Zoho CRM was easy to set up and continues to be easy to use. The interface is simple and easy to use.

Cons

I cannot think of anything negative to write in this review. We switched from Salesforce and overall, Zoho is easier to use.

We use Zoho for marketing, sales, and all our contact management. It's easy to use, and the new 2016 update is wonderful. I really appreciate the ability to customize everything I want and need, from the fields and look to the workflow for each contact.

in my onboarding, I found there were too many options to figure out how to implement. this is the case for any CRM, however, and I appreciated the many choices for configuration. they just took some time to figure out.

Cons

It's so overly complicated and workflows difficult to create. It's a great system if you have a team to work and manage it but as a small business it's too big to be really usable easily.

We opt to use the service after the free trial and got hooked up with range of support services for our growing SaaS solution. We are delighted to see that Supportbench is bringing new features on a periodic basis based on client feedback. Now after few months of use, Our customers know that we are responding to them and feel like their IT needs are being addressed much quicker and more precisely the very first time.

Pros

We found ebooks and guides very useful in setting up Zoho for our use was generally painless. One-on-one demo with Zoho help desk specialist was very helpful in addressing our needs along with various customization options. Ticket management and reporting is very handy in understanding customer issues in detail. Our customers and our support users really liked the email functionality to create and respond to tickets via email.

Cons

Overall Zoho provides enough tools to support our growing business! We would like see more video tutorials on their youtube channel.

We intergrated this software with another for Asset management, the support team was glad to help us and everything was up and running in no time

I often use the CRM on a daily basis, I consider it very useful and many important features for my business activity, however, some points should be improved such as: -Integration of communications made by whatsapp -Chat by people who really know the Portuguese Language -Integration with Linkedin to add prospect's profile -report of which sales contracts will generate for the year of sale and rental -direct conversion of the filled fields when designing the proposal and the opportunity

I've had an okay experience with this CRM. I think it would be good to use for small companies looking to purchase their first CRM, but it's not the best on the market.

Pros

It functions as a CRM and is great for companies or user bases that are looking for a starter CRM, maybe they've never used one before and need one now. It's great for storing customer data and organizing that data, but it leaves a lot to be desired in terms of customization (building custom things for it) and automation.

Cons

It's rather clunky to use and has a pretty steep learning curve. It's not very intuitive.

It has been very smooth and pleasant to work with at all times

Pros

It is great how much you get in this package. A fully featured domain email host so business emails look much more professional. And a lengthy suite of options to help\[ with business, in particular, the Zoho expense which comes with a great app to take pictures of receipts extremely quick and tabulate all expenses. The customer service has been excellent as well any issues I have come across has been dealt with in a very reasonable time frame. Loads of team communication features with the email which could prove to be highly effective to organize team efforts and arrange roles for specific emails received

Cons

Takes a bit of back end work to get the domain set up for email hosting and a bit of research with the knowledge base. A bit lacklustre on the design front compared to modern applications.

Very satisfied with sales CRM but unhappy with ZOHO Desk

Pros

It is a CRM you can setup and start using. No need for a programmer to do the setup. So along as you think through the requirement is a systematic way and plan it in advance, the setting up is a breeze, well supported by their support team on chat

Cons

Zoho Desk which is also available is not suited for customer support activities of equipments. It is more suited for IT software, hardware firms with call center facilities

I like to say that the implementation of the zohocrm is the beginning of the international phase to my company with the portfolio of the last project we did, the contracts according the needs of our client, the time of execution and the invoices to be done. Also we begin to address the construction phase in the same crm software.

Pros

I like zohocrm implementation for our project business and this allow us to work out of our country, this aspect turn into an option for create a new way of communicate with potential and actual costumers, and that's a plus. The great thing is that we could show our work, create contracts, negotiate the scope of projects and prepare the deliver forms, with the invoices included. With the software all company can work as a team and reach the same goal, make every project within the crm software conditions. This allows us to grow in the region.

Cons

At the beginning of the implementation phase it was very difficult to adjust previous contract negotiation to the new contract negotiation under the crm software, it take under consideration time of execution, cost and profits. At the end we learn not only the crm software, also the process we are involved with.

Great price, easy to use and deploy, user friendly and scalable! Usually when something needs to be improved I usually contact their support and suggest for future upgrades. They have implemented 90% of my suggestions which is very impressive!

Powerful user friendly CRM tool that allows you to customize with limited IT and programing skills. Very user friendly and robust for the price. I've been using this for my small business clients for over 10 years. I LOVE IT but more importantly my clients Love ME for it!

I am fan of this tool as it is easy to use and simple. No complexity at all. It is a platform where you can manage everything regarding your business and customer, From billing to inventory and customer desk and reporting everything are in one platform which is awesome. It can help to better plan and track the project and ensure effective communication. Zoho One provides a single solution to help manage the business. You may manage a big amount of datasets, which promotes our company. Additionally, the pricing structure of the solution aids in budget management since you must pay for users who are actually necessary for a given operation.

Cons

There will be times when you are unable to make a decision. When you have multiple integrations that you may or may not need but must deal with. This can wreak havoc on your overall user experience.

Pros

I appreciate the price point and the flexibility of the plans that are available. I also appreciate that Zoho has a whole group of resources (such as Zoho Meeting) that can integrate reliably with one another.

Cons

I do find that it took me quite a while to learn how to integrate the other platforms and it's not as well known so it doesn't integrate well with my website platform.

We've been using Zoho CRM for almost 6 months now. The beginning was very, very rocky. It's tedious to get setup if you have no CRM experience, and while there are How-To guides out there, they aren't very in depth and didn't answer most of the questions we have. The guides cover the most obvious things you can probably figure out how to to do yourself (like adding company details). The more complicated things like setting up work flow processes, are not user friendly and don't have good enough manuals. Once you get setup and running though it's a decent CRM system, and very good for the price. I love their Sales Inbox feature and the way it separates out our salesmen's emails. We also use the Zoho CRM app on our phones and haven't been too impressed. Would love to see that upgraded and improved to better interact with the cell phones and log calls and texts. If you have Zoho Mail or any other Zoho programs already, definitely look into using Zoho CRM for your CRM needs. It's more affordable than some of the others like Salesforce, and has some good features that get the job done.

Pros

It ties in with our Zoho Mail, is very affordable compared to its competitors, and we love the Salesinbox feature

Cons

It's very difficult to setup to get it running at full functionality and the guides aren't in depth enough. The phone apps could be improved to tie in better with cell calls and texts

The price , It is way to economical as compared to salesforce or SAP , that requires tons of financial input , and even after that Salesforce need expert manpower to manage and calibrate as per your organization need

Since I have been working as Salesforce developer as well and I am certified salesforce coach , I can say Zoho is perfect on its part , The only backslash is the community behind salesforce is much stronger than ZOHO developers and that where it need to focus on , rest it is perfert

Pros

I Love the simplicity in setting up new leads. It's easy to change data entry fields for new leads to be mandatory and therefore "force" the capture of key data. Also updating leads (or accounts) with a new entry it easy!

Cons

There are a few limitations, such as entering info from a phone call or email on leads or accounts. There is a "work-around" but it's not iterative. Also sometimes the Support line does not help it's tough to get quick responses.
