### "Decent CRM, but restricts the usability for smaller companies"

Pros

The CRM offers good mobile and web connections into the database, and all of the necessary CRM fields exist, with decent modularity built-in.

Cons

The CRM seems to be built for larger companies only, they don't seem to care about the little guys. With the ways that the CRM institutes it's add-ons, smaller companies are stuck behind a pay-wall. Unfortunately, even if you do end up paying the full price, far too many of the add-on features are missing from the mobile app. Certain information simply won't be available, and doesn't even inform you of that fact, leaving a app as unreliable and untrustworthy during a quick reference check on a customer.

Pros

It's very cost effective for users and with all the features included, it's a really handy tool that provides you with all the essentials that you need.

Cons

It's a \*little\* clunky compared to Salesforce. It's still good but when you compare with them, you can feel the difference. I wish it was a little more intuitive but again, you get what you pay for. It's still very very good.

Really helpful, one of the best CRTM I used, easy to integrate with other software.

Pros

Really easy to use and helpful, easy to integrate i.e. in Outlook

Cons

Old-fashioned interface, dashboard not as good as could be. Connectivity to other software sometimes too expensive.

I use this app as a option to keep all my apps together in my office computer and its much easier to use with my business.yes intergration with other apps are great

Cons

There are no cons here it does what it says it will do and i love to use it on my office desktop and my work laptop .

I would say I'm happy with it. I used the free version for several weeks and once I made up my mind I recommended it to the business I work with and they moved to Pro with the email and social media scheduling tool

Pros

I love how they offer multiple services within their platform, I mainly use their emails and social media scheduling tools but the other tools I've tried are useful an fairly easy to use.

Cons

Even though the platform is fairly easy to use there are other services a lot easier to use, took some research to find some of the settings.

Pros

The web integration and lead management are good parts of the software allowing me to follow up on leads and crafting new messages to close deals.

Cons

What I like least about is that the user interface seems outdated and cumbersome. It wasn't as effective or seamless.

In my recent business in window cleaning, I went to ZOHO to provide me with software that can Contain my clients, invoicing, accounting Ect. When I heard they “take care of all of it” I was excited. And they did! But when I realized that they didn’t handle everything in the same “package” I was kinda disappointed because it was expensive to buy the “whole package”. More Importantly they communication between the ZOHO customer service representing the different softwares didn’t communicate well. I couldn’t resolve my issues in a timely manner.

Pros

They attempt to make their software a one stop shop for all your business needs.

Cons

They break up there software in different “units” that you purchase. And the communication between those “units” isn’t very fluid in my opinion.

Pros

It's powerful notification and mailing system, which informs me every time user fills various forms in my web application also alerts me about duplicate entries user is making which helps us making various decisions. You can easily create various attribute in the forms and embed into your webiste and easily manage across those attributes. you can have various analytics also based on user entries like lead generation.

Cons

No cons in particular. But they can improve their authentication system more so that problem of spamming get resolved.

I've been happy with this platform. It made my daily work a lot more effective.

Pros

As long as the administrator set the platform setting correctly, this is self explanatory software that anybody can use. My colleagues in 60s who are not so good at computer can use without any issue.

Cons

The calendar doesn't have the timezone setting. It adjust the time according to your location, so if you set the event when you are in California, it consider th event happens in California, which could cause an issue if the event is actually in different time zone.

The best part is the ease with which you can set up the account. Starting from there, imports from any source is made much simple and once all is setup, then adding new leads is also very easy. so 10/10 for ZohoCRM

Cons

The number of fields should have been made totally customized by the user.

Cons

Can not really speak to any negatives to this software. It has allowed us to grow from their freemium service to their paid without any hiccups.
