Pros

We use it to capture and track our inbound lead from various platforms. Lots of useful filters to see data.

Cons

We faced some issue with cloud telephonic integration. some time the calls were dropped.

I have worked with and in several CRMs in my time and Zoho is a great platform. Integration of data is quick, easy to learn.

Pros

The analytics is amazing. My task it to collect, contact, and convert clients to sales opportunities for several different business across the US. It is critical that I know the stats of each account, and adjust if necessary. Zoho makes my workflow much smoother.

Cons

The one thing I like the least, is if a field is required and you forget while inputting details it allows you to save the lead. If there was a required field and it was blank there should be a pop up to let you know to add before saving. That would save time having to find or remember the information.

Pros

Everything about this system makes my job faster and easier! My favorite feature is that i can customize everything to fit me!

Cons

I really hope that when creating a Certificate that they can have all the policy info transfer instead of having to type it in every time. I do know that they are trying to improve this.

I converted from our clunky, old, server-based ACT! CRM to the cloud-based Zoho CRM Professional solution a little over a year ago. I was up and running and fully productive in the new Zoho CRM system quickly. It's a simple, powerful CRM and integrates nicely with Outlook email and has all of the CRM functionality of SalesForce at a much more effective price point for a small business.

Great so far can't exhaust all features, takes time to know all

Pros

Great CRM with unlimited apps, I use zoho on daily basis ie zoho docs. Sharing of tasks and giving reports on zoho docs is fast and easy. Zoho emails are also great and their storage is enough for a user (15gb)

Cons

The costing of zoho can be cheaper for small organizations More tutorials can be posted on how to use many zoho features esp on campaigns

The app allows us to keep current clients information up to date and it helps us to communicate with them on a regular basis. It also allows us to maintain a marketing program for potential clients by providing a regular weekly program for sending our marketing information

In my opinion one disadvantage which is i want to highlight is customer support CRM,s have to improve thier customer support on urgent basis. Customer support services is the most amazing thing. If client is provided the best customer services that lets them feel comfortable.

Support will not resolve issues. Additionally - there are separate support and development teams for each app. This means that very few of the apps are integrated! This is a poor showing for what is marketed to be a unified platform. Additionally - support for one app will generally have no idea regarding developments for any of the other apps. So you have something like 40 different teams to call, or Sales, or General Support - when you are trying to solve a problem/see if an integration can be set up. It's genuinely mind-blowing how badly this is organised.

Pros

Nice interface Good number of apps available for a reasonable price

Cons

Many of the apps malfunctioned in a serious way: from Zoho Mail to Backstage. Literally unusable, and they are crucial to a functional CRM.

Reason for choosing Zoho CRM

We were told that it was an open-facing API software, which we required when setting up an API to our booking software. However, we have left Zoho and gone for Microsoft Dynamics. Trust me, it costs less and does the job that Zoho flimsily failed to do.

Pros

Zoho has come a long way in the time our company has used it - it used to go completely down about once a month and completely disrupt our sales process. However, we decided to stick with it, as it has an unbeatable price for the features we use. Now, they've had at least 1 year free of outages.

The RingCentral integration leaves a lot to be desired.

Pros

We use this product mostly for remote access. It is very easy to use and we rarely get complaints from any of our end users.

Cons

It gets a little clunky at times. Sometimes it needs reinstalled to get back to optimum performance.

Zoho CRM helps to improve customer relations.

Pros

Pricing is pretty good and flexible comparing to most other CRM on the market. Zoho offers free plan and also free trials for other plans, it is very convenient, especially if you need to try additional features and see if you actually need them.

Cons

UI/UX design should be improved, it is not very intuitive. To customize some sections you need to be pretty techie.

Having a new tool is always a challenge, at first I thought the support was fairly weak and our company contact was not so well versed in the software but it got better as time went on.

Pros

I was using this software before I switched companies and it is a good tool for recording customers and logging info about jobs. Once you get the hang of it, easy to navigate.

Cons

I felt that there were some features that were missing and I didn't think the transition from a lead to a customer was all that easy. I felt it should be a little more in depth. I would like to see a more streamline process where the 2 are separated more.

Great experience. I was able to produce robust documents through Zoho CRM and share them with others who needed to view, but not edit the content.

Pros

I discovered Zoho's online set of office-related cloud components when I was looking for a method to collaboratively engage with spreadsheets that maintained much of the functionality of Microsoft Office and Excel. While Google Sheets is often the go-to for virtual collaboration, Zoho's set of cloud components really blew Google out of the water with its functionality. I continue to set Zoho as my default online office programs as it integrates well with Google Drive, where I often share documents with others.

Cons

The software isn't always the most intuitive and unfortunately needs to gain a larger stake in the marketplace so that more users take advantage of its features. Unfortunately I would like to place the blame more on the consumer than Zoho, as many consumers don't utilize many of the functions available.

This application is crashing all the time as mutilple times it happens that zoho sheets are not working. It is slow and difficult to blend with work procceses.
