This has been a horrible experience starting with Berryforms that set this up. Cannot get anything to work correctly - made us miss SalesForce immediately. Would give a 0 star review if I was able to.

Pros

I didn't. They have not shown any value at all. Found this system to be extra work for everyone. The setup and look does not make it easy while speaking to a customer.

Cons

Everything. Now they've changed the system view and cannot get it back to original version. Everything costs you - no one willing to assist nor care. Need to do a lot of research on anyone that says they are an expert to help you set this up.

CFO decision that we had no control over - after the set up when we got to see what he did we were unable to get the changes done - Berryforms was NOT cooperative to the people who actually work the system

Overall, my experience with Zoho CRM has been good. It is easy to manage customer information, track leads, and organize daily tasks. After getting familiar with the system, it becomes a useful tool for improving productivity and managing customer relationships efficiently.

Pros

What I liked most about Zoho CRM is that it is easy to use and keeps all customer information in one place. It helps track leads, follow up with customers, and manage tasks without much effort. I also liked that it can be customized to suit different business needs and works well with other Zoho applications.

Cons

It can feel a bit complex for new users at first. Some advanced features take time to learn and set up. It can also be a little slow when working with large amounts of data.

Overall, my experience with Zoho has been positive. It's a flexible platform that offers a wide range of business functionality and can support a variety of teams and processes without needing multiple disconnected systems. From a SaaS and SDR perspective, it provides good visibility into customer information, activities, and workflows while remaining relatively easy to use once you're familiar with the platform. The feature set is probably its biggest strength. There's a lot of capability available, particularly for businesses looking to automate processes and centralise information. The platform isn't perfect—some workflows could be more streamlined, and the interface can occasionally feel a little busy—but overall it's a capable and reliable solution. I wasn't involved in procurement or administration, so I can't comment too deeply on customer support or the commercial side of the platform. From an end-user perspective though, it delivered what I needed and provided a good balance between functionality and usability.

Pros

Zoho offers a broad range of functionality and does a good job of bringing different business processes together in one ecosystem. From my experience, the biggest strengths were the range of features available and the flexibility of the platform. Whether it's CRM, reporting, workflows, automation, or customer management, there's generally a solution within the Zoho suite for what you're trying to achieve. The user interface is reasonably clean and easy to navigate once you're familiar with it. It doesn't take long to get comfortable with the basics, and most day-to-day tasks are straightforward. Access and connectivity were also strong. Being cloud-based made it easy to access information from anywhere, and it integrated reasonably well with other business systems. For teams looking to centralise information and improve collaboration, the platform offers plenty of functionality without needing multiple standalone tools. From a value for money perspective, Zoho appears to offer a lot of capability relative to many larger platforms, particularly for growing businesses looking to scale without significant software costs.

Cons

The biggest challenge is that the platform can sometimes feel like it's trying to do a lot of things at once. While the interface is generally good, certain areas can feel a little inconsistent, and some workflows aren't always as intuitive as they could be. You occasionally find yourself clicking through multiple screens to complete relatively simple tasks. Because of the number of features available, there can also be a learning curve for new users, particularly if they're not familiar with CRM or business management systems. I've experienced a few minor bugs and quirks over time, but nothing significant enough to impact day-to-day use. Customer support isn't something I've had much direct involvement with, so I can't comment too heavily there.

Pros

Zoho CRM is an inexepensive CRM system that does the job well for certain things, and we use it for our sales pipeline tracking; it's good for lead tracking.

Pros

After using it for a few years now, Zoho is a good, simple, internet based CRM that does the job well for our sales-pipeline tracking.

Cons

I am not loving that it is still a SAAS system, where you pay monthly, basically renting the software in perpetuity. We will be scaling back on it as we build our own in-house version for the sales-pipeline.

Pros

I really believe this is an excellent CRM choice for companies that need to work within a limited budget. The great part is that even though it's cost-effective, it doesn't feel low-quality at all.

Cons

Well the email editor is a bit limited when it comes to pre-made templates, even though the ability to schedule emails works well. The reporting feature also needs some work.

Overall experience has been very good from transitioning from a traditional software to all-in-one tool.

Pros

Lead & Pipeline Management, Blueprint (Process Enforcement), Zia (Advanced AI Assistant) and easy UI

Cons

The interface is robust, but it can occasionally feel overwhelming or cluttered for clean-slate beginners compared to lightweight pipeline tools.

The software has a very user-friendly design. It has fully automated marketing and enhanced social engagement in our organisation. Use of the product has also enabled us to accurately forecast sales and visualise our sales pipelines.

Pros

Zohon CRM is cheap and a straightforward customer relationship management software. The product streamlines both contact management and workflow management. Through use of the software we are able to record and monitor our calls and manage contracts. The product integrates well with email platforms and enables us to easily send mass emails to our customers.

Cons

We have not had operational issues with Zoho CRM. Customer support services providers of the product have been very responsive.

My overall experience has been highly positive. It's a robust, budget-friendly CRM that perfectly streamlines lead tracking and sales automation. Despite a slight learning curve in slower support response, it remains an excellent tool for growing businesses

Pros

The best part about Zoho CRM is it's incredible value for money and customization options. It offers powerful pipeline management and automated workflow at a fraction of the cost of its major competitors. The platform makes tracking sales leads simple and highly effective

Cons

What I like least about the initial learning curve can be steep because the interface has so many deep minis. Additionally, The standard customer support can sometimes be slow to resolve complex technical setup issues

Very poor. On a quarterly basis the bank links do not work. I spend hours trying to fix my bank uploads and figuring out when their service broke down. The only response I get from them is "thanks for your patience - it's not Zoho that is broken - it's the 3rd party company we hire for bank feeds"

Pros

I originally switched from Quickbooks to Zoho because it was more user friendly. However the customer service has outweighed the ease of use

Cons

Their 3rd party banking link supplier is atrocious. It breaks down once a quarter for at least 2 weeks. The solution is to always manually upload my bank statements. What's the point of having an accounting software if I'm doing all the work.
