I have had an great experience with this software. 2 years and no issues have risen. I use them on a daily basis.

Pros

I absolutely love this software, it was easy to integrate other systems into zoho. I use it daily with no issues thus far, and I have been using it for almost 2 years daily.

Cons

No Cons thus far! I have used this product for 2 years, I love every feature!

Pros

Zoho CRM is one of the best and easy tool for CRM operations. The most important benefit of this tool for our company is to streamline the marketing and sales activities on a single platform and map the customer and sales activities efficiently. Its simple business processes are fantastic and easy to use.

Cons

Sometimes the customization becomes difficult to perform. But overall the Zoho CRM tool is good to use for any organization.

Pros

Best support and real time support form company officials. Additionally, productivity tools pre installed with the web application makes it daily to use tool. Large community and users make it easy to debug and solve the problems. The data format while exporting in CSV helps in analytics.

Cons

GUI needs more updates and tweaks. Shortcuts will make it more easy to achieve tasks.

It's the most powerful CRM I've used, including Salesforce. This software is extremely useful. I highly recommend it. The customer service is responsive.

Pros

The capabilities are immense. It's the best for the cost. It's scalable beyond any expectations you might have. It's in the cloud. So, everyone in your organization has access.

Cons

The learning curve is daunting, but it just takes time. This is a minor drawback.

My experience was great and I would recommend it to other consulting firms for password management.

Pros

I love Zoho - it's a great little CRM that is perfect for our needs at the small firm that I work at. We typically use it for password management for our various clients and campaigns. It's a great solution that requires little training and keeps everything organized.

Cons

I really have no complaints about this software, though our firm did use it for a very specific reason. It's great for everything that we used it for which was mostly keeping confidential passwords organized and safe!

Pros

The platform is easy to use, which is the most important part! We can easily track who we spoke to, when we spoke to them, if follow up is needed, and if there are any other notes. There are great email templates and reports that can be run.

Cons

I have not found anything yet that I dislike that is due to Zoho. They did transfer over our contacts from our old system but I have had to spend a decent amount of time re-organizing it to fit Zoho's platform.

I haven't found any downsides to this software yet.

Pros

What I like most about Zoho is that you get the most value for your money. Since I run a small business, it's imperative that we work with software that can do as much for as less, as possible. That seems like a pipe-dream, but once we started playing around with Zoho, that seemed to be the case. In contrast to their competitors who offer similar services as far as integration with live chat, phone and social media. It's the best bang for your buck and so far our clients have been pleased at our response time via Zoho.

Cons

To be perfectly honest I don't really have a complaint – with the exception of the price point. Using something that is listed so far below their competitors may seem "cheap" or unreliable, but so far that has not been the case for Zoho. We've been pleased with the results we've been getting and the responses from our clients have been positive.

Managing customers is a crucial thing that determines the success of any business. Zoho CRM is up for the task. It is a reliable software that improves business operations and helps us to stay close and in contact with our clients. It also has the best marketing features.

Cons

Zoho CRM is a powerful tool that I am yet to find cons about it. It is the best. Its features are incredible.

We can not recommend to use this product

Pros

It has an intuitive look and feel and there are multiple modules.

Cons

\- Zoho Books not working and poor support. Unable to fix integrations with bank accounts for more than a month. - You can see clearly that the different modules have been developed by different teams. there is not integration testing between the different modules. - Each user must be configured in each module and changes are not populated to other modules. - Partner is unable to help with open tickets.

The fastest way to remote into a users machine and fix what is needed, hands down.

Pros

It works! Every time all the time. You are able to remote into a clients machine and do anything that is needed. This is so much better than walking them through every step to reach your solution.

Cons

It leaves behind an EXE file that the client has to remove manually. I would prefer it cleaned up after itself.

Pros

It can be a bit clunky when you’re first starting out.

So far I have been using the new CRM for the last 3 months or so and it has been a far improved experience as compared to their previous iteration of the CRM software. Of the best improvements are the additional functionality especially with the new filter features and integration of email into the system, including notifications of opens, clicks etc. There are still some features missing like the full email integration which at the moment is only available to premium customers but hopefully the full suite of services will be available to all in the future. A great system and would recommend to all that want to improve their business processes in dealing with clients, campaigns, marketing and support. Pro's: -great filter -easy search -easy import -great support Con's: -some features for premium only -takes a bit of learning but support is there to make it easier.

Pros

Zoho has expanded functionality that other CRMs are missing. The price point is extremely affordable. Marketing and email functionality is crazy good.

Cons

The customer support is lacking when compared to other CRM tools. If you have previous CRM experience you'll do fine inside Zoho, but if not the customer support team isn't the best at helping to navigate their tool.

It helped manage and streamline my customer interaction operations, my monitoring of my sales team's progress and performance, and my retrieval of analysis of our pipeline trends, our customers' closing time and turnover, and the company's performance as a whole.

Pros

I love the ease of access and convenience in its mobile app; it makes work on the go very easy. I also love the functionality of scheduling tasks/activities very easily with the ability of adding many details such as how long the call took and the tasks' priority level and completions date.

Cons

The only aspect of Zoho that I faced challenges with was customer service response time. When I first signed up, I needed some guidance with customization and their response time slowed my implementation by about a day.

I've been using the Zoho Mail connected in the "mail app" in the computer and it works good but when I need to connect through a browser it doesn't work as goos as the mail app. Overall, it is a good professional way to hace different user under the url company name . I really recommended

Has been great. We've used it on many database/customer projects, and have also implemented it with many team members.

Pros

We've used ZOHO for many years, in fact dating back to when it first came out. It is packed with a ton of features and allows for a lot of customization. The pricing is also very good for what it offers.

Cons

I think there is a bit of steep learning curve with this tool, though that's probably not uncommon with CRMs. There are now some free alternatives, like Hubspot, that offer many of the features found in ZOHO. I think overall though, there aren't really that many negatives, and if you're uneasy about using a freemium product, then this is probably the CRM to go with.

We started a few businesses and used zoho for all the leads. It was helpful, free at first and pretty easy to use. We couldn't afford big softwares on the market to pay for, thanks to zoho we had a chance to grow the company first and then start paying something.

Pros

Everything is so easy, filterable and you can sort leads out by categories or any way you want. Great business tool online for you and your team real time marks and updates. It helped a lot.

Cons

Nobody like to upgrade and start paying for the software, but once you grow the business what can you do.. To be honest I can't tell you anything about their customer service because I haven't had a need.

Pros

The crm is very userfriendly and easy to use. Has all the functionality needed for an SME.

Cons

Integration with mailchip doesnt work too well. Not many option to create custom embed forms for website. The forms have some issue as many clients report issue of not being able to submit the forms due to some error. And sometimes dont get an alert on submitted forms too.
