It allows to access the data for each and every member of the company. So everyone has a clear idea about the daily process and it helps to track deadlines and due dates.

Cons

The interface is a bit confused for new users. they must go through the tutorial of Zoho CRM. Sometimes there has a bug when enter data to the system.

Less resource to startup. UI is not appealing. Take time to get used to it.

Pros

The Zoho family is characterized by having potentially useful platforms for your business, no matter what your turn, has helped us to keep all our activities in order, protections, tasks, personnel, appointments, etc., best of all is that you can go adding modules according to your needs and budgets to have even more solid tools.

Cons

Maybe I could improve the response times by the support area, I did not have many problems but the only occasion I had to wait several days for me to solve a problem.

Overall we are happy with Zoho. It helps to keep contacts for each member of our team in one place. While we are not a heavily sales-related company, we are able to track the most basic of information for our clients.

Pros

I like that it is easy to input new contacts and that there is a section for pretty much any kind of information you would want to attach to a contact. I like that you can schedule follow-ups and touchpoints with your contacts as well.

Cons

It would be nice if there was a bulk upload option for when you're just starting to set up your CRM from all your previous information.

Pros

Loved the variety of available features, and just how much Zoho had to offer. Activity tracker across users was GREAT for monitoring productivity.

Cons

Can get very difficult to use certain features because too many fields dont have restrictions on how to use them, causing conflicting information when generating censuses from their site.

we are using zolo's CRM since last 2 years and found it to be very easy to use.It is backed with a very good customer support and it's easy to integrate.

Pros

Zoho CRM is very much affordable for mid-level organizations to track its contact leads. It can be easily integrated hence, extremely convenient to use.

Cons

It should be more automated using AI tools. Custom fields are less compared to other competitors products.

Its the best CRM in town , price point at which this comes is extremely good. We are a inventory management software company and we integrate with ZOHO CRM and our customers love it . EVen we use it for managing our customer data base

Lots of more customers gained due to having the software. If I was out with a customer I could manage their profile directly from my phone and not having to have a laptop makes it more professional for my customers

Pros

Their platform and the ease of use to navigate the software is completely awesome and to my liking. Their software has helped me log lots of notes with customers to keep Track and Zoho has the best platform that keeps in track of it and with a date and time stamp.

Cons

The only issue I find that isn't great for my business we cannot do scoring or connect to our call center software to log customer calls.

The benefits is the way to get in contact with so many costumers and the possibility that them can reach the portfolio and the right information about my art work, has been really important.

Pros

The software is very simple and flexible that I can handle over my computer or my cel phone no matter where I'm. It's based on mail and chats, very convenient on the art industry (paintings) where I develop my work and my costumers are interesting in.

Cons

About this software I have to say that understand the way the software works and all the tools available to manage my account has been hard work, but at the end it pays.

Pros

It is easy to use. You can download Zoho App and access to your emails on the go. You can download desktop app and also open the email via website. It is convenient to use.

Cons

The sorting of the emails are confusing. It is difficult to search and get the desired results based on relevant keywords.

I love how we organized our tickets using this CRM. We can also generate reports using Zoho CRM in just a blink of an eye.

Cons

Sometimes our Zoho Tools were too slow to load especially for Zoho people wherein we used them as a time tracker.

This software when I was using really helped me expand my business. Used the e-mail portion for mass e-mail. The CRM portion to keep contacts organized and detailed notes on each contact. Had issues with figuring things out at first but customer service was excellent in helping me.

Pros

I liked that I was able to implement a mail merge to send mass e-mails in my own designed template. This was a nice option when I was using this software. Many features and programs to make the workflow more efficient. Overall very comprehensive software. Excellent customer service willing to help with any issues and/or questions.

Cons

There is a large learning curve for a first time user of the software. Some features were not available. Cost of the software is a bit much per user. Would be nice to have prices based on the number of users at a lower flat rate. Software is expensive. More packages designed for different types of users and various prices. There are just too many features that are unneeded with certain types of businesses. Multiple e-mails sent after cancelling warning of information being deleted. The win back e-mails are just too much and way too many months and even years after cancelling.

Reason for choosing Zoho CRM

There was not any alternative products looked at during this time. Signed up for the free trial and continued as it worked for me.

Well I run a part time business which I started with 0 investment, Zoho CRM definitely was a support to cut down my cost on a CRM- I just make of their free access.

Pros

Definitely this is a hit for SME's , it has a perfect data management system, and the one thing I love about it most is that once the datas are recorded, you can call your customer directly via phone with just one tap and to highlight it's totally free for first three users.

Cons

The pricing seems to be little high, it would be better if they can offer bulk packages instead of per user. And it is little confusing to figure out the filters.

How easy it is to customize Zoho CRM for my business is one of the things that I like. There is no need for coding knowledge or developer skills to make minor changes to the user interface, which I like a lot. It is very easy to learn how to use the Zoho CRM. Sales professionals can utilize it to identify leads captured by the tool. The tool allows for real-time data analysis to identify whether a lead is hot, cold, or normal. These features are very useful for professionals on a regular basis. It has been very helpful to me.

Cons

We struggled to integrate numerous other tools into Zoho as we grew and added more tools to our tech stack. There are not many sales tools that connect directly with Zoho, and you are then left with few options for integration. We have faced serious difficulties integrating with other tools as a growing SaaS business. And customer support can be difficult at times.
