Pros

Zoho CRM provides a solution for managing workflow. You have the ability to setup accounts, assign tasks, upload documents, record time spent working on projects, store important information and much, much more. There are varying packages so it will depend on exactly what you are looking for. ZOHO CRM is very affordable compared to other CRM's.

Cons

Maybe not as user friendly as some of the other CRM's but once you figure it out it works very well.

Pros

The software is really easy to use and navigate. Importing data is realitivly easy as well.

Cons

It was tough for our company to implement in its intended way due to the fact that we have been in business for 20 years and sorting through 9k accounts to make them leads vs accounts and contact is challenging. The cost is pretty expensive as well.

Pros

Ease of use and customizable options which is great. And you can change the view comfortably to suit your needs

Cons

Not much issue to be honest - help is always available if needed from their customer support

Because it’s a big database of information I believe a clear docs should be detailed in each of the functionality of the menu

It is very useful for us to reach customer and reach out maximum satifaction by utilizing it for marketing as well as customer data management.

Pros

It has many features that make it far better from other similar software. It has mass emailing features which help us to reach out many other customers and existing customers.

Cons

Tracing the emails after sending it to the customer is really difficult to trace the status of those emails. And we can't take further steps on the same platform.

Zoho CRM makes it easy to manage my clients and leads data in an orderly way, I can keep a call log, have a sales history, schedule meetings or create alerts to stay on top of my to-do list. This tool is intuitive, but they are not easy to use.

Cons

Zoho CRM has many functionalities so it is a complex tool with a somewhat high learning curve, which requires prior training.

Cons

We were not initially able to integrate with Google Calendar as we were using the Free plan.However, we are now switching to the Standard plan which will give us more functionality.

Pros

They have a free version with tons of free tools enough to run a successful small business. In more than 7 years using, it has never been down for me.

Cons

The amount of emails you can send at once. I believe there's a limit of email you can send to a group of people which is limited.

With a lot of clients to manage, quotes expire (for my company, not a software limit) after 1 week. Particularly at this time of year there can be a lot of orders and quotes to keep track of, installation appointments to track. It basically takes all the brain work out of managing clients.

Pros

The price is great compared to other CRM software, integration with Zoho assist for service desk tickets and quote, keeps track of what you have told to which customer - also integrates with Gmail which is kinda useful.

Cons

It's is sometimes a little more difficult to setup and use compared to the competition. IMO, this small extra difficulty is more than made up for by the price.

While this is an excellent suite our team ultimately liked other offerings better. However, our end users really liked the interface.

Pros

Easy to setup and get going, great support. Found setting up and integration to our system very easy.

Cons

Sales team were a little pushy for my liking, but overall not much to complain about. New learning curve was a little high for us, but that is true of any new system.

Overall, I am very happy as I can use one tool to perform the many different activities. My data analysts are able to keep track of their data and structure it in ways that my prior CRM could not. The email compatibility is flexible and fluid without any hiccups. Really just enjoy the options easily available for my departments.

Pros

I enjoy the amount of integrations that are made readily available for my team to take advantage of. I enjoy the fact that my support team can use the many apps available to manage tickets and support requests in an organized manner. For my HR team they can keep track of people and their recruits without skipping a beat.

Cons

Some of my users find it to be a bit complicated to get started right away, bit of a learning curve not as user friendly as I would like.

Overall, it has been great. The support team is very responsive and quick to help you through any issues you may have.

Pros

Easy custom set up was nice. I love so many things. The automation workflow, webforms, reporting and search functions all come in handy. I also love the sales tracking it offers.

Cons

My only complaint is when a lead is converted to an account/contact, all your lead notes transfer to the contact which can make it a bit messy when looking at the account.

Pros

I like that it is free and allows me to create a customized email address for my side business. Zoho allows me to use the suffix which mirrors my website address so it keeps things all consistent.

Cons

The landing page is confusing at times. I wish it would 'land' me in my inbox, however, if you are using many of their applications it may not be as annoying to see them all in front of you after logging in.

With Zoho we were able to solve the submission of deals. It's so much more effective.

Pros

I've been using this CRM for close 6 months now. It's made following up with my leads very easy as I can set reminders, notes as to what we spoke about so that I can call them back and start where we left off. It also makes submitting my deals SO MUCH faster and easier! I can't recommend this software enough after trying several other CRM's on the market.

Cons

No complaints here yet. I'm in love with Zoho :)

We use Zoho CRM in our organization, and it allows us to easily set up various aspects. While sales tracking, contract management, and lead management can be challenging, Zoho CRM makes it possible. It looks very promising

Cons

I haven't encountered any issues so far. Due to its numerous features, it can be a bit challenging to grasp initially.

It has helped to log calls made by customer support executives and identify the time each staff spent on each call. At the end of each month we can track the average time spent by each customer support executive.

Pros

I love the simple interface. It is easy to move between tabs and the compact view is exciting. I love the default theme setting.

Cons

The fact that you need to do extensive customization can be intimidating.
