You'd think that being a CRM system the email integration to users would have to be a free service but its not and can prove to be really expensive to a large organization.

Pros

Zoho's vault feature is a lifesaver when managing multiple client websites, social accounts and dev sites. It allows me to access and share log in info to the rest of my team and keeps all of our project sites secure.

Cons

Sometimes signing in can be a bit glitchy and it will often repeatedly prompt you to override existing log in credentials.

I would say 7 out of 10. Zoho is great for larger businesses that need less hand-holding. For smaller businesses, it is not so easy to integrate data unless you have a person in the office working on that all day.

Pros

Zoho makes it easy to log in and file a contact or new lead. Reminders work well for meetings or events.

Cons

The closest thing to email integration is a google add on that does not work. It is frustrating that I have to go back to Zoho and copy my emails.

It's best management tool for handling queries freely.

Pros

It's easy to manage all the ticket under one roof and respond to the queries immediately, not only this, it helps you get all the history of tickets (open and closed both) concerning one particular user.

Cons

That, you cannot close the ticket direct by reading from the "all tickets" section. One has to manually open the ticket and then close it. So it sometimes becomes time consuming for unnecessary tickets as well.

It is a good platform to interact with the client, allows you to continuously monitor the communication, also has an artificial intelligence assistant that is well developed

Cons

Like all zoho applications, some do not have the Spanish language available, this limits certain things, besides the costs are sometimes out of reach of the company

Pros

We switched from Salesforce to Zoho. While Zoho may not have all of the features that Salesforce had, it has everything we need. Best part is, it is a fraction of the price and allows us to upgrade or downgrade the number of users on a monthly basis verse annual contracts.

Cons

Some of the products available in ZohoOne are rushed to the market before being user friendly.

Pros

I like that Zoho is easy to use. I was able to set up a professional email address. I didn't want to have the company name @ yahoo. com or gmail.com. I wanted to differentiate from a personal type of email address and with Zoho I was able to set it up on my own (and I am not tech savvy at all).

Cons

The storage space could be better but I think this is the issue with all emails unless you pay extra for the storage.

Zoho CRM is a clean, simple, intuitive CRM application with very few limitations. It's extremely affordable and offers similar features to other CRM applications. Zoho allows users to customize their modules, dashboards and templates. If you need a simple but complete CRM application, Zoho is the easy button.

Pros

Modules can be customized. Integration with Outlook is both easy and reliable. You can start with the free version of Zoho CRM and move to paid subscriptions that are appropriate for your needs

Cons

There are no remarkable show stoppers for my needs.

I really like this CRM. After trying several others that just kept on falling short, I stumbled upon Zoho, and it really just has the best features, and the fact that you can use only the one's you need, means you don't have to pay for features you don't use.

Cons

It has quite a bit of a learning curve, and set up time can take quite some time as well.

It's robust. It provides a lot of options and it's very customizable. It allows for use across many different departments while keeping a uniform platform.

Pros

It’s a good app but tends to be buggy. I like how customizable the various modules are. Even an older group of sales people were able to learn how to use the software.

Cons

Importing data from Microsoft Dynamics was promised to be easy, but it wasn’t. The support can be helpful but isn’t always.
