Pros

It works great and represents a very reliable alternative to google mail. Has all the tools you need and it is very fast.

Cons

User interface is not as friendly as other platforms but they are working on it. Sometimes it get's messy or complex to find the right setting you are looking for. UI looks from last decade.

With the use of zohocrm I solve the uncertainty of knowing who we are calling, when we are making the sales and which the sales method more efficient is until we could make the same process to everyone on the company; and we can follow up and report every one of this aspects mentioned before.

Pros

I like zohocrm because I can make the communications to and from my costumers faster and accurate than ever before. This aspect shows off on the sales increments; create orders, delivery and, the most important thing of all, invoices that allow us to maintain the market alive. The whole company is under the software and is great when everyone is talking the same language and is directed to the same goal.

Cons

I dislike is the implantation time because takes some to adjust all details to the new crm software, even if we did all the stuff by different programs to get one goal, sales. The learning process was a very complicated time because of our process flow diagram, for us, was also a chance to adjust every step in the way of learning.

Pros

It's great, I really appreciate that it integrates perfectly with other applications, which has allowed me to have a more complete view of my business in a single system.

Cons

There are some advanced features that require a little more time and practice to fully master although once I got past this stage I was able to get the most out of everything.

Great for basic email hosting.

Pros

We use the Zoho email service for our email hosting. It has a simple interface, is affordable and reliable. It's a great solution for basic email needs.

Cons

If you use other hosting services you will have to either login to a separate site for email or implement POP3/IMAP for email access.

Pros

Easy integration to G-suite Full featured CRM at a more reasonable cost than SaleForce Cloud based so easy to use from anywhere and by the whole team

Cons

Duplicate detection could be better Logic structure does not auto-populate (add a person with their company, and the company does not populate the company table).

Very good overall experience. Great to see how multiple people approach the same problem Love the support

Pros

Support Quartey meet - ups are great. Zoho will rent a conference room, bring in 3-4 staff and then teach you new features, give you an opportunity to ask questions and facilitate collaboration so you can learn how others use the software

Cons

Can be overwhelming. There is so much you can do and so many ways to customize it is sometimes hard to know what you dont know

I have been using both of these products and they have so many more products and their stuff is easy to setup , their support is kinda pain as I had to call them few times and it took a while to get in touch with support and their support numbers are not easy to find

Pros

I have been using AdAudit Plus and Opsmanger and both combine it been life saver and I have setup report to monitor my Active Directory and all my production server using OpsMangers

Cons

I will their were more reports for day to day user activities

This software allowed myself and my peers to through away physical notes or Word docs.

Pros

Consolidated my entire client list with all pertinent info about each one of them! I utilized this CRM software to keep notes for each customer, as well as each of my points of contact at the facilities that I visited and the notes on Sales Cycle progression.

Cons

Not much that I can say in the negative about this software. It would b helpful if there was some sort of dictation service that could be applied to the software, it seems cumbersome at times to have to fill in all the information that is needed, but I guess that's just part of the process as it cannot be done any other way.

Pros

We use Zoho to assign tasks like calling and following up with our clients to our staff. I can't believe there was a time when we used to use a live spreadsheet product to do this and it was horrible. Zoho's CRm changed everything and now we are able to pre-schedule emails, track generated leads, ascertain the efficiency of our sales funnel and also assign different access levels to different memebers of the staff.

Cons

It was really tough to setup Zoho to best suit our needs but I guess that is true for any CRM out there. The next big step was to learn it and then getting the entire staff to familiarize with it.

It is exceptionally practical and includes a great deal of applications and unimaginable capacity. We are not yet using its full capabilities, but plan to do so as we need it.

The accessibility of so many options from time to time makes it difficult for me to recognize which one I want to use.

as i mentioned with title, its a cost effective crm solution. They are providing plenty of good features that are available in enterprise level crm solutions. Its best choice for small and medium scale organizations to avoid their overwhelmed Crm issues.The new versions of includes some main features like virtual assistance that can be help to give service to customers 24/7.

Cons

I cant say its an issue or least about , some major changes/ issues are taking much time than we are expecting to resolve. They provide many add-on features but many are independent solutions, that sometimes causing some confusions to our IT support staffs.

Pros

It was inexpensive and it integrated with their low-cost custom emails easily.

Cons

Their emails don't go to yahoo email addresses (search it there is a lot of complaints about this) how can you use a service that shows an email sent but is never received if you have a yahoo address. The company customer service sends you tons of emails saying that they will help you but they are based in India so you always get responses in the middle of the night. They have a North America representative but someone told me they were downsizing so the service was not great.

Overall I am happy with it and think it is a great CRM for small businesses which do not need salesforce.

Pros

Powerful CRM platform which has many modules to customize it to any business's need. I have customized fields, reports and rules in the software to pull in data and make it friendly for our team. Easy to use with great support when you get stuck.

Cons

Bit of a learning curve coming from salesforce. Ran into a few things which Zoho couldn't do but very minor and found workarounds.
