Zoho has always been a reliable and cheap CRM platform for me to use over the years with multiple corporations.

Pros

I have been using Zoho for years now with different companies. I love the fact that it is such a simple to use CRM. It helps me track all the information that I need in order to properly track client information and keep it all in one easy to access place.

Cons

There is other software that I use daily which is supposed to integrate right into Zoho. I have still not been able to get it to work at all. Zoho still does what I need it to do, but I wish the software integration and functionality worked like it says.

### "Not a bad CRM"

All of your contacts and information in one place. When a phone call was to come in, we didn't have to ask who the customer was, a separate window popped up with the clients information.

Pros

I did like the easiness to use interface. Everything you needed was in that one account rather than having to go look elsewhere. Uploading documents made for even more convenience. Loved the mobile app.

Cons

Crashed quite a bit on me. I don't have terrible things to say about the software, but I will say that I have found other CRM's to be much more user friendly and accessible.

Zoho CRM helps my workplace consolidate sales based customer communications into a single platform, saving us time and avoiding the use of disperate programs.

Pros

Zoho CRM's online, cloud based nature makes it easy to access your customer database from anywhere. It also helps you analyze and track communications sent with customers, so that you can prioritize communication and centralize it in one location.

Cons

With so many features such as email prioritization, live chat, telephony and social media, the inital onboarding to Zoho CRM can be quite a barrier.

### "A useful product for processing my side hobby blog emails"

It simply worked "out of the box" and I haven't had any issues with it in the 5+ years I've been using it. And as a free tool too.

Pros

When choosing to set up an email account for my side hobby blog I was recommended to use Zoho. I wanted to have an email with a domain name and it was easy to set up Zoho to receive and send out these emails.

Cons

On an iPad, in inbox view, the screen splits in half with the left part showing my email list and the right half showing a preview of the selected email. There doesn't appear to be a way of removing the preview half to see the inbox full screen.

This is the CRM we suggest to most of our small business clients. There's a lot of power, a lot you can customize, and a lot of programs that you can connect to Zoho CRM. It's definitely the best value for people looking for an alternative to SaleForce.

Pros

There are so many customizable options available with Zoho. You can really make the module work the way you want them to. You have to be careful with this, b/c sometime you can go to far and make the system too difficult to use by being too specific. But it's such a powerful tool when you tailor it to your business.

Cons

There is a learning curve to the user interface. It does not make a whole lot of sense at first, where things live and how to pull reports and how to customize fields and modules. But once you start to learn the system and understand the layout, it becomes more familiar.

we were thinking it is Chinese technology and we were very careful with which later turned out they are Indian which was a good news, it helped us to do simple thing.

I really liked the free version, is simple and doest what you need from CRM, it has nice team behind it and they are usually respond and communicate quickly

Cons

it does much less that what Dynamics 365 or hubspot does, I was expecting more features

Pros

If you are using the whole suit of Zoho, then this is very good. As a user, I got lots of connected features, which otherwise I have to manage through many different apps.

Cons

There is a learning curve involved. Don't assume that you will be able to automate/manage everything in a day. The whole process setup takes a good amount of time. For me, it took 2 weeks.

I decided it was not something that I could continue using. I tried it many times and really wanted it to work but ultimately I used something very different.

Pros

I liked the features of the CRM that were offered - which in reality isn't much different than features of other CRM's. There are a lot of integrations which is nice because other CRM's that are newer don't have near as many.

Cons

It was just too complicated. You have all these different "apps" that you can use but once you start using all you need plus upgrading the CRM you are left spending quite a bit of money. To me it was not very user friendly and just felt like it was too heavy. It was geared more for sales than CRM functionality.

Used the software first as an alternative to Google Sheets where all our lead information was held. Was blown away by the extremely easy to use then-UI which was made easier in the recent update! What I loved about the sales team was that they let us extend our professional trial period over 4 times just to get the hang of the CRM! Very cheeky I say.. they really got us hooked and dependent. I am a zoho-holic and I am a report King! Love the power of CRM reports! We first started using the CRM with a team of 6 but now I use the enterprise version with a team of 25.

I helped a client implement Zoho. Zoho is easy to deploy out of the box and you can be up and running fairly quickly.

Cons

The feature set is complex and it requires some time to learn and customize the platform. Data migration can be a pain as well.

Pros

I have recommended Zoho to many clients for a multitude of reasons. The main being that it is a very intuitive, simple to use CRM system that doesn't require too much indepth training or knowledge, and also is very cost-effective!

Cons

Unsure what to put here to be honest! Perhaps more direct line of communication with an account manager may have supported us?

We use Zoho CRM not only as a sales tool but for project management and accounting and finance work flow task management. We are able to streamline our sales opportunities from start to finish. Right through the entire project and ultimately through customer invoicing without missing any steps thanks to Zoho.

Pros

We are able to customize it in so many ways; we create custom work flows, reports and tasks for almost every aspect of our construction business.

Cons

Every now and then, when we make significant changes to work flow, we'll get retro active updates that we don't really want. All in all, a pretty minor inconvenience that we are able to work around.

It contains functions and elements that will allow to adapt it to the needs of the company. It can also be integrated to other tools of daily use such as email, which facilitates communication management.

The platform can run slowly when several modules are in operation, the screen freezes and sometimes it is necessary to re-enter and start again.
