Best tool with very competitive price, this really help us to manage our clients data.

Pros

1\. Able to manage everything from prospects to leads to convert. 2. Easy to integrate with your website and get the leads directly to your mailbox.

Cons

You need to traverse a lot to get the desire data, from my point of view visibility and usability needs to be improved.

Pros

It is a very easy to use tool, it allows you to manage all your marketing strategies from a single place by integrating the mail with different applications that allow you to reach customers in a better way.

Cons

The only complaint I have so far is that the mobile application becomes limited in many moments and needs a bigger update

We have made the decision to abandon Zoho after about a year of use. The utter lack of support from customer service, the questionable data handling, etc have made it just much more trouble than it is worth. We have found another solution from an industry leader which will cost us about HALF of what we are currently spending for Zoho, but offers so much more functionality. I will review that one once we've had a chance to see how it functions!

Pros

The CRM has many of the tools you'd expect, and the user interface is easily navigable. Nothing earth shattering or special about Zoho.

Cons

It does not sync with its own campaign module with any consistency or in a timely or accurate fashion. We have had a hard time reaching customer service, people have opted out and yet continue to receive emails, field mapping changes and user defined fields go missing, and on and on. Reporting is underwhelming, syncing is intermittent at best, and we have dozens of instances that call into question the integrity of the data.

Pros

Zoho includes more than 40 online applications specifically designed for businesses. This is what made us go for their CRM since it promisses to allow to increase sales, market our business and do much more including accounting and internal communications. I can confirm that it definitely has a variety of functionalities.

Cons

Although very promising, the fact that it has lots of functionalities within a single platform make it difficult to have a focus on the areas where they're the strongest. In my opinion traditional CRM.

Easy to use. FREE. Overall, no complains. It may not have all the bells and whistles of something like Salesforce, but for a small business it gets the job done and is very affordable.

Pros

When I needed a CRM solution that wasn't going to cost me a lot of money, Zoho did the job. I used the free version, which allows 2 users to use it. And, it was everything I needed. To say that it was worth the money is an understatement. I was able to get all of the functionality I needed from a CRM solution from Zoho. Would and already have recommended it to others.

Cons

No cons. I got what I needed from the software.

Pros

Integration between various Zoho applications. Product Inventory and Quoting are the most used for me, very happy with these specific features.

Cons

There is very little to dislike. I do not believe there is anything that I don't like.

Zoho crm is a fully custom CRM . You can add or customize the fields, plugins, forms you need. its very user friendly and have a huge documentation available anytime when you need it.

Cons

As the platform is huge it will take time to understand it completely, But sense it provide all what I need, I have no negative point about Zoho.

It provides customisation. Lot of the workflows can be automated using customised functions. You can create custom modules to store various things such as orders and invoices.

Cons

It imposes oauth2 for api integration with our backed. You need to developer more things to manage this.

### "Best Way To Describe This CRM Is "Simplistic""

Pros

Simplistic isn't necessarily a bad thing - our team has adapted quickly to learning this CRM and we all think that it is easy to use, yet very powerful and comprehensive. We use Zoho in integration with Office 365 mainly, and we have absolutely zero complaints as to the integration aspect.

Cons

As stated in the title, the simplistic nature of the software can leave some desiring a bit more out of the user experience - it definitely prioritizes function over form. Once again, not necessarily a bad thing! However, a little touch up of the UX and UI wouldn't hurt.

Overall it's been a very useful and beneficial tool. It's designed much better than some much higher priced CRMs

Pros

It's very simple to use and very easy to navigate. You can easy search for account and identify all the info you needs quickly. The sales pipeline features are also broke down to really exemplify the overall efficiency of the company. Easy to leave and read notes on all actions pertaining to a particular account.

Cons

It's ticketing system could be improved. It doesn't always notify you when there's an update on a certain ticket. Causes some things to get lost or backed up.

I am able to solve my customer contacting issues, savign files tot he cloud for them, and having access to them in a really good searchable CRM.

Pros

The free option! No, this CRM does have some really good features, such as filtering leads by touched and untouched, having separate accounts, contacts, deals - It also has a great home screen detailing tasks and leads and potential closes. This worked really good for one line of business, Life, Health, Home or Auto.

Cons

Customization - when trying to make it filter between 2-4 lines of business I had a hard time configuring it to do it properly.

i used zoho for almost 6 months but i am not impressed with the performance of this software as its missing so many daily use functions for recruiter. user interface is not so user friendly not easy to work or understand.

fee for the software is very less then other ATS in the market

Cons

I really don’t have any problem with this product. You will not be disappointed. The biggest thing is getting all your information entered correctly.

Exceptional. I started out with a free trial. Within 3 hours i upgraded to the Enterprise package. It was so good i also moved our entire email system to Zoho.

Pros

The User experinece is second to none. They really thought about the layout; it is very intuitive. Things that used to take hours on Salesforce, takes just minutes with Zoho. Its fully packed with features you need... not convoluted and cluttered with useless things like salesforce is.. It has been a pleaseure configuring Zoho to our business needs and their customer service is excellent !!

Cons

To be honest, there really isnt much i didnt like. You can even customise the theme. I honestly couldnt reccomend them enough.

Reason for choosing Zoho CRM

Although i have extensive experience with Salesforce. It was a no brainer. Zoho is so much better to work with.. I'ts less cluttered and all the features are easy to use and very customisable.

Overall, this is the driving tool behind our sales force. It has proven invaluable, especially the website integration, generating lead information seamlessly.

Pros

This is by far the most efficient CRM platform. There are many ways to search your inventory of leads and the UI overall is easy to navigate.

Cons

I think the customer service could be a bit better but the software itself is strong enough that you'll probably never have to call anyway.

Pros

Zoho is the whole package offering tools for managing projects across teams, tracking customer journeys, and exporting data for analysis.

Cons

It isn't the easiest tool to implement. There are a lot of great features within Zoho, but there is a learning curve to get up to speed on it.

Their email for business was the most appealing for me. I could setup my business email account with them for free. They also have CRM that I've used. Its simple and easy to use. Its a good solution.

Cons

Sometimes its hard to use but most of the time its not. Their apps are all separated out into an appstore of things. I don't like having to make additional purchases.

I wouldn't recommend this product, I have found other programs that I felt were easier to use, and better for demographic criteria.

Pros

It has a great organization system. But it isn't as clear on what they are able to produce. I was looking for consumer, and they only provided business.

Cons

Unclear on what type of leads, how much information I have to manually input.

Great! They have a top notch suite of products.

Pros

The suite of Zoho apps it integrates with.

Cons

Bulk functions are a little difficult. The only option for creating fields is a drag and drop builder, which is really easy to use, but quite tedious when you have to create a lot of fields and multiple field views.

Reason for choosing Zoho CRM

The full suite of products is amazing, and it's extremely affordable when bundled with Zoho One
