Pros

Zoho was a fantastic program to keep everything organized. We created accounts, use the calendar feature and it was great because everything was all in one place and easy to find.

Cons

There are certain things that Zoho was unable to do however we were able to work around these complications with very little difficulties

Zoho One provides the most productivity apps available for the cost of the platform. What could cost $1000's of dollars more, is under $50 per user.

Cons

While they have a lot to offer, some of it is new and still have functionality issues, and sometimes the support can be sketchy.

I started testing the free version Zoho CRM even before I did setup a new business in holiday rental. With start of the business I switched to the premium version which provided to me all the additional features and possibilities to customize the system to my specific needs. In the meantime I could further enhance the solution for a Coworking space, which I started in March 2015. What I also use is the easy integration with Zoho Campaigns, which helps me to be in regular contact with my customers and prospects. A great feature is the integration with my social channels on Facebook, Twitter and Google+. This helps to find additional new contacts and to stay tuned with my followers. Whenever I faced a problem or question I received prompt support from Zoho's support team. Zoho CRM is a clear recommendation, which also give to my coworkers at www.coworking4you.de

Easy setup and use of the system and the ability to customize with a few clicks even for new requirements, which I did not foresee, when I started using the system.

I worked with dozens of CRM tools and find Zoho to be a great platform for an organization to grow their business and it scales wonderfully. Additional apps can be of great assistance to growing and Zoho is always improving their product.

Pros

The GUI is very simple and easy to use. Features all the things we need to effectively manage a prospect through closing and as an account.

Cons

Reporting can be a little complicated with the filtering process. Once you learn how ot do it, it works but not as simple as it possibly can be.

Has features for organizations of all sizes. Also offers some neat features like an AI chatbot and analytics on email from social media.

Cons

The large combination of features sometimes overwhelms the user. however it is only a matter of familiarizing with the platform.

Pros

Most of the application in CRM are projected to a particular type of flow which makes a business process to adapt to the flow of the application rather application adapting to the flow of the business followed by the organization . Zoho follows the business flow of the organization to an individual user level flows . Implementation was fast with some sample data even to help. I never needed a support person to assist with the ease of use. Look up and other logical field in application can be easily combined as per the user requirement . Task , Activity and Events are defined well. Reports could be customized as per individual requirements .

Cons

The Report part needs little more clarity . A wizard to create report would be good assistance. Sometimes the application becomes slow . In the android application there can be an offline data fetch options on the recently searched data which would be a plus as in places the internet connectivity is not good .

It's fine for what it is, but I can see why people would work with competitor's software (Google's power really comes from Drive). It is just easier to set up custom email hosting with zoho, in my experience.

Pros

This is the best free email hosting I've ever used. I forward everything to my Gmail so I don't regularly use the Zoho interface for mail, but it is fine for what it is (very free!).

Cons

The user interface could really use some basic improvements (again, I don't interface with it regularly). The non-mail services could be more seamlessly integrated together and with mail. The UI could really use a facelift.

Reason for choosing Zoho CRM

My server admin suggested it and we stuck with it!

The main functionality is free (emails). You're limited to one url however it is great for startups.

Cons

User interface is much more clunky than alternatives. A little harder to set up and you have to set up forwarding to gmail if you don't want to use Zoho's own email client

Frustrating, time consuming and clunky. I am a targeted sales person - I do not have time for spending ages trying to work out analysis dashboards that don't seem to work.

Pros

Quite customisable, most report writing is quite easy.

Cons

I have been completely defeated by the Zoho dashboard. I only want to show orders by closing date but all I can do is graphical stuff that is largely pre-defined the Zoho way - not our way. It offers that you can use a widget, but I can't find widgets; they are not shown on any of the menus. I have created quite a neat sales forecast per month report but it can't be placed in my dashboard which would be ideal. And obvious. Like many other CRM systems, Zoho insists on calling the lowest level record a suspect and in my world a suspect is someone who may have an interest so the structure is all wrong. And for some reason it keep a separate record for a suspect and separate for anything that is of prospect status, so two records for each which is total nonsense.
