I love the product. It was time consuming to set it all up but WAY worth the work!

Pros

I love the customization features. We have really made the portal fit to our needs.

Cons

Some items are harder to build or personalize. The customer support team is not always SUPER knowledgable and will not walk you through it. They will just send you a link to a video or how-to page.

Pros

Quick setup and functionality of zoho makes it a good choice if you are a smaller organization

Cons

Integrations are not as robust as sfdc - but again for small org this may be fine

My experience has been pleasant though having used Salesforce.com I have been spoiled. Depending on how you want to use your CRM platform Zoho may be the best platform out there for you. If you are a larger organization and need more you will find Salesforce.com is a better option.

Pros

Zoho is a great product for those on a limited budget that need a CRM to mamage their business.

Cons

If you are desiring to customize ZOHO the cost to do so could potentially rival the total cost you would pay for some out of the box solutions with less down time.

Pros

Zoho offers same day support and incredible functionality. It is a very solid software and is a sister to salesforce. It has many features and compatibility with other software integral for lead generation and the sales cycle

This software is really solid. The customer service took away my complaints by offering solutions.

simplified my tracking and TAT of handling a lead.

Pros

1) A very supportive staff to name few, account manager (Anand), Radha (Pre-sales), Anand (chat support), Vignesh (Books) & chat + email support team. Almost everyone I interacted with helped me to find the actual or the closest solution for my requirement. 2) A wide range of products to integrate (mails, Webforms, Docs, Books, etc...) to make the CRM one stop solution for my requirement.

Cons

1) Articles of few topic do not explain the hacks and sometimes even the fundamentals are missing. 2) A real-life example/use case of product features will help a better "do it yourself" experience. A lot of times we (user) know what is required but we dont know which feature will get that requirement done.

It's a great place to consolidate all the informations in one place. Then the CRM connects to other function like Campaigns to deploy emails.

Cons

You need to set up one currency so if by default you have USD then you need to work with exchange rate

Its lead management scores very well with me but at the same time, it's sales analytics which it helps to visualize very well is something I enjoyed working with.

Cons

Their interface can be worked slightly but its just me being nitpicky. I am happy with this software overall.

Pros

I liked the simplicity in its ability to offer email insights and webforms integrated (surverys) that other CRM's didn't offer. It's low cost as well, which is different than the highly expensive Salesforce.

Cons

Whatever is offered by Zoho is offered by half a dozen other competitors with an easier UX, more integrations and a more streamlined experience. We ended up going with another CRM platform.

I loved the wide range of features and the fact support can answer questions for what you need.

It seems like some features are hard to learn so you need to contact support for tips and tricks.

It was cost efficient and allowed all the features we needed compared to the completion. I think it will be even better once we learn more and get use to it.

I launched my business with Zoho as the first CRM I had and it was great in the beginning when our needs were a bit simpler.

Pros

Has the core CRM features as well as a bunch of other modules that may be useful to you depending on your business. Much cheaper than the big guys (SFDC)

Cons

Its not as refined as salesforce and doesn't have as many out of the box features baked into the CRM, but still quite good as a standalone CRM.

Pros

Mostly we use for email communication and daily meetings and internal chat process and I think its a best tool and user friendly as well

Cons

I like the mostly 1 feature that we can change the screen setting while we are working in night so we can change in night mode

I use it to generate leads for sales projects. I have found that I can keep track of the information that I need and also work with it easily. It's also a great value as it's free for some of the most useful functions.

Pros

I can keep info on leads for multiple projects and the fields are relevant. I can also export information to Excel.

Cons

It's not intuitive - I had to ask how to export data. It could also integrate better with QuickBooks and Excel.

Zoho is solving my current company's business and it costs a lot less. It performs the same functionality of customer recording, lead generation, lead analysis, email campaign etc.

Pros

Most lucid CRM that solves all customer problems. The second thing is the UX is great and I can do anything in touch of a button instead of clicking across several level steps for eg. Level a then level b then level c button. Zoho is intuitive and also has a decent UI where icons are arranged neatly. They have 24\*7 customer support and it's a bang for our buck as it costs very less compared to it's counterparts

Cons

Nothing I could think of. It's perfect. Maybe there are too many icons to achieve things in click of a button this might make some people think the frame is clunky with too many icons.

Spend the money on a better CRM I would not recommend ZOHO to anyone.

Pros

I don't have many pros for this software we switched from Hubspot to this and all I can say is that their email builder is a little better and easier than Hubspot's.

Cons

This software has almost no features that are really useful besides the email builder even then it is a super difficult task to segment our customers and creates diverse campaigns. Zoho has a ton of other tools that are amazing together but they don't even play nicely together and they are all made by the same company. For example, you have ZOHO CRM, ZOHO MARKETING, ZOHO SALES ect.. but you have all separate customer/contact lists and none of the information that you put in one system transfers over to the other so if you have a small list of 200 people in the different systems its really like 600 or more people because none of the data syncs.

Pros

The pro for us was that Zoho has an out of the box integration with our contact center platform talk desk

Cons

We have no cons towards Zoho at the moment as the platform is doing everything we need it to do and the support has been great along the way.
