### "Great Budget CRM"

We are very happy with Zoho CRM and have recommended it to several of our partners. It is a little more difficult to set up and navigate than other options, but it is very affordable. It has no minimum number of devices, so it is easier to sell to smaller partners. It works as advertised!

You can manage a wide variety of devices: iOS, Android, Samsung, Windows Full-featured offering Great for small businesses looking to keep track of mobile devices Good security options Good training resources

Cons

Portal can take a little time to figure out Takes some time to set up initially

CRM Zoho was our forst CRM app and it was very easy to apply to our organization.

Pros

It's easy to use, even for administrators. It gives ability to customize the app fully and workflows also.

Cons

No comments, there is nothing I didin't like about the app.

Despite the slight learning curve with Zoho, Salesforce was a little more complex with a greater need to customize to your business. Salesforce was also more expensive.

### "Full-featured CRM"

We use this to store the info for all of our prospects, clients, and more. We are able to perfectly customize the databases to our needs, and update them with Zoho forms, connect it to Subscriptions and Invoices, etc. The Zoho Suite is a wonderful toolset for a business like ours.

Pros

Everything you would want in a CRM is here, with the added connectivity of all of the host of apps in the Zoho Suite. The CRM is great in and of itself, but the added value given by the other apps is immeasurable.

Cons

This is a wonderful CRM, and I was able to customize it as much as needed without any problems coming to the surface.

I started using Zoho CRM a month ago and I'm in love with it. The interface is so easy to use, the integration with my other apps is seamless, and it doesn't get me lost in features that I don't need. It's really helped me keep track of what I need to do.

Cons

Zoho seriously needs to work on its UI for all Zoho platforms.

Tracking deals to be more proactive with our selling process and making sure deals are not lost or forgotten.

Pros

Zoho CRM is highly customizable and the open API allowed us to build custom integrations with our separate inventory system. The high amount of customizability was also crucial for adapting to our sales process.

Cons

We got switched from our original customer support contact a couple months after starting. Nothing wrong with the software, just slowed down our implementation a bit.

I feel like the mobile experience lacks some pretty major design features — but for the most part gets the job done.

The Zoho CRM is very easy to learn. Zoho CRM is a comprehensive sales and marketing automation software. It helps sales and marketing teams get organized, collaborate, and track their progress. It has a built-in email marketing system and can be integrated with other software such as Salesforce and Google Sheets. Zoho CRM is affordable and can be used by small businesses and startups.

Cons

Almost nothing. It's difficult to say what I don't like because it's a one-stop-shop for customer relationship management. Support can be difficult at times because the team isn't always helpful, and you'll have to follow up on a few mail trails before getting a resolution.

The ease of use, intuitive interface, and visual dashboards. It integrated seamlessly with the other 40+ Zoho products and their support is fantastic and usually within 2 minutes.

Cons

With the latest offering Zoho ONE you need to have a licence for all contractors using Zoho Projects which is a big negative at the moment and makes it unaffordable at present. The must change this in the future.

Really great CRM system. The ease of use and keeping track of clients/ customers was great! when it comes to customer management, they are hard to beat, especially for the price

Cons

I didn't like the fact that they charged you an arm and a leg just for addons, especially when it came to their phone system. Because of that i ended up going a different direction.

It is a decent product and does what we want from it. However, it is a secondary product that wont be replacing the workhorse.

Pros

We mainly use this product for its capability to integrate with stripe. It really is the sole purpose for using this particular product.

Cons

It is not a sophisticated product and does not provide for more than the rudimentary elements- the basic accounting.
