Cons

Simple enough to set up quickly, and for the first few licenses is free, excellent for small companies

Cons

Not as feature rich, and not entirely configurable to suit requirments, which woudl necessitate that you bend your processes a little bit to fit the software

It is the best way to integrate social networks, Zoho offers me a great opportunity to synchronize social media, you can respond to customers on Twitter, Linkedin, Google+ and Facebook from a single control pane

Cons

Although it runs on devices that have low technical specifications, it can not be used if we do not have a good internet connection.

Permite tener un seguimiento fiel de todas las actividades que se han realizado a un potencial cliente determinado. Dispone de opciones que permiten almacenar información detallada de cada uno de nuestros clientes.

Cons

La interfaz creo que podría mejorar un poco más, y en relación a esto, toda la documentación relacionada.

Its a good CRM overall with good task management, lead management, account management, import export functionality. All the functionalities which should be in a CRM are present and not very difficult to configure.

Cons

One should analyze all the features before buying. There are many hidden costs in this CRM, many limits which you realize after using the software.

Pros

I have build a few different API's that connect to ZOHO. The documentation is great and the API is very easy to follow. The customization in ZOHO makes is a very pliable format that can fit any companies needs.

Cons

When working with the API you only have a limited amount of API calls you can do a day. We ran into issues with this while testing.

For what we use it for we find it is good and fairly straight forward to use

Pros

We use it mainly to manage our social media content and for this function we find it easy to use and feedback it gives is great. Tried to get into the CRM side however as we have software for running the business which has some crm capability found we were repeating ourselves, our software provider makes integrating the two challenging so not taken any further

Cons

A lot to learn and would like better educational tools to learn how to get the most out of the system, changing your subscription plan is challenging!

This is the primary CRM used by my company for Business Development, Sales and Client Management. The simplicity of use has ensured zero resistance from sales team in adopting the system and has been instrumental in driving superior sales discipline.

Pros

The solution is amazingly simple to use and requires very minimal training to use. Zero hassles in using the solution means that the CRM is always updated with the current data and actually supports and drives sales discipline .

Cons

The mobile app has the right features but could be effort to use and more robust. Also, the reporting features are just sufficient but not stellar.

Pros

Zoho is a user-friendly and affordable solution for emails. Its very thorough and the best solution I have found while searching CRM.

Cons

There was a day when it went down. Customer service was atrocious. We had to follow tweets. The CEO wasn’t owning up to what happened.

With Zoho, I can stay on top of every new potential I create, which allows me to close more opportunities.

Pros

Zoho allows me to enter new leads, convert them to contacts and create potentials with ease. It allows me to write notes pertaining to the customers requests which help me when I am following up. Zoho allows me to create a Mass mailing so when we have new promotions to launch we can hit approx 1000 customers with the same email.

Cons

Zoho has a daily email limit of 1000 emails per day. Sometimes when doing a Mass mailing, I would need more. Zoho's dashboard should be more customizable.

I would of liked if they had more integration with other ecommerce programs where I could measure the best selling products.

It has every feature and option you could want, but you really have to know what you are doing to get it setup like you want.

We have LOVE LOVE LOVED Zoho. It has kept our team current with what each person has done with an account. It also has enable us to work more efficiently while we are not in the office. It sure saves us having to call a meeting and tell everyone on our Team what we've done, who we've touched base with and where the conversation was left while we were not in pocket.

Pros

\-Ease of customization tailored to your individual business needs and requirements. -All your emails for all of your team in one place. -All contact info updated and kept in one central location. -Syncs with JotForm, so new forms can update information on your contacts.

Cons

\-Our iPhone app, Android app, iPad app fails to sync with the server. We are currently having to do everything on the desktop website. -I wish there was a way to sync account info with a contact. Once a Lead is changed to an Account and Contact...(all leads are split to create both when they're converted, which is nice!)...but once it is changed, anything that you change on the account, you also must change on the contact. -Quickbooks integration is no longer supported. -We cannot get inventory to sync with our inventory system, either.
