There were a few kinks that needed to be worked out but overall the support to work them out was great and timely. I personally wouldn't work with any other at this point.

Pros

First, it's ease of use and the ability to customize it to your needs and what you sell. The integration of other products is really great too. It's responsive and keeps all your info for a client in one place. The automated features is wonderful too.

Cons

Least is the set up. It does take time, trial and error, and a few kinks along the way. However, that being said, support was always there to fix and responsive, and with a program this sophisticated it is expected to have some issues. Overall, any issues were minor.

I think it is a strong and effective CRM and can help to makes your sales process organised and systematic if structured properly.

Pros

I like the variety of features zoho has offered to us, like lead management , tracking pipeline , reporting dashboard. One more good thing about zoho is that yoy can modules and fields as per your internal business process which is really cool I say.

Cons

The crm can responds slow sometimes when are too many users or it is a peak time. Some easy to set up things are little bit complicated like automatic emails that go to customers - for example confirmation email after placing order

I had an overall good experience with Zoho CRM. For instance, process automation for repetitive tasks was a life saver such as making follow-up Emails. I Marveled at the customizable dashboards and metrics the software provides. Furtheremore, it integrates with a wide variety of social media tools.

Pros

What i like about Zoho CRM is software is versatile and can be used in a wide variety of ways. For instance, It helped me organize customers contacts in an efficient manner plus when i was working for a Real Estate Organization. Furthermore, i was happy with the efficient customer support tools that the software contains. I used them in managing tickets and handle Customer Queries efficiently.

Cons

Everything about the software is cool. Zoho has superior capabilities at the right price as compared to other Customer relationship management systems.

Bit much when you first log in. Too many icons shouting at you. After a few uses though, you start to see the structure.

Pros

Saves time once you get it sorted. Helps avoid digging through inboxes or missing a name you were supposed to call back.

Cons

Not perfect — a few too manys steps in places . But once it’s set up, you don’t mess withs it muchs .

My most favourite things on this software is zoho office suite. It makes all characteristics of this software more easily usable.

Advanced features are only available for higher paid users. For small to mid size businesses cannot paid that such amount.

As crucial as they are, maintaining healthy customers relationships wasn't always easy for us up until we employed Zoho CRM to assist us. It has helped us to have a free space to interact with our customers which has seen us build very healthy relationships with them. More to just communicating, Zoho CRM allows us to manage our customers information with ease.

The automation workflows in Zoho CRM which are making our daily routine tasks less efforts and time demanding and more precise. The contact management that help us keep our customer information well organized. The customer communication features which allows us to interact freely with our customers at any time. Zoho CRM reporting and analytics features which are keeping us on the lookout for the ways to improve our customer relationships.

We have not had any major drawbacks from Zoho CRM.

overall experience was so is better than the system that you have before. Lots of options and settings and we can bring all our contact information and client accounts and deals and quotes and also report from one system and the whole company can access it all at once and so we don’t lose any information anymore. That helped with not using paper anymore and bringing out the first 21st century, especially with digital signing contract and automatic notification when contacts are signed.

Pros

zoho crm is a great platform to bring all digital contracts that we have for our company together. We don’t need to use any paper anymore and have all our customer information in one system.

Cons

sometimes settings are very hidden, and some automations are not very self explaining. The design is not as modern as other platforms.

Pros

The level of customization was intense but would be great for a larger, more developed organization that is using their CRM much more robustly.

Cons

I wasn't aware I went straight into the enterprise edition, which was so much more than we needed and actually prevented folks from wanting to get into the platform and play around. The free didn't offer the tiny bit of customization I needed so I now need to write a review to try out the standard. No worries, but wish I would have known more going into the trial.

The overall experience was poor. Their team tried really hard to be accommodating but their system is just too convoluted.

Pros

I liked how the deals page both worked and looked. The ability to link accounts and create accounts, deals, or contacts on any page was very handy.

Cons

Simply put, It was so complicated to use. The amount of time we spent training with the Zoho launch team was too much to not be able to fully use the system.
