### "Zoho is a solid CRM "

Overall, I think Zoho is a leading company and have been using them on and off for years. I would totally recommend Zoho as a solid good CRM to anyone looking for a CRM that is powerful and has a great team supporting it.

Pros

The CRM works and it as powerful as you will need any CRM to be.

Cons

I find there are some small limitations that seem to be a tad annoying at times. And some of the UX is a bit dated.

I am using Zoho CRM since one year now, and also other products from Zoho like Zoho Invoice and Zoho Mail. When it come to the product, it is great in terms of quality / price. When it come to the company, personally I love their philosophy in business - sometime I feel like I am dealing with a foundation not as they are giving all the time and don't ask for return. I don't know companies providing professional email hosting for 25 users for free forever - Zoho Corp do and do also for Zoho CRM. Thanks.

Pros

This software is very well designed, it contains all the needed functionalities by sales team and management for daily use. Zoho CRM Is not complex like what we see in other software. The best is that Zoho is improving it continually.

Cons

The look and feel of the last version Zoho CRM 2016 is different than the other Zoho products and that is not really nice. Also, when comparing the price with other CRM Like Salesforce or MS dynamics. The difference is huge and most of the time not justifiable

This is a good program especially if you want to see the rates of your email sends and opens. It shows you where to prioritize your time, based on what is really working for your company.

Pros

As someone who owns a small business with lots of referrals and leads to keep track of, it is so nice to have a great option for making this a simpler process. This keeps track of our current clients, our referrals and leads, and also allows me to see who has been referred by other clients. We reward our clients for bringing others to us, so that is extremely helpful. It also helps me see when we cannot reach a client and why.

Cons

It was a bit confusing to get started on, but if you are fairly tech savvy, you will be able to figure it out. There are some good tutorials from others online, and that can help as you are getting a handle on using the contacts, etc.

Cons

Not sure if this is admin related but not all reports have an option to export onto excel/pdf which can make it harder to update the team on specific incentives Also not sure if admin related but doesn't allow for hiding columns for quick snapshots

Great - it helps to have a developer on your team with SQL and PHP experience, but it's also easy to find a freelance consultant who can help architect. I highly recommend Zoho and their family of products.

Pros

\- Easy to customize - 24/7 support for technical issues I've had in the past - Supports a lot of the more advanced features found in higher premium CRMs

Cons

\- Without any technical knowledge or database experience, might be difficult to setup. Requires intermediate knowledge of CRMs in general to get started.

I love zoho because I am able to keep my emails organized and be able to send and receive invoices and payments.

Cons

The only thing I don't like is that I wish I could keep my emails color coordinated to make it easier for me

the automation features were nice, and the customization was cool too

The way management used the tool to micromanage and obsess over every detail they built into zoho

We switched from other software to Zoho. It was a nightmare. The application itself has nice feature but the support is the worst I have ever dealt with. We tried to implement all of the promised features but the level of support was less that horrible. We were put on hold for 40 plus minutes. We were promised a callback and it has never happened. I wish we had never left other software

Pros

Nice PROMISED features that support can't implement.

Cons

The worst support EVE. Long wait, no calls back, no emails back. Extremely frustrating

I started using this software about 2 years ago for our comnpany email and have been very pleased thus far.

Cons

I really do not have a con, but if I did it would be the Zoho Mail app. It freezes and you are not able to clear mail.

The interface is pretty intuitive and the mobile app gives you quick access to contacts, leads.. Plus, it makes it easy to call leads and clients directly from the app on your phone.

Pros

The free version is enough for small business. It’s intuitive and can be customize to your sales funnel

Cons

The free version is limited as well. If you want to add more than one account manager in the free version it’s not possible. It will be great to have it included. Also in order to use ZOHO CRM, you need to have a Zoho email account.

Pros

Ability to set up a company email for free.

Cons

Not so user friendly. You have to have some computer skills to use some of the modules.
