By the Zoho CRM software, our sales and marketing services run more faster as compared to its competitors. Zoho is a great customization CRM software due to it's affordable price. I always use it in my daily life because it really helps me in tracking the sales and expenses.

Pros

Zoho CRM is always best for the sales and expenses in the market. Zoho CRM is a great customizable CRM tool. We can better manage our sales and marketing with the customers through the Zoho CRM. It is so easy to use and great affordable software. It has outstanding features such as email templates, great customization's with the best reporting features.

Cons

Zoho software is an best CRM tool and that's why it can allow us to track all of our sales and marketing process but it does not provide the great options for it's users so that's why we can track our records, documents and presentations. But still Zoho CRM is one of the best CRM software in the market.

Pros

I am a daily user for this product and we use it for data collection, leads management mainly and sometimes for workflow management too. It has been helping both sales and marketing team so much to produce a proper structured end result.All the leads are sored in here with clean and clear highlight used for sales team to track and for marketing team the same leads are used to email campaigns and leads are successfully converted.

Cons

Nothing as such. So far i think this is the most affordable platform with so many features out there. Good to go without a second thought

We are more than happy to have found Zoho CRM. It is the best app for having a central database of our clients. A major plus is that you are able to connect different other apps that zoho offers and then all they all work together seamlessly.

Pros

We love a lot about this software but one of the most liked features is that you can connect it with many other apps that they have and everything works seamlessly. Also worth to mention that the pricing is scalable and you pay only for the apps that you want/need, instead of paying huge amounts for a system with features that you won't use/need.

Cons

We wish that it would be possible to be able to connect all the apps with a website that will allow users access their data and update it in real time. The process to connect the system with a website has to be done with a professional programmer and can be difficult.

Very good but when they roll out new features they can be buggy and half finished features.

Pros

The ease of use and ability to use on mobile devices. The customizability is immense.

Cons

The system can be buggy and support is not good. If you are a complete non-techy and need to deploy a fully system you are better off hiring a Zoho partner to deploy for you.

Pros

free version is great if you are dipping your toe in. the App for mobile is REALLY useful when out in the field.

Cons

I guess only the customisation, but that is made clear that it is not an option in the free version. certain elements would be nice to be able to change even in that version

It was good but maybe too much functionality, not as user friendly for less technically saavy employees.

Pros

I loved how easy it was to customize reports, dashboards and etc. Also loved unlimited tags

Cons

Zoho only works through third party implementation partners and if you pick the wrong one, look out.

Pros

I have been using Zoho in the early months(approx 18m) of my e-commerce website. It has been helping me manage lead generation, campaigns automation, marketing, pipelines. Everything at a low cost. I had to change once the website took off since I needed more features and integrations. I see now that it has added even more integrations that it used to have. Best for a 1/2 employees businesses.

Cons

It works on a cloud. And there is no way you put it on your server and personalize it too much.

I was not excited about switching to a cloud based CRM. I am an old school ACT! user and I didn't like the change to the cloud. I am very happy with the features that are now offered by Zoho. They are as good or better than any other CRM out there and less expensive. They even have a free version!!!

Pros

The price is great. The customer service has always been helpful. It is easy to use.

Cons

I stopped using Zoho for a while and started using a competitor that has some newer features. I am back to Zoho because they now have those features and all the things that the competition didnt

Zoho CRM is very cost-effective, as with the majority of its product range and has access to quick, real-person support should you need it. You can easily add and section businesses, but anything more than that can get a little clunky

Cons

Customer support often suffers with communication breakdown across languages Any additional complexity into reporting or categorisation needs careful management to ensure all feeds through properly - it doesn't make intuitive, relatable steps.

My overall opinion is that this is the perfect software for the one that wants to be taken for real and impress on others because of a professional feeling.

Pros

The reason I came to use this software was that I wanted an email with my own domain, and that´s one thing I never will have undone. The software has enormous abilities, and you can use it for many reasons. In addition, it is really cheap.

Cons

The only thing I don´t like is the design of the logo, which gives me a feeling of unserious software which is false.

Pros

High technology used in Zoho CRM is the key to it's secure and reliable services. It has an impressive speed and approach to tasks and projects added. Very easy to use features. Configuration and integration is always a great moment. The software is user friendly and used world wide which builds my confidence in the platform.

Cons

Zoho CRM is one of the few perfectly suited softwares. Everything is great they way it is.

Pros

What I like mostly about this software is how user friendly and well detailed the software is. My team and I have been using this app since the initial start up of our company and it has assisted us tremendously in monitoring our leads, communicating with customers and potential customers and most importantly it allows to update our database as frequently possible. We are also able to add more than one administrators to the software so we are able to keep an audit trail of who does what, and when. Its really an amazing platform for CRM

At the moment I am okay with the platform as is.

Pros

Zoho CRM dashboard is designed in a way to give you easy access to all data in one place. It has really improved our way to track leads, sending follow up emails and measuring success. For small businesses it is the most suited tool based on its affordability and features.Zoho integration with WhatsApp is really helpful, it has simplified alot the we way we used to send messages to clients. Now we can send WhatsApp messages without sending their numbers on the phone.

Cons

Customer support is usally quick and helpful but a few times we face slow response from support team. Apart from this I am mostly happy using this software

Overall, the tool is totally intuitive and easy to use, I have not had any customer complaints so far. Implemented in several projects and in some companies that we provide support. And so far it has met the demand for all the services required. It is an amazing tool and without a shadow of a doubt, it not only helps but saves everyone a lot of time by automating hundreds of jobs. I do recommend the tool, as it is essential to attract new customers through chats and webinars.

Pros

Zoho CRM is essential for anyone starting out, because the tool is easy to use and very intuitive. Easy-to-implement functionality allows anyone to quickly and accurately manage business processes. The tool allows me to organize webnarios and conduct wabnarios through CRM, we can get new customers from there. The intelligence of this tool is incredible, as it allows me to have control over sales, as it automatically collects access metrics. And even if I'm not at the company, I can still analyze and have full control, thanks to Zoho's AI.

Cons

Actually, I don't have any cons to report, but some situations that occurred a few times, is when loading some functions of the tool, in which they take a long time to return, as if they were heavy. But nothing that compromises functionality.

The user interface & the simplicity of usage. Creating a sequence of sales conversion is very easy with ZOHO CRM. We have introduced this 2 years ago to our sales funnel journey and it has helped me & my team to achieve our target with a clear understanding of whom to reach and what the conversion happened with use earlier.

Not sure! As of now it is working well with the flow and I didn't find any dislikes over the software
