Pros

Wordpress integration with Gravity Form Interaction with Desk + Survey Quick to find data, filter and views

Cons

Need to be setup correctly at the beginning and make sure you are mapping your fields correctly. Tutorial would be more than helpfull with tricks and "How To" at the start

We use it to keep track of our contacts, files we need to share and all sales leads

Pros

I like the speed of the application especially since it is purely cloud based and everything is all laid out on one screen without easy eye glance without lots of scrolling. We use a lot of Zoho products and they all link together nicely and support is always at hand and they are excellent at solving any issues.

Cons

For my own personal preference there are too many options to choose from as we dont use a lot of the extra features which can be a bit overwhelming for new staff members but the learning curve isnt that steep.

From a global overview of all clients, to drilling down to any specific client and providing all relevant details (communication, documents, client information, etc.), Zoho CRM provides exactly what is needed to ensure smooth and practical client relationship management - exactly what a CRM is supposed to do.

Pros

Easy to follow communication trail. Powerful and easy to use task scheduling, including the ability to customize tasks (and reminders) as needed. Powerful customization tools and strong analytics and reporting.

Cons

Setup can be somewhat non intuitive without some degree of technological proficiency. Occasional glitches with some of the automation features.

I am able to manage my sales prospects and contacts in a way that allows me to be effective in the field in a sales rep capacity while not chained to a desk using a full desktop browser version of the site.

Pros

So as a solopreneur who generally operates in a sales capacity, a robust and functional mobile app experience is critical for me. So many CRMs really drop the ball here and have an app with such reduced functionality that it's not very valuable in the field away from access to the desktop app. But Zoho has don an excellent job of maintaining a lot of functionality in the app and that was a primary consideration in my choice.

Cons

The deep customizability of the app is both a blessing and a curse, because there is a bit of a learning curve and upfront investment of time to get the most out of the CRM

Great!!

Pros

I use it for my email mask so that I can send and receive emails from gmail but that theh see my Zoho email address which is a company email. Also all my staff have a personalized email as well and it works great for sending the emails that come in to multiple staff members if needed

Cons

Sometimes it can cut off if something happens and you will not realize you’re not recieveing emails

Pros

I love all the apps that you can use with Zoho. The integration between all of the applications is great and provides us with our email addresses with our domain without having to purchase G-Suite for our domain. It really gives a small business the power of all the big business tools they get with G-Suite plus more.

Cons

It would be a little easier if the documentation directed you to use everything including Zoho CRM from the Administration Dashboard where you can access all of your Zoho apps. I didn't realize this for several months into using the product.

It is a very good tool when it comes to data organization, but often it is wasting time because sometimes it shows complicated or confusing tools.

Pros

Very good for small companies that want to minimize their cost but with great effectiveness, Zoho provides tools to archive and sort information without much restriction, but everything stands out for something simple for companies that do not need so much complexity in administrative functions.

Cons

It often complicates the management in the administration tool, it becomes somewhat tangled with some functions that should be simple.

We were a relatively small business looking for a low-cost CRM solution, so we tried out Zoho CRM. It worked pretty well for us to start, but as we grew and wanted more robust features, we found that it was better to go with a more comprehensive CRM solution and decided to transition to SalesForce after about a year and a half.

Pros

Zoho is an excellent choice for companies that only need a very basic CRM to keep track of their customers and business contacts. It's much cheaper than most competitors, and is easy to use, even as a novice with no prior experience with CRM's. They offer multiple pricing levels with increased functionality, which is good because you don't have to pay for features that you may not have a need for.

Cons

Some of the features are lackluster, and don't work well unless you pay additional fees for a higher priced plan. It doesn't offer some of the more robust features and customization options that are available with higher-priced and more comprehensive CRM's like SalesForce.

It is a very easy-to-use platform and has great capabilities around marketing automation and lead management. This platform has helped us manage all our leads to qualify for sales and marketing and conduct our campaigns based on the activities of our prospects. The pricing is great too.

Cons

The integration with third-party products outside of Zoho is a painful process. Other than that the CRM is one of the best in the market.

Cons

Some of its features are needlessly long, like for setting up a custom variable followup email campaign, the lead campaign manager needs to be made and its very complex process.

I like how it is easy to install and implement this product in businesses. It has improved the relationship between the business owners and their clients. It helps in tracking the client documents and storing the history of a specific client for a long time. It integrates well with other Zoho products making my roles easier in handling client's queries.

According to my experience with Zoho CRM i believe they have everything I need in a CRM software. Keep up the good work.

Amazing! Recommend them to my clients because I know that they will get a solid product

Pros

I have used Zoho for the past 3-5 years and I can say that they are one of the CRMs and client lead management softwares I've used. The design is simple and super easy to understand. I've used other CRMs and they feel clunky, not Zoho. I also use Zoho Mail and LOVE how easy it is to add and manage users

Cons

There isn't a lot that I would change or that I didn't like. Once you learn the Zoho platform, it is all super fluid and seamless

I used Zoho CRM as a temporary transition patch when my firm was looking into alternatives to Salesforce. SF was getting too expensive.

Pros

I've checked out a lot of different sales tools and CRM systems. They all do basically the same thing so Zoho is a good one if you want a low/no cost online option.

Cons

Not much not too like for the price. You just have to take the time to learn how to navigate the menus and functions.

The ability to customize the software specific to our business has been extremely helpful. Cost in comparison to competitors with equivalent products is a huge benefit. Easy to use and support is quick and easy to access through chat.

Cons

More advanced features (such as formulas in custom fields) is a bit restricting. Formatting templates can be a bit frustrating with the current tool.
