Pros

This product is very user friendly and does not have as many layers as some of the bigger CRMs--it has simplicity and easy to understand operating instructions

Cons

It does not have good syncing features which makes it less accessible

Pros

We used ZOHO CRM and it's add on components to build out a custom CRM for a company that quickly grew from a modest 10 users, to 1500 users. ZOHO was able to scale with us the whole way and at a fraction of the cost of Sales Force.

Cons

Really can't think of any major cons at the moment. Back when we used it the only thing I recall having an issue with was the way emails were sent from the system. We did not like that we could not send from our domain, but hopefully this is an issue of the past.

Pros

It has indispensable features that most users, create and load contacts, send emails, tasks. It is integrated with the calendars of Outlook and Google, I could also integrate it with asterisk and it was very beneficial, which facilitates the programming and organization. The user interface is very simple and easy to use.

Cons

Your customer service is not ideal and sometimes it takes some time for someone to contact you.

Use used Zoho CRM for many years, but once our needs expanded to campaigns, sales funnels, etc, we figured the modules don't talk well to each other. Eventually, we found another solution that integrates CRM, Marketing and Sales efforts more appropriately.

Pros

Zoho CRM was easy to set up at first, but quickly became too complicated for our needs.

Cons

The different modules are too fragmented, like they were not made to talk to each other. Expanding our usage of ZoHo became a pain, support didn't help enough and we eventually decided to use a different CRM.

for me its onestop for all my CRM needs . From creating customer , following up and potentially converting them to customer is breeze ,Also from Project Management standpoint its easy to capture data and use it under reports

Pros

with high customize-able of sales force automation with priority based task approach Zoho set benchmark for CRM. Also the integration with different module working seamlessly helps creating report a breeze.

Cons

Visual look or the User Interface and module joint seamless-ness needs improvement. Everything else works great.

Having had the software for over 5 years has made tracking open complaints, that would have been overlooked ensuring complaints investigations are consistently minimising surprises and allowing work from home due to cloud access and paperless very efficient for an environmental organisation.

Pros

How easy it was to use with little to no training. The fields were easily customisable and instinctive and running queries against and objective was very easy.

Cons

Some of the fields proved to be a challenge for users Hotline and Compliance officers as they mixed up terms and keywords. This made running queries difficult but once some standardisation was done and agreement on common terms it was easy

Reason for choosing Zoho CRM

Best Overall cost, number of users per cost. Best fit for our work given what we do with little customising, it looked very professional from the get go User interface very friendly.

Customizable, very good quality, great user interface, many nice features, not very expensive when comparing to other CRM on the market.

Cons

The platform is working pretty slow sometimes. New users need some training to start using the software.

Pros

This software helps in maintaining a healthy customer relation, which is the very basis of what is required in a CRM. Its affordable for small to large business firms. Also, the design features are easy to be dealt with. And with the choice of getting links from popular social networking sites, it expands the business horizon. Customer services are quite bright and when additional features are suggested, they make their way in, at least within few updates. Due to its simple design, no extra hours have to be put up to deal with it.

Cons

Linking different Zoho accounts can be war field. Although AI has made its way, they haven’t brought a huge difference. Customization is possible but not always. Though they have great customer service works, however, they fail many at times during the weekends.

Good, simple way to organize accounts.

Pros

I liked that you could mass update accounts and keep track of them easily by using the search bar. The reporting features were okay as well.

Cons

There was no way to connect accounts and organize them in a hierarchy, which is crucial for healthcare companies. The reporting did not allow cross filters with filter rules. It was a lot slower than what my company currently uses now as well.

Cons

Navigating Zoho CRM proved to be a cumbersome task. The interface is not as intuitive as claimed, making it difficult for me and my team to quickly adapt to the system. Basic functions were buried under layers of menus, resulting in a steep learning curve and decreased productivity.

Moved from a pen and paper appointment book with notes and scribbles to a real CRM to keep track of clients and their contact data, track and follow up with new and returning clients and have access to from anywhere at anytime.

Pros

Fully functioning CRM with all of the features and functionality I would have expected to have to pay for at no cost. There are some limitations with the free version, but as a solo operation, this is really perfect for me.

Cons

I have not found anything that I don't like or even that I had trouble figuring out and I am very far from being technically or technologically savvy.

It's nice to have a way to communicate with my client, and their clients, when we partner on a writing project but uf, this UX can be a bit of a hassle. I know that it is meant to keep conversations together (so they don't get lost in email) but they still manage to create such long threads I am not sure just how much of a benefit that is. I'm meh about it, I wouldn't use it for my own clients because it's not a clean interface but I do see how it can be helpful to connect with multiple team members without having to have everyone's emails. It's helpful, but ugly.

Pros

One of my clients uses Zoho so I get stuck using it. I like that it makes it easy for me to interface with their clients, see what my next project is, and find info when I need it.

Cons

It's so ugly. The UX is a mess, and can be a little wonky to navigate. I think that is part of why it's so hard for my client to get their clients to use it with them rather than email, altho I get that it helps them manage all those conversations. Stuff gets lost and it's only as clean as how it's used, the threads can get LONG on some projects and you have to dig through to find what you're looking for.

Pros

The setup and customization is easy to implement. I've used it for 2 businesses-small scale and enterprise. You can add on features and drop them as needed and it's cost effective.

Cons

With so many customizable variables, sometimes the program can look a bit complicated. It takes a little getting used to.
