Best i think we can customise our own crm from basic template. Easily convert your lead to sale. Other options to call email and live chat are also available which are quite useful.

Cons

They have different plans for monthly and yearly charges.

Cons

I dont like the look of the CRM in general. Not enough color and not customization. Especially with the home screen.

Pros

Easy to use once you learn the interface and layout. Automated emails and subcription tracking and billing makes this a must have for our client interactions and tracking. Zoho can host documents, send out emails with the documents, present deals and accept deals to clients. Works amazing.

Cons

No real issues, some times the remember me / auto login is not working but everything else is great.

Pros

Keeping track of contacts and mailing out to them to keep them engaged is overall very easy and it's pretty easy to create nice looking emails (we use it for monthly newsletter mail outs)

Cons

It can be a bit funny about uploading the same list with new contacts and doesn't always work for me. I think the pricing based on number of contacts isn't great either. Whilst I like the campaign creation it could definitely be better. You're pretty much stuck using the standard templates so difficult to customise it too much. Also sometimes the layout doesn't look the same when you send a preview email so I end up having to do lots of previews before it looks right

This software allows me as a small business owner to keep on top of my accounting without having to hire another person to do it.

Pros

This platform is so stable and so flexible that you often forget that it is S.A.S. and not a resident application.

Cons

The learning curve is sometimes steep because there are so many modules to choose from to interact with. The basic CRM portion by itself is very easy to lean though.

Sometimes there's are too many features for our needs and it would be nice if sections could be turned off

Love it! Especially that it allows you to create a dashboard that allows you to have a "Trello boards" within the CRM. Everything in one place!

Pros

Zoho allows you to import and export your business contact information. Analyzing the exported data will allow you to analyze the efficiency of your sales process. It can guide who you should recontact and follow up, especially what changes you should make to improve process times and increase the number of clients. It guides your client sales process, by defining the stages a lead can go through for it to lead to a closed deal.

Cons

The software is like any other CRM unless you are good at analyzing data and creating pivot tables on Excel.

Utilized correctly, this software will really add value to your organization, and we recommend it highly!

Pros

This software saves time, increases revenue, and is overall easy enough for most to use. It's saved our office a lot of time (and headaches!) The package is robust, full-fledged, and allows us to do a good number of integrations that we haven't been able to do with some other software we've tried.

Cons

It might be good if we were able to use this software on a local desktop, instead of relying on having an internet connection to access the cloud software.

I use zoho for my clients as a mail server, because it's free to hook your own domain and create a mail server from it.

Pros

It basically has everything, but as a software engine i like it's mail server. The mail server that you can set your own domain and control it. You can add some user, and implement it to your application.

Cons

It does have some limitations, one is in the mail server you can only add up to 5 users.

Me parece un poco inecesario que cada que se inicie seción se pida un número de teléfono,al igual que el soporte aveces se retrasa.

Pros

Tons of Application under 1 roof such as Live chat, Telephonic Support, Social Media Integration , Analytics and Complete Automation much more powerful tool to choose. Starting from Free Version (Not for 1 user its for 3 Users for free). Personally i would suggest to get Professional Plan for startups which has all feature. Extremely scalable and Customer support is 11 out of 10. you will get all the business startup tools. Also Has a GDPR compliance ready software.

Cons

Only should have an On-premise solution for Huge Companies / Large scale organisation.
