Zoho CRM leaves something to be desired. It feels like it is trying to be Google Suite kind of deal, but lacks the flow and ease of the product.

Pros

Zoho allows you to have your calendar, email, and tasks all connected to each other for ease of access.

Cons

The overall outline and look of Zoho is not ideal. You have to find "work-arounds" for things to show up correctly on your calendar, and other employees' calendars.

Overall - Zoho CRM is a great budget-friend option for most businesses.

Pros

Zoho CRM looks fantastic, and it it good value for the money you will pay. There is also a huge amount of customisation options available.

Cons

Zoho is a great looking CRM, but I found it hard to learn and use. It was not clear how to get to some areas of the CRM, which resulted in wasted time.

Pros

I work for a nonprofit that uses Zoho CRM as our project management and information system. We use Zoho to keep track of activities, project details, contacts, requests for technical assistance, and documents that are created. The thing that I like most about Zoho is that I have flexibility to create and run reports.

Cons

You can do some customizations to fit your needs but, not many.

### "Great Ticketing System to Manage IT Requests"

It is a great organizational tool for any IT team (or really any team in general that stacks requests). It will give you and the requesting party access to track, view, and initiate action without losing control of the situation and forgetting something.

Pros

Before switching to this software our IT requests were manually tracked which caused confusion, lack of response in a timely manner, and sometimes totally missing requests. People would often just call us directly or text the team and it was hard to manage those requests while working on other projects. After implementation all of our requests were tracked, and we had a bit of a buffer zone from the requestor to weed out what is urgent and what can wait.

Cons

When interacting with other teams/businesses that used this software, if a reply with a ticket number in the subject was also ccing out ticketing system, it would zombify old tickets, or latch on to existing tickets that had nothing in common with the actual request.

Overall, the free version for our sales team of 5 served it's purpose and allowed us to have meetings where we could discuss opportunities through Zoho.

Pros

Managing a small startup with limited sales team, Zoho did it's job in helping leadership identify opportunities and nurture opportunities with the sales team.

Cons

Nothing that I didn't like, just don't expect to be blown away by the free version by any means. Limited.

Getting a CRM going at low-cost.

Pros

It gets the job done in terms of a sales CRM (tracking calls, messages, notes, contact info, etc). As long as you don't need a lot of fancy features, it's a great starting CRM.

Cons

Features are limited and my experience with support has been relatively less effective than with Infusionsoft & Hubspot. My biggest concern was turnaround time for support inquiries.

My end users love it and use it. Simple! I also almost never get support calls for it as it just works!

Pros

The simplicity of use of the product has lead the adoption among our sales staff. No point to a more all encompassing product if no one will use it.

Cons

Better integration with on site data sources would make life a lot easier. As it stand, you either have to program your own API connector, or purchase one.

Pros

The offline capability is still fully functional and then syncs when back online. Ease of use and real time updating

Cons

Pros

I use this with a company to collaborate incoming projects and I find it is very user friendly and easy to customize and has many ways to integrate with other applications. I found the templates to be very useful as well.

Cons

The customer support has to be the biggest downfall. When you do have an issue plan to spend a lot on time on hold with customer service to deal with the issue.

Zoho ensures that social media posts are streamlined; we no longer have to write a post at the exact time we would like it to go live. We also have the ability to post similar (or the same) information to multiple social media outlets with the click of a button.

Pros

Zoho allows us to align and schedule our social media posts, as well as track our social media presence using compiled statistics.

Cons

There are no features we currently dislike. It was easy to integrate into our existing platform. We will continue to use it.

Pros

The insights that came from the system were incredibly valuable to the operation.

Cons

There is alot of bloat in Zoho that stifles the navigation somewhat. It is a bit cumbersome to overcome.

Pros

You are able to keep track of you sales process by customization and categorizing the process from prospects to complete sales for example. Allows for arranging of customer details and information in an orderly manner making there retrieval to be easy.

Cons

Requires the extra effort of looking for the customer information as the process is not automated and requires users input.

I would recommend this for a tech savvy startup who is on a budget, at a very reasonable for one user this is a great tool for the office if you don't need individualized task assignments, if you have a bunch of users I would explore salesforce as a solution instead as the price will be better in the long run.

Pros

The largest benefit with zoho can is it's ability to be customized for each user and application usage (however see cons). My favorite part of the tool is blueprint mapping, it will let you visually map out your work flows, tasks, emails, etc all in one screen, however the directions and terminology is vague so it takes a while to setup. From a functional standpoint zoho CRM is feature rich, with endless options for integrations and usages.

Cons

The help documents are ok at best, with that being said they do have free email support. The settings and terminology ate difficult to arrange and set per organizational needs. Some if the integrations zoho offers are not two way integrations with their own platforms.

Cons

Plug and play isn't that great, you do need to take some time to configure and setup according to your needs. Support takes time or are sometimes unavailable.

We save a lot of money by automating the sales and marketing pipeline.

Pros

The CRM is easy to use and is surprising powerful. I mostly love the automation functionality and the integration with other modules like Campaigns (email marketing).

Cons

As with the case of mature software, there are just so many options, and often it takes a while to find what you are looking for. But, that means there are lots of options, which is good.

Overall, I'm happy with Zoho. If you are introducing yourself into the CRM world, Zoho has more than enough features to test it and manage you customer base. Combined with third party marketing software makes it a really good product for a SME.

Pros

It's really easy to use. It has most of the features available on CRMs such as Dynamics CRM. You can easily assign contacts to users as well as associate opportunities to them.

Cons

The marketing add-on (Zoho Campaigns) does not allow to do most of functionalities available on other Marketing softwares. It's email marketing framework is really poor for a professional software.

With zoho CRM I have been able to collect and manage the most relevant information of my clients, which allows me to provide a more personalized treatment and obtain greater satisfaction from the client.

Pros

It is good software to control and manage the entire business relationship of the company. Their tools are very versatile and allow to obtain a system for marketing, sales and customer service quite solid. My experience has been good, especially because it provides an up-to-date database and tools for commercial and customer-specific monitoring. Its interface is quite intuitive and therefore it is very easy to use. It's excellent!

Cons

The only thing I did not like about zoho CRM is that it only allows you to pay in dollars, it does not support other types of coins.

My Wokplace is Using Zoho for day to day activities now. Specially in the pandemic situation this has being vert useful. I use this to apply leaves, mark attendance, Zoho emails daily.

Pros

Zoho has covered almost every requirement that should be in an HRM software and with additional features like Email too. So you can use a single login and a single application to fulfil all the needs. And It has mobile applications as well which is very convenient.

Cons

Dark theme can be improved a little. Not a big issue at all. If they can provide some themes to choose, that'd be awesome.

Pros

The software is user-friendly for people with a wide range of technology experiences, from minimal to in-depth.

Cons

Some companies, especially in manufacturing, don't necessarily have pre-priced products waiting in inventory. For us, we make custom parts that are ordered to be made every time, so there is a lot of nuances involved in pricing. The quote sheet is almost too cookie-cutter to allow us to completely transition to Zoho CRM without still using excel or another custom spreadsheet.
