Pros

Zoho CRM is not a very expensive program and easy to implement, the support team was helpful initially in deploying and importing all of our data. The program also has many different functions to support sales, marketing and admin. There are many different report functions that allows you to pull relevant data.

Cons

Zoho CRM is too big and too complicated and not used friendly. Our sales and marketing teams have had too much trouble with the program and spent too much time doing admin work in Zoho rather than it helping them alleviate their work. We needed a designated Zoho CRM person to help manage the program which was opposite of the initial intention.

I am enjoying Zoho CRM for last 8 (eight years)

Pros

Zoho CRM is an excellent product. The 40 add-on will give you everything (tools) you need to run your business. If you select Zoho CRM/Zoho One, you rarely need any third party tools. It is a best choice for small to mid size business of any sector.

Cons

There is lack of documentation. I have not found any official documentation on "Best Practices of Zoho CRM" or "Best Practices of Zoho CRM in Real Estate"

### "Zoho is a lifesaver!"

I've helped clients install software that allows us to work remotely. I also have anytime remote access to some computers. I can transfer files and even reboot the computer from my side.

Pros

I was looking for an alternative to TeamViewer. I don't need remote access to a client's computer very often so I don't want to spend a fortune for the service. Zoho had a reasonable fee for remote access and it was easy to set up and use on both sides. Recently I've needed to help non technical people install and use Zoom on devices (phones, tablets, and computers) I found I can log in anywhere! I love that.

Cons

It can be slow. Most of the time it isn't an issue. If I am logged into another computer trying to work on their QuickBooks file it can test my patience... lag time and trying to read what's on the screen of the other computer.

Overall I’m happy, but there are nuances that really do bug me.

Pros

Ease of deployment and user experience feedback from my team is positive. They prefer it to Salesforce in UI and layout. The price point is great value.

Cons

I could list a few. The fact that I have to buy a separate product licence for Analytics for simple lead reporting. Converted deals disappear from reporting which is a real oversight (or a clever stroke to sell another product) The import feature is decent and user friendly, but another major flaw is the inability to upload historic concerted leads from another CRM.

I have been using Zoho for more than 10 years. I manage an inside sales team of 6. Our Favorite features in zoho are its dashboards which shows different stages of the funnel, the number of calls made, Volume of calls and leads provided. Zoho has made team management easy and the number of leads in pipeline have considerably increased because of the transparency .

Pros

Easy to use and implement. Integration with existing software. Impressive dashboard and reports.

Cons

Support team could get proactive. UI is really old and needs an upgrade. Steep Learning curve.

Pros

Lead Management easy to setup, Create workflows. Auto assign the leads based on custom functions. Easy integration of social media lead ads.

Cons

Its difficult to understand the features in the beginning, once you get used it and explore the features it becomes very easy and efficient.

I would recommend it to other business owners and entrepreneurs. I always recommend everyone not to spend money anywhere if we are getting the same thing at Zoho for free with all the necessary item.

Pros

I am using Zoho from two years, as I started a new side business. This work so professional & Easy. This is great domain app especially for business and startup. The it allow for new domain at free of cost while on others software you always have to pay for everything. And here its totally free with everything whatever is required. I really like Zoho Mail.

Cons

Only I don't like about it is It allow lot of option in regarding Signature Section its limited. but overall everything is good.

Pros

Surpasses other programs for the features of the program to work remotely, communicate with leads, and maintain a sales funnel

Cons

There are no negatives at all, on the contrary, the price plans are exceptional and low compared to its counterpart in other programs

Zoho CRM is the best CRM software I have ever found. I love the fact that its easy to learn and it has everything you need to manage your team and clients. The customer service is also one of the best in the industry, always willing to help and answer any questions you may have.

Pros

I've been using Zoho CRM for a year now and it is the best CRM on the market. It's easy to use, has a great UI, and it's also affordable. The only thing I would say is that if you want to compete in the US market, you need to add more features for mobile devices.

Cons

I've used Zoho CRM for years now and I can't imagine a better CRM to use. I'm amazed at how customizable it is, the integrations are great, and the customer service is second to none. The team has been there for me every step of the way.

Pros

I didn’t see any mail that bounced or didn’t go through. The UI was very simple and filters were quite intuitive.

Cons

I felt that the desktop app can be a bit more stable. The app crashed once or twice every 2 weeks.

We have had a great experience with Zoho CRM as our #1 tool to manage both our prospects and current clients. We wouldn't change software and we only hope to continue to learn how to use Zoho to enhance our daily operations.

Pros

My company loves that we continue to find new and easy ways to manage multiple faucets of our business through Zoho CRM and the attached tools. We use it for everything from new prospecting to current client management and everything in-between. I would highly recommend Zoho CRM for any small-medium sized team that is growing rapidly and in-need of strong software that integrates well across the board.

Cons

The thing that we like least about Zoho's Software is that it does take some time to learn the platform and different ways that it can help us and our business on a day-to-day basis. The one thing that Zoho needs more of is their webinars and teaching tools to take advantage of all of the great features that they have.

Lo que me gusta es que tiene mucha variedad de características como la gestión de clientes potenciales y una buena automatización del flujo de trabajo , aparte es fácil integrarla con otras aplicaciones de zoho, también al estar en la nube puedes acceder desde cualquier lugar con conexión a internet , y tiene un precio competitivo comparando otras soluciones de crm.

Cons

Lo que no me gusta que no tiene una buena escalabilidad , también vi que algunas empresas se quejaron de problemas con el soporte técnico y algunos usuarios que necesiten funciones específicas no las encontrarán al no estar disponible.

I always recommend Zoho before I recommend SalesForce. It is a best-in-class product.

Pros

I recommend Zoho very often. A lot of companies go big earlier than they really need to and spend way too much on SalesForce & Marketo. I worked for a very small company with some limited budget that pivoted to sell it's product to the Enterprise. Zoho was incredibly easy to set up, intuitive to use, and contains all the most important features that most users need and seek in SalesForce. We integrated with MailChimp & Unbounce and were able to be incredible effective acquiring leads, nurturing them, and tracking pipeline in Zoho. Our small sales team found it very easy to use and loved it.

Cons

There's a point when you need a more robust integration eco-system and a lot of customization. This isn't really a con per se, but Zoho, by being not as complex and customizable as SFDC, will eventually need to be replaced. This should last you many years before you outgrow the functionality.

ZOHO comes well within the budget and provides all must-have functionality. Helps forecast sales and gives clarity on which opportunity/leads are in which stage of the sales funnel.

Pros

Manage accounts, leads, contacts and sales opportunities, all in one place. Logs all calls and emails. The reporting analytics is quite well designed. You can also filter out your hot leads and cold leads

Cons

UI is a little complicated to understand. Customer support is slow. Integration with google sheets and HubSpot is a little complex.

Zoho in my opinion one of the best CRM system that drives to be ERP system. It was a big help for my organization that took us from one level to another.

Pros

How easy is to implement and customize without any software development. Easy to train team members. Simple integration steps.

Cons

Zoho is trying to hard to be one stop shop for all your business needs, which makes it great as a starting point but as you grew and your business processes gets more intense and comprehensive, you'll understand that Zoho is missing key points for few of it's offered modules. Another weakness is their support team lake the knowledge of their own products and its capabilities.

It is a very helpful software for the purchase and sales operations of the company. All operations can be managed quickly, which enables us to get our money more quickly than they would otherwise. In addition, the accounts of our suppliers can be continuously monitored by their activity in real time using only an Internet connection, and over time, all operations can be completed along with conducting business. It's a great tool all around.

Pros

As promised, you can use Zoho One, an enterprise platform, to manage your complete business. For generating quotations, sending templates, quotes, proposals, and contact management, we significantly rely on the CRM.

Cons

There are many untapped functions in a very large system, and I believe they will remain so for some time. To use it, beginners must learn a few habits. Quite steep learning curve In summary, I don't dislike anything about ZOHO, but it took a while to get here.

Do NOT use this system, unless you are very tech savvy, or have a tonne of time to waste.

It is easy to put client details into the system

Complicated, insanely complicated. I am not a techy person. But as a business owner, I must use systems. And systems are great, this is the ONLY one I struggle with. Zoho has added so much time onto my reporting and I used to do it all manually!!. I have been using it for just over a year now, as I like to make sure I give things a good chance at success, because it could just be that I need practice in using things first. But Zoho, after over a year I still need to contact zoho staff to do any reporting. Today alone I have wasted over 2 hrs just to do one report that did not have all the information I needed. I am paying money to add time to my work load. I set it up to LIMIT my work load, not add to it!! Zoho has a stack of "fluffy" options that I am paying for, but don't need, and a stack of complicated drop down boxes and other things with names that don't make sense to me, which according to zoho staff , require a 'course' to do first.!! I am not a stupid person, but my god does this make me feel like a moron!! No business should make their clients feel like morons. I am currently looking for a new CRM and I am actually fearful of how complicated the transfer of all my client information will be. Hopefully I won't lose it all.

Ho trovato Wrike un eccellente strumento di gestione dei progetti con un'interfaccia pulita, che mi ha reso facile collaborare con il mio team e tenere traccia dei progressi su varie attività.

Cons

Ho lottato con la ripida curva di apprendimento di Zoho CRM, poiché mi ci è voluto del tempo per navigare tra le funzionalità e capire come funzionano tutte insieme.
