### "Not what we were looking for"

I would recommend Zoho to someone who was looking to use it to run small projects. If you're trying to run large projects with dependencies, numerous people, and complexities this is not the product for you. I would also be careful about how expensive the system can be.

Pros

We attempted to use Zoho as a project management tool and it worked for the small projects we had to run. The thing I liked the most was the simplicity of the application.

Cons

The things I liked the least were the ability to handle the larger projects we were running. It felt like the system was unable to grow with us. I also didn't like that it felt like every feature we wanted to add cost extra money even when we were already on an upgraded package.

Really good and positive and I think the different modules as I grow as a business will be really helpful.

Pros

Zoho is easy to use, intuitive, pretty straight forward and has some great features. I use this for a database for my small recruitment company and it covers most of the bases.

Cons

Perhaps not as in depth as the big boys but then you are not paying the amount that they demand - other than that, no real downfalls.

Pros

The ease of use in that it is dynamic in anyway. The customisations goes are far as your imagination does. The software has helped me solve many data problems even outside the core function its being used as within our organisation.

Cons

If i have to, the fact that there is not a drag and drop function (might have missed it)

It's going on to better one after every updates. Zoho CRM can be suit for any sized organizations, especially small business owners. Search tools is working perfect and that means you can find anything at once. So simple to use CRM software.

Cons

Customer Care Service needs huge improvements, otherwise everything is working awesome. It will take time to adapt the environment at first glance.

We needed a cheap CRM system to get us up and running with a database and some lead forms. Zoho got us up and running but we needed more robust tools.

Pros

It is a pretty lean and mean CRM system that really does offer a lot considering the price. Very easy to use and pretty flexible.

Cons

Doesn't integrate with a ton of platforms and, at some point, it is not professional enough and you need to move up to Hubspot or Salesforce.

We have been able to train and model Zoho CRM for our Contact Centre.

Pros

Probably the integration and adaptability to other programs. I love the templates and workflows that you can create. Easiest way to do it compared to every other CRM I've used so far.

Cons

I think that it could look a bit nicer. It's a little crowded. There are so many different components of Zoho aside from the CRM, I don't have time to learn them all so I could be really missing out on some great features.

Pros

Love how this software brought our team together and got us all on the same page so much faster than previously used software programs.

Cons

It definitely took some time learning all the different features that Zoho offers, but once you learn the tabs and icons...it's super easy to navigate.

I looked for Zoho CRM to be able to integrate my sales process, using zoho mail I thought it would be the most viable. The Platform serves, but is not one of the easiest on the market. Unfortunately, because I really believe in its cost x benefit

Pros

The functionality I liked the most was the automations. Undoubtedly, it is a great differential to be able to follow the entire flow from the meeting until the sale.

Cons

What I liked the least is the lack of help, I think they sin in the onboarding process, making the tool more difficult than it really is. It makes the learning curve seem so tiring.

I have loaded my 100 contact sheet in about 20 minutes, this is making my job a lot easier. I'm exited to make some sales ASAP so I can get the paid version.

Pros

Organizing my sales agenda has been always my least concern and having Zoho for free even with not so many tools available its just great. I am starting but it was really easy to setup and put to work. Amaizing

Cons

Integration with other platforms sounded obvious before I chose this CRM but I see most of the platforms have no interaction with the admin platform which makes me double the work sometimes. Also I wanted to have a database of contractors which is not available, at least not in the free version.

Pros

I've used Zoho for about a year now and I wish we could find a better CRM. Zoho is not difficult to use but is not that easy either. We have trial other CRM and most of them have a better way to attract customer and actually help you keep them

Cons

I feel that every time I sign in I have to learn how to use a new tool again, too many changes to do the same thing.

Pros

The Part of CRM is a powerful tool to take followup of your business leads. This software provide a lead tracking system for every layer of your business employee. Ex: Manager to sales team. The Email Service is the most favorite service. This provide the business email for free which is most useful for a beginner to start as a brand. This is a fully customize system.

Cons

A bit confusing guidelines providing on help section for smtp setup. The email configuration is not an easy task with zoho.

Zoho CRM is good for small and medium businesses. Its easy to use and you dont need much expertise to use this CRM. A free version is available and you can use that to see if it completes your needs. Also the API could be integrated as well.

Cons

The customer support is not that good. You dont get much response from them but overall there are many articles and the CRM itself is too easy to use. So you dont need much support.

Pros

It has a lot of capability and is very powerful. The ability for this software to integrate with their other offerings and create a full 360 degree marketing tool is awesome.

Cons

It is a little complicated to get set up. It would be best if you have access to a developer to fully leverage the capabilities of the platform.
