The software is very easy to navigate, user friendly, and everything we needed in a system to keep track to employees tasks.

Cons

There isnt really anything that I do not like about using Zoho CRM as a tracking system. It does the job as it should.

Pros

Deadlines of all tasks remain on-screen reminders will be issued for the same and all the team can check and see the progress of project together.

Cons

Customer care need improvement. Mode of communication consume a lot of internet data due to useless sync.

Nothing, their customer service is completely awful!

Cons

They deleted my entire database when I was sick/in the hospital/having surgery..came out to find EVERYTHING I had set up & customized GONE!

Company is very aggressive from a development standpoint, so new features are introduced regularly (Enterprise version). While we view this, in the long-run, as a huge positive, it does sometimes have its down-side when new training is required for changed features. Customer service is consistently way above expectations. ZohoCares is not just a hashtag line, they really do care about their customers and their productivity!

Pros

Very pleasing user interface. Product is intuitive. Excellent mobile application. Very good application for both marketing and sales reps.

Cons

While product is easily customizable, special functions are not as easy as portrayed. Additional tutorials would be helpful. Can sometimes have server "lag-time".

Overall, Zoho has been a great CRM for a small company with a small, but very active sales team.

Pros

I liked how easy this software was to integrate with other software platforms using Zapier. This kind of integration made for nearly turnkey implementation with the sales ops team and allowed for the Sales team to start their selling activities a lot faster.

Cons

No real negative elements to this CRM considering how simple it is for the sales team to use. It was a huge requirement for this to be an easy tool for the sales team to use, and it has been.

Pros

I use Zoho CRM and it's great! The interface is easy to learn and navigate. It's been a lifesaver in my small business. I would say that the only downside is that it can be hard to find on Apple devices—but, if you're a PC user, you'll love it.

Cons

I really like Zoho CRM, it's everything I was looking for in a CRM. It has all the features that I need and find important and the UI is aesthetically pleasing. It is truly a joy to use Zoho CRM!

Pros

It's a perfectly competent CRM System. It has everything that you're looking for and more so. The main pro is that it had a significantly powerful estimating system that surpasses most other systems.

Cons

I haven't used it for a few years and the reason I left for a different system is that the powerful estimating system did NOT properly sync with their invoicing system. It was dumbfounding that the CRM had a better estimating/invoicing system than ZOHO's invoicing system does.

 We implemented Zoho in August, and in September ran into an issue where we needed to change the Super Admin user. It has so far taken three lists of requests, two meetings, and multiple email exchanges with no end in sight. Go elsewhere.

Pros

Ease of use of the trial period. We extended a few times to get more clarification that it was what we wanted to use.

Cons

Once we purchased, the customer service and support has been horrible.

As a growing business Zoho provided us the built-in tools and the flexibility we needed to change and adapt on the fly while still maintaining our customer database. Compared to other software, Zoho is much more affordable and offers great tools.

Cons

There are certain customizations that are not able to be performed in basic versions of the software. Costs by user can become very high if you have an Enterprise level sub with many users.

Cons

This software is definitely not something you can just sit in front of for the first time and just start working on. It is slightly difficult to learn.

Pros

I love how robust Zoho CRM is. It really has amazing functionality once you set it up to fit your business. It ties in to so many other Zoho products seamlessly and supports integrations with other platforms like Google and Salesforce. Zoho as an internal platform to manage your customer interactions is a great decision for any business and the cost makes sense.

Cons

Zoho setup is not the easiest. They do offer in-depth documentation on "how to" but if you hit a snag the trouble shooting isn't as in-depth. Some documentation can be outdated as technology changes so this can create integration or set up delays. Cost could increase if you had to hire an expert for set up assistance. Support will assist when needed, but this again can be time that not every business can spare.

Dynamic and easy to use; there wasn't too much I can sy I liked most about it.

Cons

Too many moving parts company VERY agressive when it comes to unfair contractual agreements; will hold you to every little thing with no leewayy whatsoever even if it was done in error or their mistake. Accounting seems to run teh show their with everytihng even programming

Overall Zoho is a great offering for the smaller entity and creates room to grow.

Pros

Zoho crm is a good start but not our ultimate choice for contact management and marketing. We were able to use it to get setup quickly and easily and have been able to grow with it.

Cons

It lacks some features of larger enterprise software and competitors. We had to utilise some marketing features from other solutions to solve our issues.

Pros

Zoho CRM comes with a very intuitive user interface, very easy to use; it the paid versions, you can use different and fluid reporting dashboards. In the heading, you can define the modules (like icons) that will appear handy to clicking and actions....

Cons

The free edition is somewhat restricted, with few modules available. Basic users could take advantage of some more tasks to do if additional modules were included in the free version.

A good option for small business owners and sales teams on a budget.

Pros

Zoho, and it's suite of applications, is a create cloud service for small businesses needing an affordable alternative to some of the big players. Zoho CRM is part of this suite. Beyond the usual CRM pipeline features (sales tracking, email campaigns, telephone options and social integrations), Zoho's CRM software also provides users with a Live Chat option and portals to connect with customers, vendors and other contracts. Be certain to check out Zia, their Artificial Intelligence interface that can help automate processes, make sales predictions and check your pipeline for anomalies. Zoho CRM also provides the expected reporting and analytics features that your management and sales teams will need to track their leads and prospects. The pricing tiers are reasonable, but best of all, if you have 3 users (or less), Zoho CRM is free!

Cons

Really, the only con with Zoho CRM is it's not as big a player as Salesforce (sales) or Hubspot or Infusionsoft (marketing), and so you may not find as many integration options as you would with a more well known CRM system.
