Pros

Latest UI is good compare to old UI. Also using Form of zoho is a good for web queries form help a lot and save time as well. I will try to learn more about zoho because in this CRM many tool which i have not used. In CRM great Filter Easy Search Import options Great support.

Cons

load time and execution time should be less. And i f want to learn more tool so it's only pay able.

Fantastic!

Pros

I enjoy everything about Zoho mail. I have used it for years, and have both my personal and business emails accounts with this company. The additional of the CRM meant that I no longer had to jump between an autoresponder and my own email account.

Cons

They don't have quite as many features as some of the big name CRM softwares out there. And the pricing is not the most competitive.

It was a positive experience and got us moving along until we could find a provider with more features at a higher cost.

Pros

It does the job, and at the price point there isn't much competition that offers what they offer. We did have some support related issues, and didn't have the best customer experience, but that wasn't often. Normally the product worked and did what we needed on the budget we had! The best thing Zoho has going for it is the price to product offering, it's got great bang for your buck.

Cons

Uptime was an issue, customer support was difficult at times.

Pros

I liked that it scaled with my business in features and price

Cons

lacked some of the integrations and plugins that larger CRM's had and I was used to, but I was able to work around this with some effort.

I did like the fact that there was everything I would ever need within this software, far beyond CRM.

Cons

There was so much stuff within this software I couldn't make use of it all and the pricing made it impractical. I wanted to use but was unable.

Pros

It is great having , Zoho Desk for Tickets and Zoho Projects. I am an administrator for projects. Having consistency with one company helps.

Cons

1\. Doing reports can be cumbersome. It can take several tries before you are able to capture all necessary fields as well as to have the date range correct. 2. When going from Leads to Potentials to Accounts does not populate all the information from the previous record. This includes contact information. Having to enter the info for each is time consuming. 3. Recently have had issues with the account information not populating into Zoho Desks. I check the CRM and the contact person is listed in the account. However the account information does not always populate.

It is easy to use and customizable customer support via "Chat" is excellent We are able to keep a digital record of each interaction with our clients and suppliers

Unable to find a way to enter all Tax Exempt Certificates or Capital Improvement Certificates to make them easily accessible for audits. Flowcharts are not easy to use.

Not great. Frustrating. I can't stand that I can't see a calendar of tasks. The UI is just incredibly unfriendly. We're switching to Salesforce and I can see why.

Pros

It has places for me to put all the information I need. Reports are available but don't convey much information.

Cons

Everything...sort of. It's slow, cumbersome, and the UI is pretty bad. When I place notes in a call and format them, they aren't displayed the way I put them in unless I click the edit button. It makes information incredibly difficult to gather, especially if I'm about to talk to one of my customers.

Overall I had a great experience with . it's a great software for lead management. Being a start-up I find it very useful as it is cost-efficient and provide customization to a great extend. Easy to use, to keep track of the activities.

Pros

provides a great platform to manage all the business needs. In it, we can manage leads follow-ups with them. Provides great features such as email merge, email templates. reporting and very easy to use. A good tool for lead management.

Cons

It doesn't provide initial tutorials to use the software. GUI is not that good in that part improvement is required. Customer support is not great if I face any glitch to get it to resolve I have to wait for a long time.

This CRM was amazing when my company was just starting. I totally suggest it for someone just getting started. They did make the migrating off of it easy as well

It didn't grow with my team well, which isn't a terrible thing we just needed a whole lot more as we grew.

Pros

There is a multi channel support feature which allows sales team to reach to people over phone, live chat, email or even through social media. The process of setting it up is as simple as 123. The visitor tracking feature is very effective when combined with email analytics to know what the prospects are doing on the go. It integrates very easily with G-Suite and Microsoft outlook which makes it easier to synchronize data at one place.

Cons

They advertise that it gets integrated with more than 10 apps. But what I observed so far that only integrating G-Suite, Microsoft outlook and other Zoho apps are fast and all the other applications like Facebook and twitter are very time consuming and sometimes fails due to unknown error.

I really like Zoho overall. Being new to sales, it's really helpful to have a software that keeps me organized and on top of tasks.

Pros

My favorite part about Zoho is that I can keep track of all of my tasks for the day in one place. In sales I'm constantly making calls and sending emails so it's helpful to keep track of everything. It also integrates with lots of different softwares, making it easy for me to keep track of the last emails I've sent out.

Cons

I feel like it has some difficulties in that I have to click on lots of buttons to complete a task. For instance, I have to go to a new page, click 3 or 4 buttons and then go back to my home page to go back to where I was, so navigating takes a good amount of time.

We decided to step away from zoho because it was too time consuming for us to learn how to setup this program and we could not afford to pay for an implementation team to do it locally.

Pros

What caught our attention at the beginning was the reasonable cost to setup the company with this. We researched for a while and after comparing to 3 other companies, we decided on this one based on the cost and value of options that came with it.

Cons

It was not clear that we would have to do most of the setup and research on how to use this product. Their support is terrible. They promise to help within a certain amount of time but they are just never around. They are based in India.

Easy to set up and low cost option for a CRM

Pros

We use the enterprise edition and we like how we are able to customize the CRM to meet our needs without having to use an outside consultant or high cost programmers.

Cons

Although it easy to customize the automation tools could be improved. In some cases it is easier to do tasks using the API then the custom functions that are written in Zoho's DSL.

Love the email. Setup is fast and easy and they allow for 25 free business emails with 5 gigs of space per email.

Pros

Still one of the last, if not the last, email providers that allow you to access freee business level email and attach it to your domain name.

Cons

Has some good features, but most of the other features still run a little behind Google... which is to be expected.
