Its ok, not great - working with many clients and tagging the with many prospects is not easy. Having emails that I send from outlook show up in Zoho was not easy to set up

priced right - allows mobile access - sends emails and logs emails

Cons

customization is not easy - takes time and some tags and filters are difficult to change

Cons

Beginners ma feel difficult to use but proper guidance makes you superior. It's bit expensive in for small Nepalese Business.

I haven't come across any Cons at the moment, if there was any I am sure I would have picked this up by now.

Took some time to get used to the Lead/Contact/Deal structure

I've used Zoho in the past. It was very simple to use, customizable to exactly what I needed.

Cons

I didn't have any problems with it. The reporting could have been a little better, but it still worked.

I used in my HR internship. I like many features of that like excellent customer support, security and data privacy, scalability, reporting, and analytics that help me record data and submit reports on time.

Pros

I like because it is very affordable, and has customizability, automation as wells as multichannel communication so due to this good feature I use Zoho.

Cons

Although it has best feature but also has some problems like a steep learning curve, UI/UX design, limited free version, integration challenges, and customer support quality features I don't like.

I like the robustness and how is rich in features we can maintain every clients details ie past order history,projected sale etc with long term value if you set the params right.Additionally with the analytics and reporting it is by far the best analytics tool I have used .

The performance of this system is sometimes not the best, usually during large data set or pack usage.
