Overall our experience with Zoho CRM has been very good. We use it everyday.

Pros

A client relationship management system is a must for our business and we have been using Zoho CRM for years. It is a great way to organize and store information about both our clients and the reps working for us. It is really easy to use and helps us track client outreach and it can store a lot of data.

Cons

The contact search function could be better. Sometimes it won't find the contact you are looking for if you do not spell it exactly as it appears in the database

Cons

You need a Zoho Partner to usually set you up with integrations and customisation as you like. Compared to Hubspot much harder to use - especially for first time CRM users.

Pros

I use Zoho CRM everyday for my job as my main business software. I love how it handles bisyncro with other zoho softwares like invoice. The mobile application is actually a blessing.

Cons

It is full of functionnalities which makes it quit hard to setup. I dont like that i am unable to track my emails behaviours also it could be way better if zoho implements a clien conversation history like the main competitor.

Pros

I like that has an App for mobile use. Also the free version is robust enough to be used successfully.

Cons

Within the free version, there is no customization, so there are a lot of things that we have adapted to suit our business but not what I would prefer.

ZOHO CRM is an excellent tool for small businesses who get access to the functionality that was previously only available to large companies with big budgets for CRM tools.

Pros

The pay per user model. The back office. The app has certainly improved lately. It used to have sync issues and wasn't easy to navigate but I have been using it again in the last 3 months as there have been some major imrpovements.

Cons

Most of the issues I originally had with the app have been cleared up. I haven't used other tools and am not able to compare products, but for a small company, ZOHO provides excellent reporting and enables business/sales mobility.

Overall, I always felt like we needed a CRM that did less so we could focus on using the tool rather than learning about it. Zoho is a powerful tool, if you know how to use it. Our team never really left the learning phase. If your team is able to get through all the learning of this tool, I have no doubt you will experience explosive growth in your productivity. But how much time you will need to invest in order to achieve that outcome is another story.

Pros

Even though the software has an abundance of features, I never experienced any critical errors with the software. We never had any data loss or experience catastrophic failures. So I would have to say reliability was it's greatest strength. This and the fact that we experienced very minimal issues with load speeds.

Cons

It always seemed like there were too many features stuffed into the software. Writing out the sentence is definitely weird because I'm sure most people appreciate having an anbudance of features from their tools. However, it always felt like the CRM was losing it's concrete identity due it's desire to do too much.

Pros

Mobile app It is feature-rich with lots of tools to help you serve the purpose. Team working on constantly improving the platform If you are using other Zoho apps then it makes Zoho powerful

Cons

Now, this is nothing personal but I remember I had conversation with a guy with whom I had interaction twice. It left a bad taste in my mouth because he was more interested in telling me what he cant do instead of the alternatives. I felt somehow he lacked product knowledge or the understanding of what product can do. Too many options for someone who is a new CRM user. Their onboarding process needs to improve.

It was great. I love this tool. I don't think I can perform my job well without Zoho.

Pros

It is user-friendly. At first, the software looks complicated. You will feel like you will have hard time finding things. But as soon as you get the hang of it, the tool is pretty much easy to use.

Cons

Not so much, to be honest. Only that there are times, its buggy. As a publishing company, my job requires me to update book file information before we send it to the printer. Sometimes, when you try to update something in ZOHO it won't update it right away, you have to close it and re-open. But this is very seldom, I can live with it.

If you've never used a CRM before and need one immediately, this is an excellent option for your company or user community. It's wonderful for storing and organizing customer data, but customisation (creating bespoke features for it) and automation are both lacking.

Pros

Because it's cloud-based, I can use it from any computer or mobile device that has an internet connection. The client management system allows me to screen-share and interact with my clients about the project I'm working on. The dashboard in Zoho CRM is simple and easy to use. Allows for seamless integration with other software.

Cons

The only problem I found with this program is that it crashes when people try to access it from their mobile devices. Additionally, their email template is difficult to change and has less customization possibilities.

We moved to Zoho CRM in 2014 when we were looking for a cloud based CRM. We have used it in a few different business and it is easy to use and teach to others.

Pros

It is very easy to add fields/change fields and customize as you wish. For the most part, it is very intuitive and user friendly. Integrates with many different programs. We had a Zoho expert set up our account and do training with us and that was worth the time and money.

Cons

Features can be limited on lower priced tiers. It can be difficult to find solutions to common problems.

Good, I've been using Zoho as a CRM for over 6 years and have no complaints.

Pros

Flexibility, you can pretty much set up the CRM anyway you want and it's very configurable.

Cons

Email. The email options are limited and while they work they are cumbersome and hard to set up. Often I feel not worth it.

ZohoCRM has helped us all keep on the same page. We keep all of our customer data in Zoho and can quickly access it in our other tools.

Pros

Easy to use and integrate with other tools. Our entire team uses ZohoCRM every day and we couldn't live without it. It's so much more intuitive than other the other tools we've tried.

Cons

Nothing really. We love this tool. We should probably be using more of the Zoho tools.

We switched to Google Workspace because of integration with Google Docs.

Pros

Robust email system. They improved UI over the last few years, a lot of settings. Access via IMAP and POP3. 2nd-factor auth like in bigger systems.

Cons

Overcomplicated UI, mainly in settings. Both for admin and for the user. In the beginning, SPAM filter was buggy

Overall its a good application to be invested on if you want good maintenance of your records. AlsoThe customer support is very supportive and almost always available.

Pros

The ease of access with specially lead generation and maintenance of the data in the database is specifically awesome. They have concentrated on the UI and UX of the application which has given it a new level among other CRMs. There are many more thing, one can use it for the best results.

Cons

Sometimes, when you go ahead and try to open it on to multiple tabs so it becomes a bit slow. Also when the session expires it logs you out of all the tabs. That's sometime a bit hectic but rest all is pretty good.

Using ZOHO, the company was able to migrate from a paper filing system, to become paperless. This was a major achievement as taking client hard files to appointments and when travelling was cumbersome and oftentimes limited as to baggage weight when flying - using ZOHO meant that we could take our files with us as they were all online so very little paperwork needed to be taken with us on business trips or to client meetings.

Pros

Using the platform for the first time in a retail leasing role, ZOHO was excellent. Ease of use 'on the go' was the best feature as I could access it through mobile, along with email integration, ability to generate reports and also generate user specific reports was fantastic. We went from a paper based filing system to paperless and only wish we could have migrated sooner!

Cons

Not really anything that I didn't enjoy about the software. I personally found the product to be everything and more!

It was great! I highly recommend this tool to small companies that don't want or need to spend a ton of money on one of the bigger tools. It is easy to set up and get running with a custom CRM in less than one day, can't say that about most of their competitors. It is affordable, scale-able, easy to change or modify if needed and great for small businesses, temporary or test projects.

Pros

How easy it is to use and customize when compared to other large CRM tools. The pricing is also affordable and it has a ton of features and integration as well.

Cons

It's hard to find a con. I guess if I had to be picky, their could have been a little bit more features on their custom CRM setup but again, I would really have to be picky to say this as most other CRM tools don't even offer a self custom setup so they are still on top no matter what.

This is the total package. This CRM module is great and very configurable, but if you buy into the ZOHO ecosystem and use multiple modules that is where it becomes a game changer. It is so easy to grab an email and turn it into a lead and a sale. You can easily attach documents from WorkDrive, etc. it is a very well rounded program that I absolutely love and tell all my colleagues about.

Pros

I love everything about ZOHO products and have been a user since they launched. Their entire suite of interconnected products let us run our business the way we want to. CRM allows us to track, identify, communicate and share our leads. It also interconnects with other modules that is very helpful.

Cons

There was a bit of a learning curve and getting things setup the way we wanted took longer than expected. With that said, ZOHO support is excellent and always took great care of us.
