### "Horrible CRM - STAY AWAY"

July 27, 2026

1.0

This has been a horrible experience starting with Berryforms that set this up. Cannot get anything to work correctly - made us miss SalesForce immediately. Would give a 0 star review if I was able to.

Pros

I didn't. They have not shown any value at all. Found this system to be extra work for everyone. The setup and look does not make it easy while speaking to a customer.

Cons

Everything. Now they've changed the system view and cannot get it back to original version. Everything costs you - no one willing to assist nor care. Need to do a lot of research on anyone that says they are an expert to help you set this up.

CFO decision that we had no control over - after the set up when we got to see what he did we were unable to get the changes done - Berryforms was NOT cooperative to the people who actually work the system

### "A Reliable CRM for Managing Leads and Customer Relationships"

September 4, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with Zoho CRM has been quite positive. I mainly like it because it helps keep customer information, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities organised in one place. The system offers a good range of features for managing the sales process, and the customisation options make it possible to adapt the CRM to different business requirements.

Pros

What I liked most about Zoho CRM is that it keeps all customer information, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities in one place. It is fairly easy to use once you get familiar with the system, and there are a lot of options to customise it according to your business needs. The automation and reporting features are also useful for keeping track of leads and making sure follow-ups don't get missed.

Cons

The main downside for me is that it can feel a little overwhelming when you first start using it. There are so many features and settings that it takes some time to understand everything. Some customizations and advanced features could also be easier to set up, especially for someone who isn't very technical.

### "Flexible Business Platform with Plenty of Capability"

July 22, 2026

4.0

Overall, my experience with Zoho has been positive. It's a flexible platform that offers a wide range of business functionality and can support a variety of teams and processes without needing multiple disconnected systems. From a SaaS and SDR perspective, it provides good visibility into customer information, activities, and workflows while remaining relatively easy to use once you're familiar with the platform. The feature set is probably its biggest strength. There's a lot of capability available, particularly for businesses looking to automate processes and centralise information. The platform isn't perfect—some workflows could be more streamlined, and the interface can occasionally feel a little busy—but overall it's a capable and reliable solution. I wasn't involved in procurement or administration, so I can't comment too deeply on customer support or the commercial side of the platform. From an end-user perspective though, it delivered what I needed and provided a good balance between functionality and usability.

Pros

Zoho offers a broad range of functionality and does a good job of bringing different business processes together in one ecosystem. From my experience, the biggest strengths were the range of features available and the flexibility of the platform. Whether it's CRM, reporting, workflows, automation, or customer management, there's generally a solution within the Zoho suite for what you're trying to achieve. The user interface is reasonably clean and easy to navigate once you're familiar with it. It doesn't take long to get comfortable with the basics, and most day-to-day tasks are straightforward. Access and connectivity were also strong. Being cloud-based made it easy to access information from anywhere, and it integrated reasonably well with other business systems. For teams looking to centralise information and improve collaboration, the platform offers plenty of functionality without needing multiple standalone tools. From a value for money perspective, Zoho appears to offer a lot of capability relative to many larger platforms, particularly for growing businesses looking to scale without significant software costs.

Cons

The biggest challenge is that the platform can sometimes feel like it's trying to do a lot of things at once. While the interface is generally good, certain areas can feel a little inconsistent, and some workflows aren't always as intuitive as they could be. You occasionally find yourself clicking through multiple screens to complete relatively simple tasks. Because of the number of features available, there can also be a learning curve for new users, particularly if they're not familiar with CRM or business management systems. I've experienced a few minor bugs and quirks over time, but nothing significant enough to impact day-to-day use. Customer support isn't something I've had much direct involvement with, so I can't comment too heavily there.

### "Powerful Tool for Managing Sales and Customer Relationships"

May 18, 2026

5.0

My overall experience with Zoho CRM has been very positive. It helps streamline customer management, track leads, and organize sales activities in an efficient way. The platform is feature-rich and supports automation, which improves productivity and saves time. Once familiar with the system, it becomes a very useful tool for managing business processes.

Pros

What I like most about Zoho CRM is its ability to keep all customer information and interactions organized in one place. It makes it easy to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and follow up with clients efficiently. The interface is user-friendly, and the automation features help save time by reducing manual tasks, which improves overall productivity.

Cons

What I liked least about Zoho CRM is that it can take some time to fully learn and explore all its features due to the wide range of customization options. However, once familiar, it becomes very powerful and effective.

### "Zoho CRM allows all customer contacts to be tracked transparently in one place."

September 28, 2026

5.0

We really do handle all our email traffic with this tool. Since we started using Zoho CRM, our workflow has definitely improved significantly. Using specific templates makes it possible to respond quickly and in certain scenarios even automatically, to customer messages, which is extremely helpful.

Pros

Effective and efficient processes, attention to detail, flexibility, and transparency for all employees. Excellent and helpful support when you really need it. Customer inquiries can be processed effectively and in a well organized manner by the team. It have succeeded in uniting all internal and external communication channels as well as all documents in one central location. This saves an incredible amount of time.

Cons

There isn't much to it. Except that the enormous complexity offers a multitude of possibilities that need to be understood.

### "Good CRM for daily tracking, just a bit overwhelming at first"

April 15, 2026

4.0

Overall my experience with Zoho CRM has been good. It helps me keep track of leads, follow‑ups and tasks without losing things in emails. Once everything is set up properly it runs smooth and fits into my daily workflow. There are small issues like slow loading or too many options to learn, but nothing major that stops me from using it. For managing contacts and basic sales processes, it’s reliable and gets the job done.

Pros

What I like most about Zoho CRM is how easy it is to track contacts and deals in one place. At work I use it to follow up with leads and keep notes, and it keeps everything organised without me needing extra tools. The interface is clean and I can move around pretty fast once I got used to it. Email integration is helpful too, I can see conversations right inside the contact page. The workflows and automation save time because I don’t have to manually update every small thing. For the price, it gives a lot of features.

Cons

Some parts of Zoho CRM feel a bit confusing at first. There are many menus and sometimes I forget where a setting is. Customization is good but can get overwhelming if you’re not used to CRMs. A few times the system felt slow when loading big lists. Email templates are okay but could be easier to design. Also the mobile app works but not as smooth as desktop, especially when updating records quickly. Customer support replies, but sometimes it takes longer than I expected.

### "It's a decent CRM for tracking deals, though the mobile app is pretty clunky."

August 16, 2026

4.0

It does what we need for managing our sales pipeline and client database without the enterprise price tag. Setting it up took a bit of trial and error to get the fields just right for real estate, honestly. It's not perfect by any means, but it’s really helped us stay organized as we've grown from just me into a small team tracking multiple deals at once.

Pros

The pipeline view is a lifesaver, I can see exactly where every deal stands without having to dig through messy spreadsheets. Custom fields are great, too, since they let me track commission splits and referral sources exactly how I need them. The email integration works well enough that I’m not constantly logging client conversations twice, which is a huge time-saver. Overall, the reporting covers what I need for my weekly forecasts, and honestly, the price point just made sense when we finally switched over from our old system.

Cons

The mobile app is really frustrating when I'm out showing properties and need to update deal stages on the fly. Setting up simple tasks with workflow automation takes way more clicks than it actually needs to. Plus, the search feature sometimes just won't pull up contacts I know are in there, it’s a waste of time when I'm standing right there with a client.

### "Customer Relations With Zoho CRM"

August 20, 2026

5.0

Overall, I’ve had a really positive experience with Zoho CRM. It’s easy to keep track of leads, customers, and day-to-day tasks, and there are plenty of features to make things more efficient. I also like how customizable it is without feeling too complicated once you get familiar with it. The automation tools have been especially helpful for saving time. There’s definitely a bit of a learning curve, but overall, Zoho CRM has made managing our customer relationships much easier and more organized. I’d happily recommend it to other teams looking for a solid CRM.

Pros

Zoho CRM has been a fantastic addition to our workflow. It’s easy to use, packed with useful features, and does a great job keeping everything organized in one place. I especially like how customizable it is, so you can tailor it to fit your team’s needs without making things overly complicated. The automation tools save a ton of time, and the overall experience feels smooth and reliable. For the price, it offers a lot of value. Definitely a CRM I’d recommend to businesses looking for a practical, flexible, and user-friendly solution!

Cons

One downside of Zoho CRM is that it can feel a little overwhelming at first. There are tons of features and customization options, which is great once you get the hang of it, but the learning curve can be a bit steep for new users. Some settings also take a little digging to find. Overall, it’s manageable, but expect to spend some time getting everything set up the way you want.

### "It's helpful for keeping track of enrollment and how we’re interacting with parents."

August 11, 2026

4.0

It does what we need for managing parent communications and tracking enrollments, though it's clearly built for sales teams rather than early childhood programs. Once you figure out which parts to ignore, it works well enough. Worth considering if you have budget and need better organization than spreadsheets offer.

Pros

We use this to keep track of parent inquiries and follow-ups during enrollment season. It’s pretty handy for storing contact details and keeping all my notes from meetings with families in one place. Honestly, the email templates are a lifesaver when I'm dealing with a flood of admission queries. Plus, being able to see the full history of our conversations really helps out when parents come back months later asking if we still have any spots left.

Cons

The setup took way longer than I expected. Honestly, some of the features feel too complicated for what we actually need, and the mobile app doesn't always sync right. That's pretty annoying when I'm away from my desk. Then there's the pricing, it adds up fast if you want the features that actually matter for small educational settings.

### "Robust and Highly Customizable CRM for Growing Teams"

August 21, 2026

4.0

Zoho CRM is a power-packed solution that balances affordability with enterprise-grade functionality. While setting up complex automations requires patience and trial-and-error, it serves as an excellent central hub for sales tracking, email communication, and pipeline management.

Pros

Extensive Customization: The ability to tailor modules, custom fields, and layout rules to fit specific business processes is fantastic. Feature-Rich Automation: Workflow rules, blueprinting, and automated email sequences save considerable manual effort. Strong Ecosystem Integration: Seamlessly syncs across the broader Zoho suite (Zoho Desk, Books, Campaigns) and third-party apps like Google Workspace.

Cons

Steep Learning Curve: Initial setup and advanced workflow configuration can feel overwhelming for non-technical users. Customer Support Delays: Tier 1 support response times can occasionally be slow or require multiple follow-ups for complex technical issues. UI Clutter: The interface can feel slightly cluttered or laggy when handling massive amounts of custom data fields.

### "An excellent solid CRM with good customization features."

June 16, 2026

4.0

It is a perfect fit for our team's processes and it is an economical choice to keep us organized. The advanced features do have a learning curve, but are effective upon proper configuration. The best I can say is that it’s a stable and solid option for properly midsize businesses such as ours, where we need a blend of capabilities in contact administration, e-mail communications, and process automation.

Pros

This one is extremely organized to handle our client and partner databases. The customizability of the fields is something I appreciate as it allows us to modify it for our needs and not have to use pre-made templates. What I really like about the e-mail is that it's contained in the system, so it's great for after-sales. It’s reasonably priced for the features you get.

Cons

Certain automation workflows are overly cumbersome to build, particularly when including multiple conditions and actions. Additionally, although the platform permits email marketing, the analytics provided on email campaigns appear a little elementary compared to devoted email marketing tools. Data visualization and reports could be richer and easier to understand with a simple glance at it.

### "Flexible CRM for Contact and Workflow Management"

October 5, 2026

5.0

Overall, Zoho CRM is a capable CRM platform for managing contacts, customer communication, and business workflows. Its ease of use and contact management features make it useful for keeping customer information organized, while email and workflow tools help streamline communication and recurring processes. Customer support is helpful, although the platform can have a learning curve when using its more advanced capabilities.

Pros

Zoho CRM provides a well-organized way to manage customer information, contacts, emails, and sales workflows in one place. It is relatively easy to navigate, and the contact management features make it convenient to maintain customer records and track interactions. Workflow management and email campaign capabilities are also useful for keeping customer communication organized.

Cons

The number of available features can make the platform feel somewhat complex when first getting started. Some advanced workflow and email campaign functionality may require additional setup, and navigating between different CRM functions can take some time to become familiar with.

### "Flexible CRM with strong automation and good value"

August 10, 2026

Overall, my experience with Zoho CRM has been positive. It provides a solid combination of contact management, email communication, workflow automation, and sales tracking capabilities. I particularly find it useful for keeping customer information organized and creating structured processes for follow-ups. Once the system is configured properly, it can help teams work more efficiently and maintain better visibility into customer activities.

Pros

I like the flexibility and the range of features available in Zoho CRM. It makes it easy to manage customer information, track interactions, organize leads, and keep sales activities in one place. The workflow automation is also useful for reducing repetitive tasks and keeping follow-ups organized. The platform offers good value for the number of features included.

Cons

There can be a learning curve when setting up more advanced workflows and customizations. With so many features available, the interface can feel a little overwhelming for new users. Some advanced functionality may also require additional configuration to fit specific business processes

### "Strong CRM to support a growing company!"

January 16, 2026

4.0

Does what we need it to do, super easy to onboard any new team members, and I haven't had to use customer support! While the team at Zoho is likely awesome, especially given the product quality, I've been sufficiently satisfied since joining!

Pros

I love that there is a free version for us to use while we are at a stage of growth where we are evolving from spreadsheets (free, but messy) and to a real platform that can support us!

Cons

I wish I could load update information fields for contacts or accounts as I am uploading. Legit the only challenge I've run into thus far in using this platform. I've used several other CRMs in my career and Zoho is the most intuitive.

### "My review for Zoho CRM."

July 1, 2026

The software has a very user-friendly design. It has fully automated marketing and enhanced social engagement in our organisation. Use of the product has also enabled us to accurately forecast sales and visualise our sales pipelines.

Pros

Zohon CRM is cheap and a straightforward customer relationship management software. The product streamlines both contact management and workflow management. Through use of the software we are able to record and monitor our calls and manage contracts. The product integrates well with email platforms and enables us to easily send mass emails to our customers.

### "Zoho - trying to lead"

November 10, 2025

I like its templates and ability to contact people using email and DMS. It got lot of fragmented like alerts, real messages messed up or buried in unwanted zero value automated alerts.

Pros

It’s a tool that Keeps all my leads in one place and helps me run a campaign. It is integrated with my website and Ring central my phone system.

Cons

Its tasks are never in sync with Leads. These should not be so fragmented. Tasks should be marked on the page as Leads.

### "Save your money, not your time."

October 14, 2025

3.0

70/100. Why? This overall user experience is from an Indian business perspective where the business requires A LOT of in-CRM customisation in order to derive value from the CRM. The business is a leader in the India's education research and digital distribution space and has a team of 30 people working on the system. This includes Sales, Support, Operations, Accounts and Admin. Zoho CRM was the clear alternative to Salesforce in our specific business case because it offered a cost-friendly alternative, and a supposedly easy on-boarding and critical business metrics tracking process. We used it initially only for the Sales Team, then gradually, over 3 years, rolled it out for the Sales Support team as well as the Accounts Team to get a 360 degree view of the business. The CRM system is very difficult to customise - especially if you want a proper view of the business - Sales, Operations, Support, Accounts, Admin. It's been a 3+ year journey with Zoho. If the Zoho ecosystem had been a bit better thought-out with easy customisations the journey shouldn't have taken more than 1 year. If you are looking to customise the system to your specific business needs - all the best. It's going to take a really long time depending on your specific use case. An overview : Zoho has all the modules that SalesForce has...at 1/3rd the cost. Great. : It does 90% of the CRM job really well. And then collapses completely when it comes to business critical details that will actually deliver a bang for your buck. : you need a Zoho partner and about 2 years of development work if you want to really customise the solution for your particular line of business : it's out of the box for a very small spectrum of businesses : if you're moving from Tally to Zoho Books, you are looking at a one year development cycle - not counting the hours you'll spend trying to convince the Accounts Team to use the system. It's not an easy sell to the Accounts Team or integration process from a Tally to Zoho Books viewpoint. : the AI element is present but totally useless and gives zero insight into business critical elements. So, from a future-proofing standpoint, you'll save a lot of money vis-a-vis a Salesforce type of CRM, but invest a lot of time in customisations, development and in-house training to get critical business insights from the system. That's why - 70/100. Zoho now needs to up the ante - and fast. It's bare bones from an AI perspective and just about usable from a small business perspective. Everything else - be prepared for a hard slog.

Pros

Value for Money, Easy to start, Easy to Navigate, Easy to set up business metrics, Low learning curve for experienced CRM users, Good API services

Cons

: Terrible mobile experience, no value add to the business : Terrible AI - does absolutely nothing in terms of added business value, : Advanced Analytics to get core business intelligence is tricky, Core Metric tracking can be complete pain if embedded system values are over-written with semantics that are friendly to a particular business case. : Zoho Support promises a lot, delivers next to nothing. : Customisation - especially for Zoho Books for users moving from Tally - is a very long drawn out and painful process - from a development as well as a psychological perspective.

### "Easy, Affordable, and Powerful all in one CRM"

April 14, 2026

Zoho CRM has been excellent. Within a single platform, it offers an entire suite of capabilities for lead management, deal tracking, workflow automation, and enhanced client engagement. The interface is sufficiently simple to use on a daily basis, and the customization possibilities allow it to be tailored to various business requirements. Without needing a significant investment, it has improved team productivity and streamlined our sales process.Good customer support and easy email linking.

Cons

When configuring sophisticated features for the first time, there is a little learning curve. Without any prior knowledge, some configurations and automation may seem complicated. Additionally, even though the documentation and help manuals are quite helpful, there may occasionally be delays in support responses.

Pros
