This tool helps me find the right prospects and follow up with them. In addition to facilitating day-to-day sales activities, the tool helps me manage sales processes.

Pros

How easy it is to customize Zoho CRM for my business is one of the things that I like. There is no need for coding knowledge or developer skills to make minor changes to the user interface, which I like a lot. It is very easy to learn how to use the Zoho CRM. Sales professionals can utilize it to identify leads captured by the tool. The tool allows for real-time data analysis to identify whether a lead is hot, cold, or normal. These features are very useful for professionals on a regular basis. It has been very helpful to me.

Cons

We struggled to integrate numerous other tools into Zoho as we grew and added more tools to our tech stack. There are not many sales tools that connect directly with Zoho, and you are then left with few options for integration. We have faced serious difficulties integrating with other tools as a growing SaaS business. And customer support can be difficult at times.

Our company started with using this software many years ago. It is lean and convenient witout the cost of a several thousand dollar software.

Cons

The only downside of this software is that it is all online. If the internet is broken or down, we can't do anything.

Cons

As an account manager this is the best software I have used for tracking leads and managing my client list.

Pros

Very simple to manage. Great for the account manager role to track leads. Very easy customer tracking. Reports and field mapping features were very beneficial.

Cons

Hard to scale for business with more than 1000 employees. We use multiple ZOHO solutions, so it would be better if we didn't have to log into each one separately.

Pros

Free plan for setup your own domain mail. I do recomend my clients to use and none of them regreted using it.

Cons

The paid plans are little expensive for personal use, as a company I think the cost is ok at all since you have more discount over more users.

Pros

ZoHo was exactly what we were looking for in an expense recording and reporting software/app. We have multiple producers on the road all the time and keeping the expenses organized has always been one of the worst aspects of the job... it's tedious, time consuming and so often we'd forget receipts or just lose them. With the ZoHo Expense app, it makes recording your expenses on the go very simple.

Cons

Some tasks, like new customer creation, MUST be completed from the Desktop client and cannot be done through the mobile app, which is sometimes a bit annoying.

I liked it for good value of money. It has in built feature to connect without going to personal email. Good for record keeping and reporting.

Pros

I used Zoho CRM for recruiting and souring resumes. It is very well designed with emailing feature, records keeping and seeing at glance status of all our activities. It has good stream of events recorded for each leads. In case a new employee joins the person can see what has happened in past for each lead very easily which helps in moving ahead.

Cons

It is one among the crowded CRM market and has duplicate features. It is good for small to mid size but not so popular for big employee base.

Pros

Zoho CRM is very basic to use. It's easy to navigate and transfer to other platforms! You can customize views, info to track, and allow all users on your team to view. I like being able to design, customize, and send emails through the team's overall email through Zoho. No need to add personal work email to clients and send in bulk.

Cons

Some functions can be a bit "clunky" or limited to what you can do in them. The email tool I use the most, and formatting can be limited now allowing for much customization and creativity.

Pros

I use this for my business email and it's really great and it's free if you only need it for one domain name. I haven't had any issues with it and I think it's a great value

Cons

It's hard to configure but once you get everything set up it runs smoothly.

Pros

The ability to integrate our appointments and reminders from Zoho CRM into our Google calendars is invaluable.

Cons

It would be nice to be able to customize the dashboards a little more but still an outstanding software service that we have been using for 8+ years.

Pros

It was easy to make changes and manipulate the view. Coming from using Salesforce and many other CRM tools I found this to be very intuitive and the UI was fresh and easy to navigate.

Cons

I don't know that our organization had it deployed exactly the way we should have, but overall I was very happy, so not sure there was anything actually about the software that was bad.

Pros

We use few products from Zoho, e.g. Site24x7, Patch Manager Plus. They ideally fit to our requirements and provide services as expected.

Cons

Everything is good, but sometimes integrating two products to the same SSO system could be difficult.

Great product use for multiple purposes including budget management, surveys and financial information and processing to reports

Pros

Zoho gives me an ability to track and manage resource budgeting as an Implementation Manager. I can pull information according to my preferences and control on handling data is amazing. Reporting is one of the best and coolest features and without even running the reports I can subscribe it to my email address.

Cons

Admin panel should have more flexibility in terms of offering a on the fly dashboard about how many users including active and inactive and how many projects assigned to which users.

Pros

The very helpful thing about Zoho CRM is that it automates vital sales tasks and it’s excellent connectivity with many of google apps makes maximal use of social media too.It also features a dedicated conversational assistant Zia which can provide you your status in every form. From gantt charts to monthly revenue information all features are provided. It also features multi-user portals which turned out be very helpful for our team, encryption and predictive AI with Mobile SDK and app distribution on their most popular enterprise plan.

Cons

The price for a standard user is moderate but it doesn't features things like personal assistant for a standard plan. They require much more money for the services mentioned above. Despite the great features offered by Zoho CRM. Sometimes bugs can also occur in new features. We have pointed out a few improvements and the customer response time was good and they dealt with our problems efficiently

Pros

I've utilized the free version, I most like that so much is bundled (projects, CRM, invoices) and it all works together. You can upgrade to a paid membership AS your business grows, but not before. This is wonderful for small businesses and those attempting to get started.

Cons

I haven't experienced anything negative. I believe you just have to research the thing you want to do, to make sure that it will work properly. It took a moment (as an example) to discover how to sync CRM customers to the invoice part of Zoho but it works really well once you understand.

fantastic..

Pros

I just migrated to a dedicated server, and I needed something that will help me manage my company emails, as the previous host I use to offer that services... That is where Zoho came in I enjoyed the Zoho mail features, most especially the email group features, it gives you the privilege not only to read and send mail but also your company teammate access...

Cons

Recently, i added new email and i realise i can no longer use imap unless i upgrade to the paid plan. thats just a great turn off for the new company i wanted to register on the services
