So far, I have been enjoying because it offers me a great ease for carrying out daily activities of my business. It's more like getting the bulk work done with a single app.

Pros

The fact that I have different business tools assembled in one app is a great kudos. I can track lots of metric that are important to my business without having to use several apps.

Cons

The number of users under the free version is small, especially for company that intends to assess how the software can serve it's need for connectedness.

comes out of the box in a ready to use format based on best practice sales & account management principles. Yet it is also so easy to customise. So many add-on modules that Zoho products could from your entire ERP

Cons

I have been really happy with and have now implemented the app across multiple businesses.

Pros

I find the email interface very useful for business, user friendly and straight forward and free of ads. You don't get lost in many features you don't even know how to use like for example in Office.

Cons

Other than the email i'd rather use other software for my project management since I find the interface very overwhelming.

Overall, my experience with Zoho was fine, but there are other CRMS that I’ve liked better. For example, HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive I feel have better platforms that are easier to use.

Pros

I liked that the was easy to use and easy to input clients. I also really liked the simplicity and the color theme. I liked that it was customizable. I also really enjoyed being able to use it on both my computer, tablet and phone.

Cons

I did not like a lot about the . It was customizable but not to the level that I needed, and the marketing portion was woefully lacking. It also went down at inopportune times and made things inconvenient.

I chose Zoho initially because the price point was what my company needed. We didn’t keep Zoho for more than a year. We really needed something that was more robust and gave more options.

Pros

The Zoho tool is very intuitive and easy to learn. Users really appreciate the simplicity.

Cons

To be honest, we are very satisfied and I can't think of anything I don't like.

We wanted to use Zoho to replace a larger and more expensive CRM application.

Pros

Zoho is simple. As far as CRM programs go, that's not a bad thing \*per se\*, but its simplicity does mean you have to modify your workflow to function the way Zoho envisioned the user working. This lack of flexibility makes it harder to recommend.

Cons

Workflow inflexibility and occasionally baffling design choices hamper 's overall value proposition for an SMB like ours.

Covers the basics, however, can get same capabilities or better with HubSpot CRM, which is free.

Pros

Zoho has a little bit of everything -- so if all you need is a contact database then could be for you.

Cons

I consistently want to like Zoho - they are one of the few brands attempting to take on Microsoft and GSuite -- the problem is that they tend to try and do everything and so in the end we rarely if ever end up deploying their products.

Excellent, I've been a very satisfied customer for several years and intend to continue using the software indefinitely.

Pros

Ease of use for the candidate to submit a resume. The customizable nature of the software, that is, I can configure the database as I want to see it, adding fields as necessary.

Cons

It's a little clunky, but usable nevertheless.

It has been a valuable asset for our company as we grow as it gives us free software to set up email accounts for our clients. We greatly appreciate Zoho and all of its modules.

Pros

I loved that they have Free versions of most of their modules. It makes it very accessible for new website owners to get started and get organized quickly.

Cons

I didn't like that some of the features were rather unreliable. I would have preferred that they create less features but with a higher quality than more features at lower quality.

Fast and easy CRM without having to pay a lot of money, along with a system that grows with me in size and features as I grow and can afford to upgrade along with it.

Pros

I love how much this software platform gives you, even for the free based product. Even if your business doesn't conform to the normal business in a box model, you can quickly adapt to serve your needs with even the free version. Upgrading to the paid version only expands your abilities, which happen as you grow and have more money to spend on things like this.

Cons

I wish that SOME of the features in the higher paid versions were available ala carte so that you didn't have to invest a lot of money to get something you need, including a lot of stuff you might not.

It is a very complete CRM, his historical one helps yourself to take the traceability of your projects, the initiatives of you clients, allows yourself to have a company with different possible buying, you can climb your projects, likewise it is possible to determine the monetary revenue that was got by client. This system uses as great help for companies that give service and that want to have a complete control of his activities, projects, clients, and collaborators who do life in the above mentioned company

Cons

Such a useful system comes to the being a moment in which other modules or components are necessary inside the CRM, which are mas expensive and if it is a company that this initiating it would be difficult to him to accede very much to these advanced characteristics. The components to realize insoles of the projects are a bit complicated to deal.

Cons

The costs can add up quickly if you sign up for everything Zoho has to offer, but it still offers pretty great value for money.

The program is affordable even for small nonprofits. Many of our ministries and churches have used the program successfully. It is user friendly and the customer service team is great.

Cons

The program was great, and we still use it today. I would recommend more features when it comes to tracking specific campaigns.

Pros

It reads the most simply out of any CRM I've ever used. Its great for when you have a lot of words to parse through. It seems as though it was made to be more of a long form informational tool (e.g. contracts and agreements, important dialogues between vendors and clients, contact info, etc.)

Cons

It doesn't seem useful for anything other than when theres a ton of words needed in the CRM. Not good for order management because it is kind of a bad search function. Also everything is so large you have to scroll a lot, whereas I prefer CRMS where I have to squint to see everything but at least its right in front of me.

Pros

Good feature set, as well as customization and automation options, especially with more expensive plans. And the price is overall reasonable. Good privacy/security/permissions controls.

Cons

Some features just don't work as well as you'd expect. Dealing with large volumes of records tends to cause problems. Workflow automation features are nice, but don't allow you to do some things you'd expect (e.g. clear tasks for a lead based on a change in lead status).

I would rate it as 8 on 10. Not too bad, but can definitely be better!

Pros

They keep adding more and more functionalities and features to existing app - this is the best thing about them!

Cons

Their user experience needs to be a little better. We had faced a lot of issues in a customer ticket. And technical support wasn't helpful either.
