Overall the software is easy and fun to use. The integration capabilities and the number of other Zoho services available make this idea for all businesses.

Pros

The fact that the cost and capabilities are perfectly aligned is amazing. We have used Zoho CRM for every different size company you could think of. Integration with websites and customization capabilities make this software the best for everyone!

Cons

There is a learning curve and it does require some upfront configuration to ensure long term use. You may need to get an expert to setup and configure the account but once it is ready there is not much more needed to get going long term.

Excellent value. It's a great CRM tool for the money.

Pros

For a small firm with not a lot of records, implementing the software was easy. From a user perspective, it's pretty intuitive and easy to navigate if you've used other CRM's.

Cons

the only con I would point out is that the layout isn't pretty to look at. But for the price, it's excellent. Does the job well and has all the bells and whistles that others provide.

I personally recommend that you integrate CRM with other Zoho programs. Maybe it's an extra expense, but it's worth doing.

Pros

In the first place, being able to personalize it is fantastic! Besides that I can do anything with it, it can be configured according to your sales needs. It is important to highlight the satisfaction it gives with simply "managing" offline, for you it's great. You never really have to worry about your life lost or stolen, because you have been in business for many years! It provides the facility to configure everything in a single portal. We register, and we receive it on the same day, and you can even upload .cvs files to Zoho to take charge

Cons

I dare say that Zoho is on the right track, but I would like to have the downloadable program for the Mac version. That way there would not be "everything" online, needing to open a browser all the time, anyway it's sensational in all aspects and I hope to have this application in the future.

Zoho is on the money with it's $50/mo CRMplus program. This is ideal for smaller teams of 5-25 and if a good team lead/trainer is in place, can be a great launching pad for sales teams needing cross communication between sales and marketing. The limited experience with the inventory system is promising and might be a solution for others.

Pros

Zoho is very proactive in their approach to customer service, with most requests for assistance being answered within 1 hour. The social media integration is so easy and such a huge time saver except for (see comments in cons)

Cons

Some of the modules/fields are locked and cant be adapted for your specific industry or field without paying for full integration and an engineer. The social media integrations are limited to the big ones, and getting additional integrations doesn't seem to be a priority.

Its great experience as I have tried other CRM system like Hubspot, Salesforce, etc. All have different strengths and weaknesses. For Zoho CRM I like the flexibility to customise and design your own dashboard very easily.

Pros

I like to Dashboard especially having the flexibility to design and customise your own dashboard. There is also different view perspective view on your leads, contacts and deals.

Cons

Integration to Whatsapp. I am still trying out different 3rd parties integration to Whatsapp. It will be great for Zoho to have their own integration function to Whatsapp.

Pros

Zoho has a great a suite of software for companies of any size. The integration with other applications of the suite is great. The value for money is hard to beat.

Cons

It doesn't feel like a super modern and snappy web app, but it gets the job done.

Pros

its very complete. it has everything you need from timer to clock in to e-sign contracts and document presentations. the software is well organized and everything you need is there

Cons

its not well maintained in the support side. since we have had many issue with it from adding administrators to miscounting the credit days we have available and those things are important to us.

I have been using Zoho for over two years, although I use the free version because of the size of my company. But I think once we get bigger we will still be using Zoho for very respect it offers to its user.

Pros

Easy to manage the inventory and sync after selling / buying inventory

Cons

I don't have any dislike about Zoho in the website mode, however the mobile app has some problems with the display, when adding products words are cut therefore using mobile version is more difficult.

Overall experience with Zoho CRM is great. Its functionality, ease of use, task management, document handling and sharing is all great. Customer services can be better but overall the experience is satisfying.

Pros

Zoho CRM is good for a small organization like ours. It is simple and easy to use. Beginners can even use it easily. Docs, files, and task management are great.

Cons

The least likable thing about Zoho CRM is its payment plans. As for new businesses and startups sometimes it is heavy on budgets. It helps a lot but a bit expensive for new organizations.
