Pros

As someone who likes to keep invoicing simple, Zoho helps with just that. In addition, the email management works great and is priced very competitively.

Cons

The UI looks a bit overdated compared to the competition.

### "Cost effective CRM "

It’s okay, support has improved recently but there are better solutions on the market which are making us review not just other solutions, but what we need as a business that has evolved since we selected zoho.

Pros

Customizable and affordable solution that is easy to build out and configure.

Cons

It is restrictive and clunky at times with additional functions like invoices being added cost and while integrated with CRM data not as intuitive as it should be. Setting up the CRM we were left to our devices which was not great at all - we would have preferred more support from Zoho or directing to an accredited partner.

Gebruikers van een gratis abonnement lopen ook verkoopprognoses, kalenderboekingen en maatwerk mis. U kunt aangepaste lijstweergaven van uw gegevens maken, maar bij het gratis abonnement bent u beperkt tot vijf lijstweergaven per module. U kunt dus uw weergave aanpassen van de velden die voor u het belangrijkst zijn. Maar bij het gratis abonnement zie je er slechts vijf tegelijk en bij het standaardabonnement 50 per module. Hogere abonnementen zijn onbeperkt.

### "Good CRM and a good alternative to pricier software"

Its a good platform that allows you to manage all your clients, alerts, quotes, emails, calendars, dates, sales etc in the same view really fast.

Pros

I like that you can personalize and adjust everything in the same panel so you dont have to check emails on gmail, contacts elsewhere and files in google drive for example. You centralize everything in one platform

Cons

Sometimes it gets messy and it has too much options for starters and if you havent used CRMs before this might get complicated really fast

I guess the company needs to a little bit change the interface. It has to make the interface better.. More Vibrant and stylish

It does the job and is easy to use and configure to my business.

Pros

I always used Act and when they were purchased the new company, the newcompany loused it up. so Zoho was my best bet going forward.

Cons

It is difficult to first start to use it, but as time has gone by it is fairly easy.Not the easiest to migrate act info to.

The overall experince with ZOHO CRM was pretty good , ZOHO CRM helped me get customers and i quite liked the marketing automation and social media intergration feature... Also I faced some issues like support problem and high pricing , The support MAY / CAN take time . The Pricing is also a quite high .

Pros

I have used ZOHO CRM for a few days , it has been a outstanding software for our sales . I think that ZOHO CRM has a very user freindly interface and many customizable features ! which make it very useful and easy to use . ZOHO CRM can manage social media intergation , Contact Management , Marketing Automation , ETC . I have Used the social media intergration feature for a long time and it has helped me a lot to connect with custumers and leads...

Cons

Some thing I didnt like about ZOHO CRM : The free and lower-tier plans of Zoho CRM have limitations in features and storage. To get more useful and advanced tools and features , you have to purchase plans worth higher prices , Which MAY not help the customers looking for free services . The support service of ZOHO CRM , MAY depend on your location. Some customers have reported issues reagarding this .

Pros

The customizability, dashboard, user interface...this is an all around solid product.

Cons

Some of the limitations with the email tool - you have to buy the email module to have full functionality.

CRM consultant in Zoho for a couple of years and for some other related apps.

Pros

Excellent performance, service is never down. Excellent support in almost every product of Zoho , not just CRM. Complete documentation. Goods for the new version 2 API. Wide integration among other Zoho products and for external apps. Always improving, but keeping the old fashion style for Y2K cloud software products.

Cons

Deep lack of integration among modules , lack of advance filter options - again modules integration is a shortage that is prevailing from the beginning - keep in mind that this software are on market from almost 20 years ! Lack of power for WorkFlows , it is not able to create/delete records , no able to manage with - again! - related modules. Confuse workflows capabilities are able among versions. You have to be very careful about complex details hidden from version to version . It is very difficult to understand and explain the scopes of each versions.

Pros

The thing we liked most about Zoho is the amazing support team that always showed genuine interest in understanding what we do and how they can best help us customize their software to fulfill our needs. They were very open to consulting with us regularly, developing new features and doing small dev works even though we are not a large client. Incredible, and for a fraction of the price compared to other such systems that we have researched

Cons

Implementation and customization took 3-4 months until everything was working as expected but I guess that's standard for any software of this complexity in an organization.

Don't love it but don't hate it entirely either. It's just OK.

Pros

It has many features that better known CRMs have, albeit it's a process to mold this CRM into exactly how you want it.

Cons

Still trying to figure out where notes and data should live within contacts/accounts/deals. The notes don't necessarily transfer over, which is so frustrating.

Cons

I would not say there is any disadvantage of using this tool but ever since I've been using it, I have no cause for regrets.

Zoho is a powerful platform that can accomplish whatever CRM mission you give it - just be prepared to make some concessions in UI and UX.

Pros

Zoho CRM has the power and functionality to perform whatever CRM task you would need, from email campaigns to lead qualification. Plus, with many different integration options, even if the function isn't native, there are a lot of opportunities to have it plugged in.

Cons

The User Interface can often be challenging to navigate, and some of the customization options are either not intuitive or just not helpful.

Accounts and contact management. It was far more useful than working with spreadsheets. We counted with multiple sales user and Zoho allowed us to digitize our sales operation

Pros

It was super straightforward to customize and intuitive. It counts with bast functionalities. You can map fields dependencies to autoconvert from contacts to companies

Cons

Some customization features were limited. Many adhoc changes ended up in requesting customer support which ultimately told we needed to change the code to make it work.

Reason for choosing Zoho CRM

Zoho was cheaper and easier to use. It provided a sound free version

I highly recommend Zoho. The program is terrific and you won't be disappointed.

Pros

So a friend introduced me to ZoHo mail, at first I was, of course, skeptical because we live in a Gmail world...However I was pleasantly surprised. I really like the layout of the email a LOT MORE THAN GMAIL. The ease of reading, deleting, saving, creating new folders, sub-folders, replying, replying to all, logging in was terrific. I like how you can see all the emails. They have a feature where you can 'chat' too about a specific email, that's pretty neat. I like the app too, very user-friendly. I prefer ZoHo now more than G-mail.

Cons

I had an issue and tried to reach customer service, it took longer than I anticipated and it seemed like the person responding to my email was not getting what I was trying to say, it became rather frustrating, they did however finally resolve my issue.

I like Zoho. It was a comprehensive CRM. It gave a complete history with attached emails, calls, and additional notes. You could see what the entire history was on a specific individual.

Pros

Ease of use. Ability to customize fields

Cons

Some of the search functionality was a little odd. It wasn't as comprehensive. It's been a year or so since I've used it so it's possilble those have been adjusted. I couldn't search a criteria in a certain field. It would search that criteria throughout giving me a lot of false positives rather than what I was looking for. No duplicate entry notification.

Pros

Majorly this tool helps to build trusting relationships with clients and supports customer-centricity to the core. CRM functions are one of the awesome features which automatically trigger the functions and update the CRM records. Adding to that, uninterrupted access to customer data also provides a 360-degree view of customer interests and preferences. Based on the customer's requirement, We can create customized CRM.

Cons

Not much. Over-customization sometimes results in too clunky CRM systems.

I really hate it. My company forces us to use it as the CRM and we've all essentially abandoned it and rely on Google Sheets instead. Every action in Zoho is poorly thought out and it is such a pain to use daily. The features aren't even that great so making every action a chore + shotty features and it's a nightmare.

Pros

There are no pros that I can really think of other than they integrate with a lot of solutions, but that doesn't make up for how poor it is everywhere else

Cons

Honestly Zoho feels like it expanded too fast to offer various products without really focusing on one and polishing it before moving to the next. A lot of the features and functionality just feel lacking in practically every area and it's a pain in the butt to use for even the most basic of tasks. It makes repetitive work an absolute chore.
