Zoho is a one stop shop, and I would recommend it for managing internal teams as well as a customer database.

Pros

Zoho is the whole package offering tools for managing projects across teams, tracking customer journeys, and exporting data for analysis.

Cons

It isn't the easiest tool to implement. There are a lot of great features within Zoho, but there is a learning curve to get up to speed on it.

Pros

Their email for business was the most appealing for me. I could setup my business email account with them for free. They also have CRM that I've used. Its simple and easy to use. Its a good solution.

Cons

Sometimes its hard to use but most of the time its not. Their apps are all separated out into an appstore of things. I don't like having to make additional purchases.

I wouldn't recommend this product, I have found other programs that I felt were easier to use, and better for demographic criteria.

Pros

It has a great organization system. But it isn't as clear on what they are able to produce. I was looking for consumer, and they only provided business.

Cons

Unclear on what type of leads, how much information I have to manually input.

Great! They have a top notch suite of products.

Pros

The suite of Zoho apps it integrates with.

Cons

Bulk functions are a little difficult. The only option for creating fields is a drag and drop builder, which is really easy to use, but quite tedious when you have to create a lot of fields and multiple field views.

Reason for choosing Zoho CRM

The full suite of products is amazing, and it's extremely affordable when bundled with Zoho One

Some design feature face lift would be appreciated but the overall quality and performance of the tool has been great to date

Pros

Zoho CRM is often under the radar, we found it to be alternative to client starting their business or first digital campaign. When Paired with Zoho Campaign it is a great alternative to other Email and Marketing CRM out there ... and it's free

Cons

Simply put it's a great tool for the price of "Free" some integrations i.e. embedded video or GIF in email campaign etc could be improved to be on par with the competition - just a little more!

Tracking sales leads and visits to website in an organized fashion.

Pros

I like that you can track your sales leads and when to reach out to the leads through the sales cycle. They track when customers are visiting your website.

Cons

There are so many features in Zoho it is hard to keep it simple. It is something that a tutorial or 1 hour training session would be beneficial. It is easy for sales personnel to hoard leads where others cannot see it. It would be nice to do broadcast emails to the leads to promote upcoming sales/promos/etc.

Search feature is very fast and it updates DB's instantly. I tried about 10 different CRM(from Salesforce to hubspot) for search implementation exclusively. Apart from the fact that I wasn't able to fill-up a test DB in some CRM(How UI/UX friendly they are), in those I was the search somehow didn't see the items that were put into DB. Also don't be fulled by 'free' CRMs. I was to find a CRM with Products feature. Zoho gives you Products with a professional edition for $30/u/m. Hubspot for $400/m, other CRMs even higher. Since we're small company, with 2-3 users. We get most of the cake for around $100 per month.

Pros

Ability to start using CRM from day one. Not only for me but for the conservatives colleagues migrating from excel. Simplicity, speed, features, pricing.

Cons

some minor bugs with text cross-coding. There was some period when any received email contained !$%$ symbols in a subject field. Also, salesignals notification ignored received emails. Somehow the bugs disappeared on its own.

Reason for choosing Zoho CRM

I was able to perform initial testing from day one. Very intuitive, fast, stable and the lowest pricing. Still have some mess with regular CRM/CRMPlus features to be sure if I need features for $60 from CRMPlus. But testing goes well.

The fact that I can categorize my emails, reminders and notes. Zoho really make my business automation process easier and is not time consuming. I really love it and would recommend.

I am not sure this is for me. Free is great but it is not really any better for me than using a spreadsheet. Maybe I am missing something.

Pros

I like the price. I am using the free version of the software. Free is always good. I like how easy it was to add leads.

Cons

I am not sure if my emails are received or opened. I also can't figure out how to sort by industry so that I can send specific campaigns to certain industries.

I use it in web development. I embed it's web forms into the company website to gather data for CRM head.

Pros

It's very flexible. CRM offers great integration with Zoho's other tools and offers a ton of features. My favorite feature is the web forms. It can easily added to webiste and capture lots of important data for leading customers.

Cons

I dislike the UI. It's quite old-looking and slow. Many page loads and old design make it kind of hard to look at, however it compensates with it's high functionality.

Overall good experience once implemented, but the implementation process sucks.

Pros

I set up Zoho for my accounting team, making the day to day task easier. Overall a good product for micromanaging all the tasks in the company.

Cons

While integrating it with our system found that there is not much good documentation written, please work on it guys!

Easy to use, lots of functionalities, you can connect with clients with email, phone, social media and chat. It can be easily tailored to suit your business needs: It lets you create, add fields, add sections, clone layouts and create templates Zoho has a marketplace which can Integrate with other marketplace app, such as google products, zappier and others.

Cons

More feature in the paid version. Great for small business, but If you have a mid-size or large company, Zoho CRM may be a bit limited

Overall I love the platform. I use the App mainly but I like that I can access the data on the Zoho site also.

Pros

I used many Zoho products including Assist and Books. I started using CRM to learn it to help a client and decided I’d keep using it. I love how intuitive and easy to use it is, while being a true CRM system.

Cons

Didn’t really have any negatives. Sometimes all the modules can be a bit overwhelming as I don’t use most like deals, meetings, etc. I wish it would integrate to my O365 calendar.

Pros

Ease of use is excellent and Zoho's system appears to be quite robust. Also has a good set of integrations especially with G suite which i use quite extensively. Zoho, in my opinion, works well with most kind of businesses or personal websites.

Cons

Support is not available on weekends. While this isn't a deal breaker as of now, it is definitely a con. One thing about their support is that while they are good, make sure that you detail out the issue clearly and ensure that they are resolving only that issue. Apart from this everything else seems good.
