Pros

I like the sandbox customization. Feels like a cheap salesforce clone. Reporting can be good if you have used salesforce or excel and understand how to run reports and dashboards.

Cons

The telephony isn't clean. The Slack integrations are weak. The Zapier integrations are super weak. The email tracking is crap compared to Yesware/Tout and other solutions. Workflows are difficult to make work too. Having to using another app and relying on integration is never a great fit. There isn't templates to begin with. If you haven't set up a CRM before starting with Zoho without guidance is not recommended. That being said after being on several teams that set up the sales process from leads to ops and management this was a BEAR.

Pros

The system is truly customizable for a multitude of sales processes and industries - we will be expanding our usage to add a sister company.

Cons

Some elements of the integration with other zoho products are confusing. Figuring out Zoho mail and how it differed from Zoho campaigns took a lot of digging and their support is difficult to connect with.

Pros

Zoho does a good job of automating process and servicing different aspects of your business such as Sales, Customer Service and Marketing.

Cons

Zoho is not intuitive, users would need to spend time learning and customizing features to fully utilize the software. Basic functionality such as having linked Zoho CRM accounts is not currently available.

Zoho makes CRM software great for small and large businesses. its great having the same tools that larges businesses use to run your company.

Cons

Graphics need to be updated. Not the most pleasant.

Pros

If your new to CRM software, you will find this one of the best ones to work with. Navigating the menus and understanding the layout are more intuitive than other CRM programs I have used. It's a tool that will help you find the information you are looking for fast, and easily organizes whats important for each client so you can find the information you need and get things done much faster.

Cons

If your looking at the different modules you can use, your going to want to come up with a game plan. Each module costs extra and you can end up spending a lot more money on modules you may or may not need. Having a plan on how you want to set up the program to work with your specific company is going to be the most important thing.

For power users, Zoho gave us everything we needed. We were able to interface it with zapier to create some great automation

Pros

Searching is robust and fairly accurate. Great APIs that allow for easy automation.

Cons

Customer service was pretty much nonexistent.

Overall it has been a great run with Zoho CRM so far.

Pros

In short Zoho CRM covers almost all the aspects of our business, funnels, leads, contacts, billing and much more.

Cons

They already did a great job by building such a comprehensive CRM module but making the UI and UX a bit streamlined will help in better product adoption.

I would not recommend this program to businesses unless they are under 10 employees as it is a great low cost option but in practice is not great for larger businesses. It is merely a stepping stone on the way up.

Pros

I think the overall concept of this product is amazing. It allows access to a wide variety of information for business contacts and tools.

Cons

The ease of use of this product is terrible. To edit and make changes to information there are too many convoluted steps to take and for certain information you have to change it in multiple places to make the changes take place. The customer service is slow and unreliable.

Pros

the Vault is a convenient and safe way to store passwords for all of our systems. The passwords change every week and so it's easy to update on zoho and much more secure than a spread sheet.

Cons

There wasn't really anything i disliked about the software - I guess there's a lot of other applications on it other than the Vault which i use primarily

Overall this is a effective and friendly CRM tool for easy web integration.

Pros

This application is very user friendly and efficient one to integrate with other Zoho Products. Customization can be handled effectively with this CRM tool. Licensing cost is comparatively lesser compare to other competitors(Salesforce, Informatica) , so smaller company can afford . This web form can be easily integrated with your existing web application.

Cons

Integration with third party tool is little tricky and lot of manual efforts involved in it. Support can be improved and upgrade is not straight forward.

It looks like the others apps were made completely separate from the main App Zoho CRM.

Pros

It is not expensive. The API is simple and easy to access.

Cons

There is not a ticket system. (I have support email open since 3 months ago) The Zoho Apps are not connecting properly. Some APP as Zoho Flow has delayed or stop to work without reason. The support system is really bad.

I found more struggles than anything else with this software. i guess setting up tasks for myself was helpful

Pros

I liked how you could set up reminders for yourself, and all the functionality it had for pulling reports, etc.

Cons

This software was difficult for a few reasons.. complicated methods for pulling reports, constant error messages and it would time out all the time.

Pros

Being from the digital marketing platform, I liked the analytics part where you can analyse the report and see your target sales.

Cons

UI can be designed in much more interactive way.

It's has been far better than I could have hoped. Starting something new is always a big deal and this was a very good option.

Pros

Zoho offers the CRM and about 32 other modules all rolled into ZohoOne. The CRM is easy to use, integrates very well with your calendar and email, and is pretty remarkable all around.

Cons

That you have to buy a license for evevryone in your company

I'm able to lookup key phrases in the search bar such as Instrument SN's, last names, dates, etc.

Cons

It's not organized very well, I don't like the layout. I would also like a better "Convert" mechanism for converting accounts back to leads.

Good support, good integrations, easy to use, not a lot to dislike!

Pros

Great overall CRM, easy to integrate with all the other SAAS options out there you might want to use or integrate with it. Just staying on top of a few leads will more than pay for the CRM itself.

Cons

It's hard to keep up with any CRM if it's not your primary function. It's not an issue so much with ZOHO just in general with CRMs.

Pros

Launching this platform was one of the easiest parts of my 2022 set up. I have been using the program now for a few months and I love it.

Cons

So far I have not found a need to dislike this software.
