Initially, I thought there would be limitations or that certain tasks would be difficult to achieve. However, as I explored and became more familiar with the platform, I discovered that it offers a wide range of features and customizations, allowing me to accomplish much more than I initially expected.

I like the most is how it is easy to learn to customize and integrate the requirements we need.

Cons

I think there is nothing yet. But I think how I was easily intimidated by the platform in the initial phases.

I like the robustness and how Zoho CRM is rich in features we can maintain every clients details ie past order history,projected sale etc with long term value if you set the params right.Additionally with the analytics and reporting it is by far the best analytics tool I have used .

Cons

The performance of this system is sometimes not the best, usually during large data set or pack usage.

Compared to Hubspot, I prefer the leads system in Zoho but the workflows and email functions in Hubspot are far better.

Pros

Zoho has a nice leads system that is relatively clear and easy to use. I like the automated enrichment and the ease of editing a lead, as well as searching/sorting/filtering.

Cons

The automated email workflows leave a lot to be desired. Creating email templates is complicated and inflexible, and the workflows are also inflexible. Trying to build an automated email workflow is very complicated and not intuitive.

Pros

The best thing about Zoho CRM is it comes with powerful automation tools that streamline repetitive tasks such as lead generation, follow-ups, and email marketing campaigns.

Cons

As such there is no serious drawback of Zoho CRM but one thing is that moving data to and from Zoho CRM can sometimes be tricky, especially when dealing with complex data structures or large volumes of data. This can be a barrier for businesses transitioning from another CRM.

You can easily set up the sales team's work and then report if there has been a follow-up or no follow-up. You can add an authorized contact under your parent account and customize it as needed.

Cons

Very Large System There are a lot of features that haven't been developed yet and I think they will for a while. Beginners need to learn to use this system.

Zoho offers a lot of customization options ,this ability to customize it to your needs makes it much easier to slot into your existing processes. It helps me to create various dashboards stats and see how their performance is for a particular time duration. Also a thing that i like about zoho is that it integrates seamlessly with a wide range of third-party applications which allows us to connect various systems and helps in enhancing overall productivity.

Cons

So far, I don't have any dislike about Zoho CRM but a thing i would like to add on is that some features are not easy to implement it requires some time and learning, which could be a challenge for new users and businesses with limited resources. Also the free and lower-tier plans offer basic functionality, which might not be sufficient for growing businesses.

Our experience with Zoho CRM was positive. Some of its features were well aligned with our daily requirements. Regrettably, its reporting tools were not compatible with our needs.

Pros

Zoho CRM is very easy to use. It has a great user-friendly interface and is easy to navigate. But the best thing about it is that it offers you the ability to customize its features to fit your business goals.

Cons

The Zoho CRM reporting tool is not sufficiently competitive compared to other platforms. The data it provides is often delayed and does not capture real-time information.

### "Zoho CRM Missing the Relationship in CRM "

Frustrating at best. If you like hitting your head against a wall time and time again to see if you could possibly make something work - this may be your platform. I swear if I hear "sorry for the inconvenience" one more time after it took 4 weeks to resolve an issue - that has never been resolved I will scream. This last issue is why I am actively looking for a new CRM / ATS Manager - my contract expires in September and will not be renewed.

Pros

I liked the ZOHO ONE package, having everything in one place. What I ended up with after 5 years is a system that held data I couldn't use and what I could possibly use, there were such limitations it was impossible.

Cons

They keep re-inventing the wheel without making sure they have their products solid, this has resulted in a proverbial "dogs breakfast" of apps that don't relate properly rendering ZOHO just a waste of time and money

Reason for choosing Zoho CRM

I loved the idea of having everything in one place CRM/ATS/Website etc. What I actually got was really none of this.

I love how intuitive and organized it makes all of my data about my clients and potential leads. It really formulates my data sets in a very logical manner

Cons

I wish that it had some built in AI. Having the ability to extract the information and help with automated tasks like writing emails, reaching out to leads, and conducting market research
