The best is contacts and accounts flexibility. Also seamless integration with Zoho Finance suite, which is very good.

Pros

Functionality, ease of use. Lots of add-ons that help to run a business properly. Good calendar.

Cons

The calendar should have more features. Sales inbox is not so useful and still buggy. Zia voice needs to be developed further. Zoho Sign should be developed and integrated with more Zoho products.

Pros

To start talking about Zoho CRM would say that it is balanced and easy, it is easy to use for anyone with little knowledge, an important feature I think the control of users by roles and permissions allows to access the system safely, it is interesting to follow contact and companies, the management of suppliers facilitates communication in the daily work of the company, another point in favor are the management of tasks, events and customer service as it facilitates tracking and not forget things, is Great Reports and graphs to know the state of the business in a visual and attractive way.

Cons

Although there are few things that I do not like about Zoho CRM, something that should improve is the support, since it does not have 7x24 support, which makes it difficult to solve any problem at critical moments. I feel a certain distrust when thinking that so many sensitive data of my sales are on the internet, a step that I am still giving.

Very easy to learn, Nice interface and customisable.

Pros

1) Ease of use : many of our employee are very senior and don't know how to operate computer properly, but with 3 days training and 3 days practice they mastered it. 2) Synchornisation with mobile app. 3) auto call Logging

Cons

There are not much problems I faced using this software, but few additional feature like import from JSON is recommended.

I like that it has the ability to be integrated with a lot of different apps and software. Also, the platform is easy to navigate.

Been using the app along with emails and other software for close to two years. I am amazed at the how all the applications work in a seamless manner. Very good.

Cons

There should be an offline option or enable a 10 minute option (while connectivity is restored) so that the work continues.

We are testing ZOHO to see if we want to switch from salesforce. Primary reason for switching would be that we are looking for a program that integrates better with email and text marketing programs

Pros

Software is easy to implement and adding your existing contacts is easy. It is also fairly robust for tracking leads.

Cons

Not sure that it will have all the features we need, primarily integration with other marketing programs.

Pros

Zoho CRM has an attractive look, and is fairly easy to use with a short learning curve. I can manage my daily tasks and monitor work flow. There are numerous options and ways to utilize the CRM that I have yet to explore. In other words, the options are available to help accomplish most tasks in a functional way.

Cons

When adding contacts to company records, some of the information does not carry over. Things can be lost or duplicated easily if not performed exactly right the first time. It is not as intuitive as I would hope.

Good for any size department and for different types of companies. It is fast and simple to use and has a low learning curve for people of different tech capabilities. Search bar function is very helpful. Price seems reasonable. Customized experience to suit your company's needs.

Cons

The user interface can be spruced up a little, as it seems a little tired. Sometimes we encounter glitches while using the program.

Very happy with Zoho CRM. I've used the product on various subscription level for my 4 businesses / organisation.

Pros

Very easy to setup and modify. Endless possibility. You just need to learn the basic logic and you'd be able to do the drag and drop workflow / automation setup.

Cons

Integration with other zoho products is a bit difficult. I think it's because they're developed or managed by different team.

I recommend to those who want to share their work to make the team close-knit and motivated.

Pros

Some people use computers for complicated office work but without being able to work in teams. There are those who use computers for activities in which collaboration and interoperability, lightness, speed and effectiveness of communication and exchange in the team are primary objectives, required above all by activities in which the device used is usually a smartphone or a tablet. For all of these, Zoho CRM is an exceptional Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Its simplicity in configuration and structuring makes it easy for everyone to use, but above all useful for exchanging data and documents with profit for all staff based on carefully defined and rapid authorizations in the system itself.

Cons

A certain difficulty that requires knowledge of the operation of the instrument and of the system in which the CRMS is to be installed.

Pros

I liked the way that you could have a group chat, but then be able to send messages directly to individuals and then have side conversations in threads instead of cluttering the main chat. I also liked how when you are mentioned in any conversation, Zoho takes those and puts them in a separate chat just for you so you don't have to scroll through hundreds of others chat messages to find where you were mentioned. Very efficient software.

Cons

I didn't really like the email portion of the software, specifically the notification settings. It was hard getting notifications on my phone if I ever got a department email and would only know about it if I went into my mobile app. Maybe a glitch but never really liked that.

Overall, our experience has been relatively good.

Pros

I'll admit, we do not use all the features that the CRM has to offer. But without Zoho, we would be chickens with our heads cut off. It is a wonderful way to stay organized and on task. Not to mention, all of your client's information is kept secure.

Cons

Sometimes it can be difficult to figure out how to use a feature. I think Zoho could streamline processes

it is an average experience. Constantly having troubles and would be migrating soon.

Pros

it is a simple software on the surface, if you have a small organization of 4-5 people, then it is the right tool for you, if you are looking to do serious business and have a bigger team. Please do not use this software.

Cons

\- Extremely Buggy Software. - most of the times things are not working and customer support are like sitting ducks with no idea about how their own product and why something is not working. - smallest of tasks become a headache. - Automation workflows are basic to say the best. - Dashboards are no as customisable as in other platforms.

Reason for choosing Zoho CRM

No particular reason just picked up a CRM which I thought would be a good CRM and started using it. disappointing experience to say the least

Bad experience with users belonging to difference domains.Zoho is not able to manage them

Pros

The CRM application is good but Zoho try to systematically sell its whole suite where the level of quality is not the same on all their module.

Cons

The same user cannot authentication between different domain.Once users of your organisation subscribe to ZohoOne. The whole company users have to subscribe ZohoOne either they need one app. That makes the Zoho solution too expensive

The free and low-cost options for Zoho CRM make it a great tool for small teams with very little risk. This low cost helps overcome the hesitation of some users related to the out-of-date user interface.

Pros

Zoho CRM's strongest feature has to be its strong integration with the entire Zoho suite of products. Zoho is truly an online Swiss-army-knife in that they provide so many features available within their suite. When looking at the available options and features, Zoho really holds its own compared to other SaaS (software as a service) offerings.

Cons

Zoho CRM is crippled by an interface that doesn't do justice to its extreme breadth of functionality. While everything is available through the interface, the menus and interfaces themselves are confusing and look dated. From an outsider's perspective, the interface appears to have been created by a development team, rather than a team dedicated to the user experience. The problem with this kind of interface is that its lack of "user-friendliness" makes it a tough sell to new users, as it just does not appear polished.

At the beginning was attractive because it's in the cloud, the graphic interface helps to have a handy experience with the CRM, also it is so easy to use....

Pros

It's a app easy to use, very intuitive, as long you're learning to use and invole with the tool the most you like it, It has everything to track your leads, contacts, accounts and you're able to see charts that helps how to improve the strategies focused on clients

Cons

it's in the cloud, you can create reports and download as a csv or excel file.
