we gave them.

Pros

ZOHO has many available options without nickeling and diming for every addition. One reasonable cost covers all of the features we need. Great Product!

Cons

The only add-on that we found that had limited functionality is zoho sheets. The program is ok, but we still use a separate program for "sheets".

### "Not the best system out there... and customer support is pretty poor"

While the application has its flaws, we have been using it for over a year and it serves its purpose. Our main concern at this point is scalability, once we increase our user base significantly.

Pros

The application serves its purpose, but seems to be directed to much less sophisticated users than, say, Salesforce customers. It's fairly easy to figure out the basic functions, the reports are easy to set up, and the interface is fairly fluid.

Cons

It isn't always easy to figure out how to implement various functions. One issue we had was with the bcc function, which was blocked by an internet security application until we figured that out. Also, customer service is really poor. We use Zoho for projects too and customer service is even worse. We've been trying to work with them to figure out an institutional authentication protocol and they are useless. Not recommended for more sophisticated users. Oh, and we had multiple billing issues until they got their act together and fixed how they were billing for numbers of users and reimbursed us for that error.

Pros

I like the Customer data and contact management, territory management, quote and order management, interaction tracking, contract management, Invoicing just to mention a few.

Cons

User integration with other tools for data sharing and reconciliation purposes and more details user activity reports to better track our users activity.

I've used it to create a small sales dept twice already. It's cheap and helpful if to forget about cons. In my opinion, it is rather good and competitive.

Pros

The most attracting in this CRM is the speed of installation. You can set up a simple sales workflow with several automatizations within 1-2 days and start using the CRM at once. It is a great choice for small-medium sales depts. Also, they've got a great email-client which allows track and interact with your leads. And finally, synchronization. Zoho allows synchronizing all its apps in one eco-system. That's really great.

Cons

Poor performance. It crashes something like twice a months for 15-90 minutes. Really poor support. I've ranked their support level with 2 stars. That is exactly the number of professional and helpful support agents they have (out of a dozen).

Pros

The major pro of Soho CRM is its price if compared to competition like Salesforce. Zoho One that we adopted last year at Zoho's recommendation is an improvement in the overall user experience if compared to Zoho CRM that we have used for over 3 years.

Cons

Overall user experience can benefit from some streamlining in how the user navigates the product. The custom reporting is inconsistent in its results and as such we considered it unreliable.

You get a lot of support getting started. I really believe they have the best system for a growing company.

Pros

I was a power user of SalesForce when joining the launch of this new company. I interviewed various CRM platforms and was amazed with all the bells and whistles of Zoho. A ton of integrations and customizations available too.

Cons

Zoho, just like SalesForce, is a bit complex to set up, but if you put in the necessary time and attention up front - you’ll have the perfect system.

We've been using it for over 8 years and appreciate the additional apps, upgrades and add-ons that Zoho releases. Our primary use is specifically related to client, activity and opportunity management and tracking. We looked at many other RCM applications and Zoho was the clear choice.

Pros

Consistent integration of new apps. Outstanding price point, tons of functionality, intuitive and easy to learn...

Cons

I'd like to see tighter Outlook calendar and email integration.

Up and down. Sometimes it works as expected, and it gives you enough flexibility to customize it to your needs. Plus, for the price, it easier on your bank account compared to others. And then, bugs start to happen, things start to break, and then all of sudden you've lost 10 hours that week trying to get your CRM working again. You're really paying for what you get with Zoho CRM. If you have a very limited budget, this CRM will be fine understanding that there will be plenty of hiccups. Otherwise, if you can afford a higher tier CRM, I'd highly recommend it.

Pros

The nice thing about Zoho CRM is that it can be customized to meet your business needs with a lot of hard work and special skill sets (coding, etc). In our case, we customized this application to be in sync with our order management, product supply, and delivery that gives us an all in one customer and order management solution.

Cons

There are a lot of small bugs, things sometimes just break, and while their support team is responsive, they aren't trained well enough to quickly help you solve problems.

We tried 3 other online solutions until we found Zoho CRM, and never looked back. It grew in accuracy and variety as we grew our business. It keep up with modern trends like newsletter delivery and SEO.

Pros

A wide variety of features that you can opt in or out from, depending on the size and needs of your business.

Cons

There are lots of features that we don't need and it takes a bit of time to disable them, but that is a minor inconvenience.

Pros

Easy of use, ability to organize files and folders. Ability to share resources with teams that are out of state. Great way to connect and share ideas, and it's one place to keep all of your resources.

Cons

What I like least is that I receive a lot of emails indicating the status of a question or topic. The information isn't always relevant to me.

I love the Zoho CRM is so versatile. You can customized it to do pretty much anything that you want.

Cons

Because it is so customizable you may need to find someone that can build out what you want. I found there isn't a lot of people who actually know how to build things out so that has been a little challenging
