This is particularly true if you own a small to medium-sized company and do not have the resources to engage a full-time employee whose only responsibility is to administer CRM software. Because with Zoho, you may maintain positive client connections even if you don't have a dedicated employee to handle the task. This program is easy to use and provides you with everything you need to keep your clients satisfied.

Pros

A quick and easy setup is only a few clicks away: It's ready to go the moment you get it. As a result, it is an excellent option for small to medium-sized teams looking for a solution that allows them to get up and running quickly. And not be forced to spend many hours learning how to install, deploy, and debug the software.

Cons

Despite the fact that the free version is a wonderful place to start, what you receive with no financial commitments will not go you very far in the long run. Many of the capabilities offered with Zoho are only accessible as part of the more expensive price options. Even the most basic plan, which costs $12 per month, offers a restricted range of options. However, although the more comprehensive Professional version, which costs $20/month, isn't that much more expensive, Zoho falls short of the mark if you're hoping for a free or low-cost package that has all of the capabilities you could possibly desire in a business software program.

I have not tried other products in the market other than Wave accounting before coming to Zoho CRM... For the moment it meets my business invoicing needs.

Wave Accounting stopped business in my region Sri Lanka and moved out to only focus on Canada and US-based businesses. And Wave accounting only made the recommendation to switch to Zoho CRM, and they gave a free one-year trial for Wave accounting customers.

Zoho CRM is good for startup businesses and they have free plans for up to three users. With the free version also we can get lead, contact, and account management features as well as reports and analytics. We moved to the paid version later which also also comes with affordable pricing options compared with other platforms.

Pros

Zoho CRM software is best for small to medium-sized businesses. Its ease of use is something that makes it easy to manage the data from the website as well as the data from other social media, email marketing. Zoho CRM software provides flexibility that allows it to work for all kinds of businesses.

Cons

The customer service is not good at all for the paid version.

Generally quite good within the realm of what is already established in the system and can often help with custom code functions for features that aren't readily available. Implementation was mostly left up to us with support when asked for. Other companies we looked at would have done the implementation for us, which, if you have the budget, will definitely help speed up and streamline your process.

Pros

Aesthetic and general ease of use. Workflows are generally easy to implement. Most of my staff seems to have gotten the hang of things pretty quickly. HIPAA compliance was a must for my small medical business, and ZOHO CRM was able to provide.

Cons

Missing some key features - or example, tasking a group rather than an individual, seems to be a feature that many people have been asking for, for a long time (several years), but has yet to be developed. Another example, the Deal Kanban View is nice, but if you want to see only one pipeline (regularly, set as your default), this isn't possible. You have to select that pipeline manually every time you go into the deals view.

We are tired of stuff breaking and having to troubleshoot on our own. We are actively looking for a replacement.

Pros

price is the only pro with zoho CRM at this point, but you get what you pay for, not much!

Cons

Support is terrible, product has too many bugs and it seems like it was developed by technical people with no real Business knowledge. They are constantly adding more modules and this make other stuff break. instead of working on new modules they should make the CRM better and bug free. A lot of stuff does not make sense, We use CRM, Desk and campaigns daily and they are NOT as seamless integrated as they should be. zoho mail is useless so we continue to use outlook to manually send emails rather then sending emails from CRM. If a contact opts out of marketing emails (newsletters etc) then you can't email them directly from the CRM. BIG flaw, just one among many many flaws in the software.

Zoho CRM has allowed us to connect our field sales team with our corporate office - we now have a better idea of the pipeline and forecast, data to analyze for effective sales techniques, etc.

Pros

The ease with which a lot of information is stored in one place. Our marketing, sales, and customer success teams all work primarily within Zoho CRM, or use products that sync with CRM. From the start as a lead, to a closed won deal, to a current customer being cared for by customer success, all the crucial information lives in the CRM, which makes collaboration easier.

Cons

The inconsistency of their features and their customer success. Features that apply in one aspect of the product don't apply to other areas (for example, their reports are more customizable than their dashboard components, even though both should be powered by the same software). CRM behaves wonderfully 98% of the time and then falls short all too often, in ways that don't make sense or show poor product management. Customer service is always available, but they have serious struggles with the English language, and either because of that or because of a lack of product knowledge, their support is often unhelpful. Answers to the same question can very from chat agent to chat agent.

Pros

Cons

A few more additions in calendar management and calendar sync can boost up the user experience to best.

I looked into other CRM products but looking at features and price this was better than other products and above all it allows us to store, organize, and access all our customer information in one centralized location.

What software are you talking about??? Capterra?

Pros

We investigated so many CRM's and found many of the others to have good marketing but a lesser product at a higher cost. We started with the free version and gradually moved up to the Enterprise Subscription so we could fully customize not only basic CRM functions but a full transaction management system. We have several custom modules and custom buttons that the Zoho Engineers designed to our specifications at no extra charge! You can use it right out of the box and get great value but the customization was really the icing on the cake for us.

Cons

I like that their is a whole suite of products that can integrate into the CRM but unfortunately the three we have tried/investigated Zoho Websites, Zoho Mail & Zoho Survey have not offered us the functionality we need so we have had to use alternative products. Older versions linked with LinkedIn so you could synchronize pictures of contacts but this no longer is possible - I think due to LinkedIn making an exclusive agreement with another CRM provider?

Zoho CRM is our hub for operations, sales, and marketing. We've automated huge swaths of our business using it. I can't recommend it enough!

Pros

Extremely powerful customization options (100 custom modules, workflow rules galore, etc.) Integrates with every other Zoho app The price is killer low, ESPECIALLY when it's part of Zoho One I really like the updated UI, I actually prefer it to Salesforce

Cons

It can be slightly trickier to train inexperienced folks on Zoho CRM compared to something a little more streamlined like Hubspot. Not a huge issue at all, it's just slightly more complex.

As part of the Zoho One suite, it's FAR cheaper than Salesforce (and gives you way more options) and far more powerful than Hubspot. Hubspot is a great marketing tool, but we needed something that could be an operational hub in addition to just our marketing tool.

I like that it is a versatile and free platform, but I have some limitations due to its security, fixing that would be a better product than it already is.

Pros

The price is affordable, including free plans with maximum functionality. It is also an advantage that the software can be integrated with several third-party applications, which facilitates data connection and its fluidity.

Cons

I had problems with customer support, sometimes they take a long time to respond to inquiries. Regarding its security, it is not so reliable, since it does not have security reports in a timely manner.

### "Good CRM but terrible support"

We are using Zoho email, calendar and CRM to run our small startup with 5 active users. I've previously used the full Salesforce.com package in a large multinational. I have to say the Zoho allows me to do the same things that I previously did in Salesforce to a pretty high level. Having said that, I don't think that Zoho is that cheap either, at USD $20 per head per month. That's $1200 per year for 5 people. A necessary evil unfortunately. Part of signing up for Zoho CRM is that they offer a call with one of their support staff to familiarize you with the product. This was a complete waste of time. Fist the call was 20 minutes after the appointed time. The man from India who called me was completely distracted and appeared to be taking other calls (putting his mic on mute) and typing on a keyboard while I was trying to ask him questions. He was very arrogant and rude and a liar. When I pointed out that he was typing instead of listening he denied it. I'd asked him the same question 3 times, and each time he came back with the same nonsensical question to my question. Bad, Bad, Bad. I ended up hanging up and am angry that they wasted my time with such a pointless and empty offer.

Pros

It's a fully functional CRM package for a small enterprise. It is relatively intuitive to use and I like that automatically picks up the emails you send and appends them to the client record, provided you've entered the clients email details.

Cons

The Indian call centre is a disgrace. Worst I've come across and that's saying something. I don't think that the CRM calendar sync's with the email calendar.

### "Just what you need and can grow with"

Overall I have had and continue to have a good expierence with this software. It does what I need it too and did not have a huge learning curve. I had to learn buesiness practices that used certain parts of the CRM but I had no torouble implementing them once I understood the concept.

Pros

Tiered plans are what really brought me to this software. When you are starting a company you don't want to waste funds and a lot of their free stuff does what you need it to and gives you time to build a customer base until you need/afford more services.

Cons

The free stuff stopped too soon in my opinion on a lot of products. When I say soon I mean functionality wise. They are free to a certain functionality level but I often ran across situations where I needed something that was on the next tier but it was not something that I saw using again anytime soon.

Our clients use Zoho CRM since the day we started lead generation service for them. The integration of this CRM is pretty basic and similar to any other CRM tool. Lead management has become very easy since all the details are in a single place and it becomes easy for the sales team to follow up with the leads. Sales tracking and automation is also a great feature that makes this tool stand out and helps the business convert leads.

Cons

the pricing of Zoho CRM is a little high for the features it offers. They should rework their pricing models.
