I will rate it 5 stars, whenever i am thinking a management software for accounts, marketing and sales or even for HR I recommend this.

Pros

Its easy to use even for freshers, UI is very simple and understandable. Most importantly Its helpful for sales pipeline. Email Management feature helps to increase productivity.

Cons

According to me the only con is - Content management limitations - Data import and data export limitations only.

I wouldn't rank Zoho in my top 10 CRMs, and do not recommend them. It's just simply not an enjoyable experience. It's not the worst thing in the world, but it's definitely not something that will excite your marketing team.

Pros

offers powerful customization and a wide range of features. Their extensive database of direct integrations is a nice to have.

Cons

feels clunky and overly complex for daily email marketing use. The UI is outdated, and key tasks like list segmentation or campaign tracking are buried in menus. Integrations often break or require workarounds. It’s powerful, but bloated and frustrating to use.

Pros

Easily could manage my customers information and see it all at a glance. Showed the staging we were in with onboarding for that customer.

Cons

Seemed like the user interface could be more user friendly and visually appealing. It works but it isn't pretty.

Pros

I really enjoy how brings together all customer engagements, enabling easy handling of leads, opportunity tracking and automated workflows. I used it (for instance) to automate the follow-up email for my sales team, and the response rates improved massively. Another great feature of Zia, the AI-powered sales assistant, is that it can predict trends and prioritize leads accordingly.

Cons

As a CRM newbie, the interface can seem cluttered and overwhelming at first. The most advanced features, including custom modules and integrations, are only available on a higher-tier plan, which may lead to additional costs for smaller businesses.

Great adapable CRM with integration into almost all other platforms allowing simple reporting and control. The sandbox for testing was also great and meant we could constantly evolve the program to suit our business.

Pros

It is fairly simple to make quick changes or add amend fields to suit your business requirements

Cons

Some of the templates or layouts are not great making the page longer than it needs to be. This may be down to my lack of skills but i couldnt find a simple solution.

Pros

is user friendly, its flexible with customizations according to your requirements. You can set up the whole lead pipeline with automations for messages and emails. Additionally it offers excellent integration with other tools which enhances productivity. The pricing is also competitive, which make it suitable for business of all sizes i suppose.

Cons

What i liked least about it is its occasional complexity in navigating certain features, which can be tedious for some users. At times i find it quite challenging to generate customized reports due to user permissions i guess. Also integration with some third party applications can be challenging.

For the price and feature set - especially if you're newbie or have a home based small business - delivers more than enough value to make it worth the effort. While it’s not perfect, the trade-offs feel fair for what you’re getting.

Pros

Zoho VCRM has been a solid option for staying connected via email with customers without draining the budget. The core features (lead capture, follow-up automation, etc.) make it easy to keep up with customers without feeling like you’re running a marketing machine. It also plays nicely with other tools, which is handy when you want to add capabilities without overhauling your whole setup.

Cons

The basics are intuitive, but some of the more advanced automation and reporting tools take time to figure out, and the navigation isn’t always as direct as it could be. Parts of the interface look sleek and modern, while others feel like they’re stuck a few years back - it could use a whole overhaul and central more modern aesthetic. Support can be helpful, but you might be waiting longer than you’d like if you need a quick fix

Decent experience. If Zoho could make it easier to link CRM and Calendar I would consider creating another account. There were options to upgrade to a paid plan, but as a small business just starting out I wanted a free service that I could use until I built my client base up and had the need to then purchase a paid plan with more perks.

Pros

Was relatively easy to use and had decent perks for a free software. There was also a free android app I could download to use on the go as well.

Cons

I could never get the appointment also known as "meetings" on the CRM to link to the Zoho Calendar. Which was the main purpose of me looking for a CRM.

Zoho Deluge makes you quite limited if you dont have much coding experience. Workflows are also not working the way I am used to with Salesforce or HubSpot

Pros

Easy to fill contracts online without spending a penny. It offers advanced features but they are not used by me.

Nothing special from this part, easy, accessible, I might say one of the best online platforms I have ever seen
