We have been extremely satisfied with Zoho CRM overall. We have been utilizing it for numerous years and have every intention to maintain its usage. If given the opportunity to start anew, we would undoubtedly select Zoho once more.

Pros

With Zoho CRM, streamlining customer management, project organisation, and communication has become significantly faster and more efficient. This reliable platform has been seamlessly integrated into our organisation, resulting in a remarkable exponential growth in our revenue.

Cons

So far, I haven't come across any drawbacks in Zoho CRM

Pros

First, contact management is critical for our digital marketing team to thrive. Given our myriad of essential products such ads, we appreciated how easy it was to switch from Microsoft CRM to Zoho suites. Zoho offers implementation training, which was great. It was easy to pass down the features to the marketing and sales team.

Cons

I feel like the branding made the team feel weary of the product. I feel like more customizations could be offered.

Overall experience good and welcoming apart from slight hiccups in automation & reporting. The user friendly UI and customer support made this tool worth it.

Pros

Easy to use interface and the ability to integrate it with various tools played a major part at my end. Having access to the APIs is also a note worthy feature

While Zoho CRM offers a wide range of advanced features, some users have found certain functionalities, such as advanced reporting or automation capabilities, to be complex or lacking in ease of use.

Overall I have had a phenomenal experience and I usually recommend new business owners to use ZohoCRM for there customer relationship management.

Pros

I started using ZohoCRM to help make sure I didn't forget up coming events. I didn't have a lot of clients but I needed a way to document conversations and make sure each clients was given the same information. Fast forward my company has grown and ZohoCRM has stayed my go to for client management. When I first started I didn't uses any of the automation. Now, I couldn't survive without the automation! We are so busy and leads are coming in from so many different avenues that potential clients could slip through the cracks. But with this CRM no client gets missed. I never worry that I will forget any critical touch points with clients because the automation triggers ensure I don't and I receive emails in in the morning with every task I need to complete. The home screen gives me a clear picture of what leads we have, what tasks we need to tackle, and what events we have coming up. I have not seen another CRM that will give you more bang for your buck.

Cons

It took me a while to understand how to customize the automation. I would recommend them creating video tutorials.

Nothing so far. We have found the best uses for all the in built functionality and wherever needed we have been able to script it.

Overall, Zoho has been good for our small business and has helped keep us stay on top of our leads and associated tasks. Though it might not be the best choice for everyone, I believe it is certainly worth being added to the short list.

Pros

Zoho's CRM does everything we need it to, and there are a lot of options to customize to your needs. In my opinion, the CRM portion is what makes Zoho so great.

Cons

Though Zoho has a lot to offer, many of the extra features just aren't as good as some of the other options out there. Email marketing, and marketing automation are both things that Zoho offers, however, in practice we found it to be less than user friendly and due to this, we ended up not using these features as often as I would have liked

Amazing, switched from Salesforce. Zoho is lower cost but great functionality. You won't lose value.

Pros

We opted for Zoho One, with CRM being the heart of the package. We love the integration being all individual modules.

Cons

There's a few visual bugs but nothing major. Having looked into the community, we wish more user suggestions were included with their development roadmap. For example, little things like being able to set the default font, colour and size of emails. If users were listened to more, Zoho would be game changing I'm certain.

I run a small family business and I've never used a CRM Software before, up until the point where I was left with less staff and saw the need to automate functions that related to our customer follow-up to help our operations and in general improve our processes. As a small business every dollar spent is very important and I was really thinking it through before committing to a subscription. I took the leap of faith and enrolled, and I did not for a single moment regret doing it so. The contribution in optimizing our processes and improving our customer service has been such that I wish I had implemented this before. In top of all, Zoho CRM truly gives you scalability, is highly customizable and I know that if we grow the software can grow with us.

Pros

It helps to keep excellent track of our customer communications and sales with key integrations such as google mail, quickbooks, and telephony without having to pay additional fees for integrations. Software is customizable and scalable according to our needs.

Cons

Some configuration options feel a bit hidden.

It's a CRM, so the benefits are quite obvious I think.

Pros

\* Easy to use: not hard to find features and navigate the options \* Easy customization of modules and fields \* It has more features than we need \* Very ubiquitous, which means that others have integrated already. We use RingIO for our call management, which was readily integrated with Zoho \* It is quite fast most of the time \* Do not recall any downtimes ever \* Customer support seems to be quite attentive and responsive, which is very nice considering it is a a really large company \* You can see the evolution in usability without being too pushy with radical changes All in all I see a lot more pros than cons

Cons

\* The reporting engine leaves a lot to be desired. Yes, you can customize reports, but it is very basic. You can't really anything beyond the most trivial filters so we ended up created redundant fields that were necessary to work with the engines. At some point we ended up exporting the data to netTerrain and using netTerrain for the reports, which has a much better reporting engine \* The API is not really RESTful. The security schema is weak and in general REST guidelines and patterns are not complied with

Having worked with different CRMs across the board, Zoho CRM is by far one of the best options out there, not only it is very user-friendly, but it also has an endless list of features and integrations to make marketing and sales tracking an easier and better job.

Cons

Bulk updates are very limited, being able to only do 100 records at a time for most operations is a bit frustrating and time-consuming. Also, not being able to use certain fields during the creation of workflow rules without having to code a function through Deluge usually delay implementing things that should be more user-friendly.

Transitioning into a new CRM always is a huge change and undertaking across the board. We have only really experienced positive changes that have pushed us for better and more time efficient performances. Being able to transition was smooth and successful and we are able to bring all departments on board on the use of this.

Pros

This CRM offers customizable automations to really streamline your work experience. We use this to assign and set tasks for clients plus review employee performance. We have been able to completely eliminate Google Docs and move over to politely Zoho to track and record stats. Being able to personalize your home screen is a major plus. Our Sales Team has also been able to be fully integrated onto the platform and can set up leads in the system. The transfer over to this CRM has been much easier than it would be on most platforms and our team members have are soon going to be utilizing email functions through this, as well. I’ve loves the overall experience of learning this platform and discovering how truly time saving it has been for everyone across the board! I would highly encourage the use of this CRM across almost all business platforms due to its customizable options!

Cons

We would love to seethe option for color coding and the use of all emojis across the system. There is limited use on those and we would like to be able to set tasks with symbols by them or have them tabbed with a color.

My experience is awesome in terms of lead management and data collection of customers is really useful and helpful. Seamless integration with various marketing tools and forecasting & reporting dashboards is top-notch.

Pros

An outstanding and efficient platform to manage leads, accounts, share data, customer interactions and much more. Reporting is also very insightful with customized options and add or edit as per requirement. Even filters are very clear to sort the inbox mails

Cons

Reporting capabilities can be enhanced, and also need proactive support team sometime hard to move leads to contact. Otherwise , it work superb with all marketing needs from lead to sales, value of money.

Overall, Zoho has been very helpful in tracking my progress with their analytics section, checking the team's progress in the dashboard, and also the fact that it's an app where sales, documentation, email, and meeting management can be all managed in one software is amazing. Easy to use and very user-friendly.

Pros

This was a software easy to navigate, I just started using Zoho in November and I am getting very comfortable with it, The interface is user-friendly, easy to manage data, sync with other software or apps like phone burner. I can create templates and send emails with marketing collateral in ZOHO.

Cons

Sometimes few bugs would allow zoho to be a bit slow, but overall its promising! I wanted to add more phone number fields to some leads profiles if possible.

We wanted to streamline our overall business operations. And also wanted to understand which customers or accounts we've engaged previously. It has helped us in solving these two cases tremendously.

Pros

The Email Sync of Zoho CRM is fantastic. The best of all CRM software I've used. Also, integration with zapier was a breeze. The reports in Zoho CRM are also fantastic, most customization that you usually get in Power BI.

Cons

The Cost. Though Zoho's universe has everything your team would ever need. The biggest downside is that each product requires an additional subscription. Which additionally adds up to the total bill.

Pros

Zoho CRM is extremely simple to use. Because of the user interface, getting the hang of this software requires little to no training. Zoho CRM includes eye-catching visualisations and reports with the pop-out window Charts. You can use the Zoho to add extensions and integrations to help you better manage your finances, increase productivity, and increase sales, among other things.

Cons

The mobile app does not provide full access to the desktop version's features. Though the free version is a good place to start, it lacks features. Many of the features available with Zoho are only available with a paid plan.
