Overall, our experience has been relatively good.

Pros

I'll admit, we do not use all the features that the CRM has to offer. But without Zoho, we would be chickens with our heads cut off. It is a wonderful way to stay organized and on task. Not to mention, all of your client's information is kept secure.

Cons

Sometimes it can be difficult to figure out how to use a feature. I think Zoho could streamline processes

it is an average experience. Constantly having troubles and would be migrating soon.

Pros

it is a simple software on the surface, if you have a small organization of 4-5 people, then it is the right tool for you, if you are looking to do serious business and have a bigger team. Please do not use this software.

Cons

\- Extremely Buggy Software. - most of the times things are not working and customer support are like sitting ducks with no idea about how their own product and why something is not working. - smallest of tasks become a headache. - Automation workflows are basic to say the best. - Dashboards are no as customisable as in other platforms.

Reason for choosing Zoho CRM

No particular reason just picked up a CRM which I thought would be a good CRM and started using it. disappointing experience to say the least

Bad experience with users belonging to difference domains.Zoho is not able to manage them

Pros

The CRM application is good but Zoho try to systematically sell its whole suite where the level of quality is not the same on all their module.

Cons

The same user cannot authentication between different domain.Once users of your organisation subscribe to ZohoOne. The whole company users have to subscribe ZohoOne either they need one app. That makes the Zoho solution too expensive

The free and low-cost options for Zoho CRM make it a great tool for small teams with very little risk. This low cost helps overcome the hesitation of some users related to the out-of-date user interface.

Pros

Zoho CRM's strongest feature has to be its strong integration with the entire Zoho suite of products. Zoho is truly an online Swiss-army-knife in that they provide so many features available within their suite. When looking at the available options and features, Zoho really holds its own compared to other SaaS (software as a service) offerings.

Cons

Zoho CRM is crippled by an interface that doesn't do justice to its extreme breadth of functionality. While everything is available through the interface, the menus and interfaces themselves are confusing and look dated. From an outsider's perspective, the interface appears to have been created by a development team, rather than a team dedicated to the user experience. The problem with this kind of interface is that its lack of "user-friendliness" makes it a tough sell to new users, as it just does not appear polished.

Pros

It's a app easy to use, very intuitive, as long you're learning to use and invole with the tool the most you like it, It has everything to track your leads, contacts, accounts and you're able to see charts that helps how to improve the strategies focused on clients

Cons

it's in the cloud, you can create reports and download as a csv or excel file.

Great solution for everyday use!

Pros

Zoho crm is a great solution, easy to use and to customize the basic functions. For the main functions as for trancking status and follow-ups, you can get any type of notifications so you don't leave behind any opportunity of your pipeline. This notifications can be customized as how you can managed your pipeline (doesn't how much stages you handle). Also, it is possible to set acctions when a new event is registered. For last, the reports are customizables from how you want to evaluable your leads and customer (customization of reports can be affected by the version hired)

Cons

It could take you a more time understanding all the customizations you can around the solution, at the momment there are no easy totutirals to understand all the set up of the solutions

User-friendly.

Pros

I have been using this software since 1 year, it's very useful software as we can easily apply our leave and maintain our personal details on zoho which is useful for organisation. We can apply leaves easily and zoho have a feature of sending mail to manager directly if we are applying for leaves. We have many different section in zoho. As organisation tree, List of holidays, academic calendar, if we work from home then we can easily checkin and checkout as our time is punched on it.

Cons

If we don't checkin in the software then it mark as absent.

Overall satisfied with its features. Stable and doesn't bug you with updates.

Pros

Keeps all my passwords secure and easy to manage all my website logins.

Cons

The only issue I had with Zoho is its auto logon button that doesn't always work. For some websites it works flawlessly but for others it really doesn't do anything and you have to manually click login to that website before Zoho populates the login section with your info.

Zoho is a very complex CRM that is inflexible and difficult to use. The main interface seems to be spread over such a large page that you have to search where you click to send an email. Very inefficient. Not expensive but also not really helpful. You have to pay to get your own data back too.

Cheap, monthly payments, large storage

Cons

very complex and expensive to get your own data back. Even then you have to pay someone to sort the fragmented data copy you have paid for.

Customer Support was not so good. I was constantly getting in arguments with them about functionality versus design intent.

Pros

Not sure I can really say I liked anything about this software. Using it daily introduced a number of hurdles that needed to be overcome and created hardship.

Cons

Seems like this application was coded by a bunch of Developers, as opposed to a team who was committed to User Experience. Even though capable and functional, there were too many extra mouse clicks, wasted real-estate, or work around methods that I needed to use in order to get to my very basic needs.

Pros

Easy to use - Easy to import and add contacts from other apps and CRM software - Ability to modularly adapt the apps to fit your team’s needs. - Ability to write custom code when the app doesn’t do have a feature - A phenomenal support team ready to help and even implement new features upon users’ request - A terrific community of users who regularly hold events in person

Cons

The inability to share contact templates between modules (Deals, Leads, Contacts). When the holidays come, I have to make a separate template for each module. Why wouldn’t I want to wish a happy holiday to everyone? I’ve spoken with the team about it and for some reason that’s not in the plans right now.

Pros

We have been using Zoho CRM and the entire Zoho One Suite for scaling up our business at www.fabweddings.in since early 2018. We are extremely satisfied with specifically the ease of doing things. The CRM offers API integration opportunities which are key to automate a lot of important tasks and even development of new content. I would especially recommend it to all Indian startups as the accounting, people and CRM software are far more affordable and customisable to Indian needs.

Cons

Pricing should be further lower given the scale of Indian market.

We have moved away from Zoho CRM, largely because we needed something that also handle our project management or at least integration with a third party solution. Zoho didn't do that.

Pros

Zoho CRM is relatively simple to use and offers flexibility to adapt to our business.

Cons

We had alot of problems with email integration. When we did have problems, the customer service was poor. We did not like that it didn't link up to other Zoho products well.

Cons

Si no has utilizado otro CRM puede ser abrumante la cantidad de opciones que nos presenta Zoho CRM pero cuando le pillas el truco es una increíble herramienta.Por otra parte el soporte puede ser algo complicado si no tienes conocimientos de inglés pero es muy bueno.Echo en falta algunas funcionalidades un poco más avanzadas pero el equipo de esta herramienta siempre está en continua mejora por lo que no es de gran preocupación y acabarán llegando.

While it's a bit complex, it's a fantastic software that has made connecting with (and understanding the needs of) my customers so much easier.

Pros

Zoho CRM is a software that allows you to view and track customers' responses to your info, whether it's through email, your website, or social media. For example, if I send out an email campaign, Zoho tells me how many people have opened the email, clicked the links, or responded. Previously I had to wade through emails just to find who had replied—now, not only can I see everyone that replied in one place, but I also know who even opened the email! It also covers web traffic as well, and lets me know when someone views our website or social media accounts. Knowing when to reach out to clients is vital, so having Zoho tell me when that time is is great.

Cons

I'll admit it took some time to get used to. I'm not the most tech-savvy person, so it took me a while to understand how the system works and how it ensures that people are actually viewing my content. But once I figured it out and looked into tips and guides online, it clicked.

No real complaints. It's simple at its core for employees to use.

Pros

Zoho is easy to navigate, both in basics and in the back end. You can create your own folders for closed tickets, set up automated messages to go out to customers once their ticket is closed, and easily find things throughout the system.

Cons

It can be frustrating that there is no "are you sure this is how you want to close this ticket?" pop up on the off chance you select the wrong thing, thus sending an incorrect automatic message to a customer, but that's more user error and an update suggestion. The program itself does its job well.

Pros

CRM is broken down into many different categories. Each one combines your Accounts, Activities, Contacts, and many other features. These headers are also broken down in subcategories, which helps group all your important company information together. Its easy to manage everything if you're already using Zoho for your help desk or password system. Zoho is a nice package if you're just starting out with your CRM and you don't want to be confused by having a ton of features all in front of you.

Cons

If you plan on switching to another help desk, you'll probably switch your CRM along with it. Zoho combines all your basic needs into one package, but they come up a little short when competing on the market. Connectwise and Atera may come off as having more features that make sense versus having one CRM with only basic information. A lot of these other CRM will group everything together versus going to one particular spot all the time.

Today's smartphone is almost a limb for anyone, the Zoho CRM mobile app is necessary for the perfect experience to be achieved. By having this capacity, we are prepared to work anywhere and in any possible condition, because it does not depend only on a desktop computer. This also opens up that we can expand faster globally because it opens up to the possibility of having more staff and less equipment.

Cons

In all the time I have been using it, I have not been able to have one more complaint that only presents certain errors or “bugs”, beyond that I cannot say negative things. This is a very functional application, it is not perfect, it can be improved, but the catalog of options that we have to organize each potential client is very large, making us distinguish ourselves from our competition, and that can translate into more sales, the more We can sell Zoho CRM is doing its job flawlessly.
