Pros

Compared with many other CRM options and it is tremendous value for the functionality. Easy to maintain sales and prospecting activity, synchronize with Outlook email, and organize my prospects into groups.

Cons

Has more functionality then I can even get to so I'm probably underutilizing the tool. Would like an easier way to synchronize LinkedIn profile with Zoho user database.

Time savings: Once you put the time into customizing to fit your business needs and goals you can really save yourself time and energy to mass email, update records and stay on top of transactions and past correspondence. Email customer service is quick, which is great.

Pros

Makes working and logging business transitions and correspondence a breeze. Love the custom fields you can enter and the ability to have a team members interact live together with the data. I use the webforms for lead capture and the Sales IQ is pretty neat.

Cons

I really wish the look of the webform has more HTML5 customization. I do recode the form to match the look and feel of my website so it interacts better as a responsive webpage. Their online support documentation is a bit confusing and you often outdated compared to the system upgrades.

Pros

It has great functionality and is a real competitor to overpriced CRM-systems. But that also comes with a downside in creativity and ability to customize the system.

Cons

The implementation isn't really 2021 anymore. It is quite outdated and support of the newest systems/integrations isn't possible. A real loss.

\- Price is awesome - Creating quotes is easy, but it would be nice to have this option be a bit more customizable - App is great and very user-friendly - Tracking all contacts and leads is very easy, nice to be able to see where we are in our sales funnel at any time - Reporting for sales IQ is great - Integration with social media is useful and flawless. It's helpful to see where leads originated from

Cons

\- Having to enter your data manually in the setup is very annoying. It would make sense if there were an Excel batch importing option - UI is a bit dated - Difficult to make changes to the system without assistance - No IMAP support for add-on email accounts, only POP is supported

Pros

Well, the first thing I liked about this CRM application is that it has very economical pricing as compare to other CRM applications available online. It also has all the necessary CRM functions and can easily integrate with other required applications.

Cons

They can add some more useful add-on and can also allow flexibility for more customization. Also, sometimes synchronization with other related applications create problem.

Pros

Zoho has an amazing variety of tools that aid you in the lead capture process, it offers competent solutions for both marketing and comercial needs.

Cons

Zoho can be a little intricate to learn, in comparison to other CRM's. In my opinion, this consumes time unnecessarily. It is finally an issue of productivity.

Pros

Zoho has powerful uploading features and a makes it very easy to customize and edit email templates.

Cons

I used this software for Franchise Sales, which has a very unique set of processes and "pipeline". Other CRM options like FranConnect give you far more control over customizing different stages in the sales process. Zoho lacks the ability to automate responses, like texting.

Very good and very easy, especially compared to other FREE versions. Zoho is always my "go to" CRM platform.

Pros

I have used or tried most of the CRM systems and I would recommend Zoho to both beginners and professionals. They have something for everyone ranging from the FREE version (up to 3 users) to the paid subscriptions. Very clean design and well organized with tons of integrations.

Cons

They cut back on their FREE edition which used to be up to 10 users however this is very typical as the company grows. Also, the email integration for custom domains is a bit tricky if you are not tech savvy. It is very easy to send emails within the CRM with a single confirmation, but connecting your custom domain is a bit more difficult so I would not recommend using as your "email client".

Overall it was a good software system to start organizing and planning my business in a more structured manner.

Pros

Flexibility—Zoho lets you do what you want and stays out of your way. Let structure and more customizable than other CRM system—reminds more more of an ERP than a CRM in a lot of ways.

Cons

Design and UX are not up to par with the leading competitors in CRM. Feels a bit like a legacy platform.

The ease of setting up company emails!

Pros

I love that I can have my business email and add other business emails under my same domain to my account. It makes it easier as my company continues to expand to add my employees to my system with each of their own unique domain names.

Cons

The thing I like least about ZoHo is how it organizes the inbox. Lots of emails go to the "unread" folder rather than the inbox. I would prefer if all of the emails went into the inbox, rather then funneling them into a subcategory without consulting me first.

I am very happy with ZOHO as my CRM. I looked at many CRM's before landing on ZOHO and I found ZOHO relatively easy to use. I have also found that the Customer service and support is very helpful and quick to respond to questions and/or concerns.

Pros

Quick and easy transitions between links Customization Information on a single page Emails from the contacts (this is very important) Timely updates Reports

Cons

Mail Merge is not as easy to use Loss of calendar data after time and no where to change that a bit cumbersome process of adding documents to the contacts page for storage

In a job where we send thousands of emails daily and keep in constant contact with accounts and clients, big and small, it is nice to have such a valuable interface that organizes it all into concise and useable info.

Pros

If you dont have in house team that develops your email accounts, this is the best option out there. My company is 200+ employees and this is what we use exclusively. It is easy to use and the visibility for all parties make it very simple and straight forward. The best features are the ability to manage your accounts, or clients, and have all information stored in central location so anyone who connects with those accounts is able to have full visibility.

Cons

Sometimes it crashes which is frustrating and software will be down for an hour or two, but seems to be pretty reliable overall

The Zoho suite of applications is so useful and is not widely known about in my industry. Zoho offers all business management needs at a low cost. The Zoho team is constantly improving their offerings.

Cons

Because Zoho is not widely used, somethings there is a lack of understanding of how to use their systems and/or a lack of seamless integrations. The user interface is a little bit dated as well but it seems like they make frequent improvements.

Really easy to use. When used as part of Zoho One the scale of the product may be be a bit daunting at first as there is so much available but this is soon overcome and it is a world class product. I lover not having to integrate various plug-ins as everything is available on one platform.

Pros

is not overly complicated and it is really easy to get going. It has all of the critical features required of a CRM at a really affordable price and integrates with most third social media software. When used as part of Zoho One is has to be the most comprehensive solution available to SMMEs .

Cons

As previous Sharpspring users some of the higher end features are lacking but for the price and what is available is more than adequate for a smaller business.

It allows us to manager our daily sales tasks on one platform and allows our company to manage customer accounts by enabling us to monitor all customer accounts from a shared database. It also allows us to link to our products/services via Social media pages to our customers.

Cons

lacks some feature sets that are found in competitor products. It also lacks meaningful integration among the features that it offers.

### "The real Zoho"

All of 2019 has been an effort to change my company dynamics. I formed an LLC with partners,changed bank institutions,as well as made an effort to try automate my business in every way possible. Along the way I have been on this and other sites looking for software solutions to help me achieve my goals. Searching booking software,CRM,bookkeeping,app building software Zoho is always there and of coarse I signed up for their many free trials. Early on I learned that Zoho has separate departments for each product as well as separate departments for groups of products as well as separate departments within the products themselves. With that being said has an onboarding department,billing,support, and probably more. I purchased CRM through Zoho One who also has their on set of departments. CRM also relies on information from other products like Zoho Books who again has their own independent departments. What all this means is if you have a problem you can find yourself in dialog with 9 or more different departments that do not communicate. To make the situation worse all communication goes into a call center and creates a new ticket that based on mailtracker software goes unanswered for 5 or 6 hours to be opened by a new representative and responded to with form letters with links to self service help. I like Zoho products and the price can not be beat but if you can't get the software to actually function properly it is not worth having.

Pros

Zoho has a lot to offer at a very affordable price. The apps are well organized and pretty easy to use.

Cons

The support is awful. As an American being a India based company the language barrier ads to the lack of continuity of Zoho is a whole and the ability to address issues.

This is good tool for a start up company especially when building your leads and efficiently following it up.

Pros

The lead management and tracking of leads helps us sales people to be efficient. I also used this for website or one page brochure and it is super cool!

Cons

Our accounts is having problem with this a lot as some functions needed by accounts are not there. I hope it can add more features.
