Using this app for CRM, chat, analytics, reward our customers and it been a game changer for us. Monitoring sales is another aspect we use this platform for.

Pros

Easy to customize CRM application. User friendly and real time information for better analysis. Highly customisable.

Cons

Mobile app is a bit sluggish. The formula field can be improved. I've used the admin dashboard a few times and there are lot of opportunities for it to improve. Overall, nothing major to dislike. It does the job well.

Overall, we had a good experience using Zoho once we learned how to use it. You can also add some of their other features to analyze the open-rate as well as responses. Covered our needs. However, if you're looking for a modern design and something that's as easy as 1-2-3, this might not be the best option for you.

Pros

It's a good tool for its value. I used it with a particular client for several surveys we needed to send out to clients. We were testing some new programs and pricing, and Zoho became our tool to go to. I took me some time to become familiar with the software and to successfully create the surveys, but then it was good enough to have our needs met. The price is good for what it offers.

Cons

It's not as intuitive and easy to use as other tools I've used in the past. And it had some limitations as well. While it does give you the option to send the survey in multiple languages; it wasn't as easy as it seemed to get everything ready to send the surveys in English & Spanish.

Overall, ZOHO has been great when we are actively using the other ZOHO products, and it's low cost and low barrier to entry make it an amazing platform.

Pros

Low cost, easily integrates to all of the other ZOHO suite, many of the same features you get with a high priced CRM, for a fraction of the cost.

Cons

On occasion I find it hard to find the feature I am looking for, though often it just takes looking deep into the knowledge base and I get a handle on it.

Zoho CRM has weak customer support for big platforms. Zoho CRM has a complicated setup process. Zoho desk has a complicated setup process.

Cons

Altho sometimes it doesn't integrate with some new websites.

Request automation, KPIs and SLA management.

Pros

Zoho is feature rich and provides easy facilities to extend. There's an api and provided tools to build/extend anything required as no product will ever tick all the boxes. In this case Zoho provides the tools and guides for you to tick of those "would be nice if" or "this custom requirement is essiential" boxes.

Cons

My only negative so far is that the trial expired before we fully set it up. That shall be resolved shortly and we're already 95% certain that this shall be our solution of choice.

I use it everyday, I only recently figured out how to adjust the "log out" timer and wish I would've known about it before. I believe the onboarding experience was lackluster in explainng features

It makes storing all of my passwords easy as well as provides the ability to add notes on each one

Cons

Maybe I'm missing something, but it doesnt make distinguishing between multiple accounts on the same website easy or userfriendly.

This product would be best for an outside sales company, in my opinion. (maybe email campaign driven companies as well)

Pros

This product had extensive account profiles which made collecting and saving data on clients a breeze. The data pages for these clients were laid our really well and were very pleasing to the eyes. Their reminders sent to our teams mobile devices were great too, ability to set follow ups via the reminder is such a great function.

Cons

Function, for people who need to call through their lists of hot leads, there was not a really easy way to do so. For companies which primarily rely on phone sales I would stay away.

Tracking customer inquiries and routing. Ability to see follow up time, and volume of the number of calls we actually take, Many of our customer dont realize the volume of day to day work we do because its not in their face. Zoho allows out client to see that we handle over 150 work order calls per day alone.

Pros

The interface, overall design and layout are appealing and easy to maneuver.I like the breakdown of open ticket - due in 6 hours, 12 hours, or overdue, all laid out in one screen.

Cons

We are still working on linking the software to our in-house ERP. We were told this could be done, but there have been a few glitches that cant be blamed in the software itself necessarily.

Pros

We found Zoho CRM in researching systems to better streamline our customer communications, and processes. We do field service, so finding a software that allowed us to centralize all our client communications, and the functions for field techs has been difficult. We've tried a few, but found so many options missing or lacking customization. Zoho CRM really is super customizable. Support is great if you get stuck, and there are many partners that work with Zoho that you can hire out if you need help getting what you want. It integrates decently with other products in it's platform, and will play nice with 3rd party as well. You can't really find these features with any other software at this price point.

Cons

There is quite a learning curve if you aren't already experienced with development, or coding. The help resources are adequate, but some basic features seem not to be available, like better customization for territories. There is a limit to number of territories, and rules within those. That makes it difficult for companies that really need to control their zones, or work on a national level.

Overall I have been satisfied. No CRM is perfect out there and it is very time consuming to build your own. I wish they were more simpler versions out there at lesser cost.

Pros

The ease of use and user interface are great. The fact that you can create a workflow is ideal.

Cons

The fact that you can only customize 10 fields on the Standard edition. I had to buy the professional edition just to customize the fields that I need and received other tabs that I will not use.

It is one of the cheapest CRM systems with highly integrative and functional modules out in the market today. It can be applied to most, if not all, businesses/companies for efficient marketing and sales monitoring.

Pros

Pros: As we have been persistently looking for an optimum system solution to manage and monitor the Bank’s lending activities, Zoho CRM fully addressed all our needs from prospecting up to when the leads are being converted to opportunities. Their functional modules are very integrated such that there is no longer need for a separate Management Information System to prepare reports and status updates of all accounts/clients and employees. Zoho also offers an orderly set of interface making the whole software a very convenient and adoptable tool to efficiently monitor marketing and sales activities both internal and external. Plus, it is very very helpful to conduct an actual demo with Zoho Sales Administrators/Team. That is how we were able to look on the best of the system's functionality.

Cons

Zoho doesn’t offer yet an on-premise type of software architecture. Its cloud-based platform may be risky most especially if sets of information being plugged into the system are highly confidential. Although security features are comprehensively presented with certification from authorizing bodies, the risk will always be there.

There are varying packages so it will depend on exactly what you are looking for. ZOHO CRM is very affordable compared to other CRM's.
