The overall experience with ZOHO was a simple adoptable Customer Relationship Management program. Very simple way to track customers and easy to track follow-up

Pros

What I like most about the product is the price. Compared to other software the price is awesome. We use to use a CRM that cost us over $200 a user, but now for most of our users we pay less than that. The functionality is easy and simple.

Cons

What I like least about the company is not having the ability to track inventory and record phone calls. Our other system did that really well.

I tested all the sections of Zoho for my company. I found that most where great. But i feel that it could be better. Especially the quoting and billing side.

Pros

Its a all in one package in a sense Its a great program to reach out to your clients through social media, customized email and automatic emails. Its great to manage leads.

Cons

It doesn't have an option in billing and quoting for a once off item and a recurring item. When I asked if its possible to customize my layout they said yes, yes. But when I tried obviously not, then i asked them to help me but no one understood. It took me hours to be put through to the accounts manager dealing with my company because no one would understand me when I asked to be put through to him

Un très bon logiciel mais la configuration et l'intégration prend un peu sur temps . J'espère l'équipe va changer celà bientôt .

The follow-up alerts and leads status are really helpful and easy to print if you need to deliver an executive summary or a quick brief of your engagement strategy.

Pros

Every feature you use the most on a CRM platform is very accessible and easy to use. You can also connect with your Zoho organization (if you are using any of the Zoho platforms) and gain even more out of it.

Cons

If you are not familiar with a CRM or what it is used for, it might be challenging. Not because it is not intuitive, but because the information boxes and help bubbles need a bit of background to be comprehended.

I used CRM to track Inside Sales at my company and I really came away being put off of CRM software as a whole. My day was made monotonous and repetitive because its workflows are so behind what competitors are offering. Had a much better overall experience with Hubspot.

Pros

Most of the features you'd expect from a CRM are there.

Cons

Very, very tedious to use Automation is severely lacking Requires a lot of time to set up

Zoho helps me track my business contacts, nonprofit leaders and advertiser leads for my news website. It is great for a small team like mine at a start up with a smaller budget.

Pros

If you are looking for a CRM that is budget friendly for your startup, Zoho is one of the best values out there. The price is reasonable and the software is easy to use. The Zoho CRM also integrates with other Zoho products like Zoho mail.

Cons

The interface could be a little cleaner and simpler.

I have used other CRM before Zoho, but I never actually felt like sticking with one until now. Before Zoho I was just logging my own information in spreadsheets.

Pros

I've used lots of CRM software before but the clean look and great functionality made this an easy winner for me. I used the software through a company I worked for and I will be purchasing a package for myself as a freelancer as soon as I have the funding.

Cons

There were a lot of functions that I kept just switching myself to the main user for the business to complete rather than using my personal account. It may have changed since I used it or the options just weren't intuitive at the time but it may be helpful to be able to give an employee full rights over the settings.

Zoho CRM was used during specific campaigns targeting users we knew existed, but didn’t yet know how to reach. By gathering metrics and light customer info, we were able to serve and adapt to a highly niche market.

Pros

Integration of Zoho CRM with existing website lead to generation of significant customer information.

Cons

The downside to the platform came during specific de-duplicating of existing customers.

Trying to solve email marketing automation with Campaigns manager and by also using a CRM that I've never used before. It was a new learning experience but I enjoy the software.

Pros

Ease of use, webinars and tutorials that teach you everything you need to know.

Cons

Trying to figure out integrations or roadblocks with certain features. The cost to integrate email into the crm which is $30+CAD is kind of ridiculous and I think that should be free or for a lot less.

It really is a good CRM but we really just liked the CRM we ended up going with over this one.

Pros

Zoho is a pretty good CRM for first timers if you haven't used some of the other CRM's there are out there so that is good.

Cons

It just wasn't the feel our company was going for because of the layout which ultimately helped use make our decision

I have used Zoho both as a domain host as well as my invoicing software for roughly 9 years now and I have been happy with it. It is easy to use and has a decent price point. I would recommend this software to anyone with a small business.

Cons

I wish there were few more sub categories to the invoicing software.

ZOHO is a great CRM, the ability to custom tailor the needs of our business were met with ease, they have a great customer support team that really helps navigate through everything.

Cons

The initial setup took me some time as I was not certain which path worked best for us but the team at ZOHO was patient and worked with me to get us rocking and rolling

I am still a beginner with Zoho CRM, but so far I like it much better that others that I have used. If I have a question, I just ask my Marketing Director or you can even e-mail support and they get right back to you.

Pros

Having used some of the more expensive CRM software programs out there, this one is pretty easy to use and a great value for the money. I like the Blueprint feature whereby my administrator can help us Account Executives guide us through the sales process. It literally tells you what to do next. I find it extremely helpful!

Cons

This CRM is definitely one that takes some getting used to, just like any new CRM. At first, I was a little overwhelmed, but now I can close my Tasks and management can pull reports showing my performance.

It has allowed us to capture leads using the forms and piped easily into the CRM and tagged correctly. has made the entire team accountable.

Pros

It just works! There is a lot of flexibility in the CRM and the ZOHO mail client will want you just working from there instead of your Outlook client. Reporting is very flexible and add customer support that is always on chat and or by phone make the value prop unbeatable

Cons

Kaban board needs further work to compare to the likes of a PipeDrive. It does not have the leads percolating to the top based on the stage so that the salesperson works on the warmest leads first.

I've worked with other CRM programs in the past, and while evaluating Zoho's software I tried no less than 20 different programs for comparison. For the price-point, I believe Zoho is the best solution for virtually any size business.

Pros

Zoho is extremely flexible and customizable. There are a number of licensing levels to choose from, and even more add-on and plug-in modules to enhance the customization. Because of all the custom options, you can make Zoho as simple or comprehensive as you like depending on what your business needs are. Also, there is an App available for iOS and Android to take your CRM out in the field.

Cons

Like any CRM software, there is a great deal of time up front to get everything set-up and customized for your needs. It is not an overnight process. Fortunately, the Zoho team has people available to help you choose the best licensing level and add-on modules, as well as support for getting set-up and running.

Overall I really like the software but I think I find sometimes difficult in using the software so I believe there should be an easy way of using someone’s help online and support us whenever we need.

Zoho CRM is just so easy to use and its saves a lot of my time and really allow us to have good interactions with my customers.My work get easier day by day.

Cons

Sometimes I don’t know how to use a crm to aid in sales so I think they need to help us with a sales person how to do that.

I love this software because its easy to use. I can add my leads, and have details about the pricing I have them on, remind me to call and I can email right from the crm.

Cons

I just think there should be an easier way to go back and check my emails. There also should be an easier way to resend my emails if I got no reply

Pros

Zoom is a great software that has applications for every business function. It’s easy to customize and use right out of the box. Although not as slick as salesforce or other more expensive alternatives it is great for smaller teams that have low to medium complexity in their processes right out of the box and can be further customized through a sales partner for additional functionality.

Cons

It’s not quite as slick as some of the more costly systems but is easy to get used to
