### "Makes client management a breeze!"

Pros

Zoho has been an absolute savior in terms of maintaining information on our companies client list. From products to contact information, Zoho makes it easy to set up a client and maintain a fleshed out profile for reference. Most of all Zoho is easy to use. With all our clientele information feeding to Zoho, reports are easily trackable and is our go to place for anything related to our clients.

Cons

The largest complaint I can find is in order to gain access to more customization fields, you need to upgrade to a better license, however this isn't always ideal as you'll end up paying more for features you might not need when the solution you're looking for should be already available.

Pros

Its an all rounded product which have features from all the famous CRMs, which makes it a complete solution. Complete lifecycle of a contact/lead can be managed

Cons

Good Workflow Most of good features captured Ease of use - most of features and modules are self explanatory

Overall I am satisfied with the software and the things it helps me coordinate with my team members

Pros

I thoroughly enjoyed using the software. Give me better control over how to communicate with my colleagues and seniors. It was easy to check in and check out every single day. It helps the accountant maintain the records of how many hours I worked each day. It allowed you to video call your colleagues and senior over the software. I love the feature of deleting certain items for ever

Cons

I personally think the video call feature could be improved because I face some issues while video calling my colleague and seniors. The user interface could be a little better I think

Pros

The pluses of Zoho CRM is best experienced than told. They over-delivered on tools to manage your tasks. These are very important tools that handle functions like marketing, sales, deals, lead generation, projects, and content management. It is absolutely easy to use with a great user interface.

Cons

The user interface takes a little while to load. I would like the Zoho team to look into this one minus.

Si buscas un entorno donde TODO quepa y pueda desarrollar cualquier aspecto de forma conectada e integrada, eso es ZOHO. Tiene cualquier App ya en su propio sistema.

Cons

Si quieres sacarle el 100% del jugo, no quieras resultados inmediatos, piensa en tus flujos de trabajo, tareas, procesos y contrata un Partner que te dé confianza. Sino corres y te implicas, verás que todo cambia a mejor.

Daily organization of business contacts and leads.

Pros

There are a lot of additional support tools from ZOHO to fully customize the pieces and parts we need to run our business. We use the CRM, surveys, and social posts and all of these software talk to each other to keep us up to date on the latest leads for our sales team.

Cons

Some of the software is paid monthly and some are paid and renewed yearly. I wanted to consolidate my account to have only one receipt for each month or year, but the accounting team at ZOHO said they could not do that.

Pros

I have more than 118+ clients. Managing their records, licences, invoices,, credits, emails marketing, campaign and also Sprint tool that help you launch the tool like kanban. This is the most inexpensive CRM tool for sure

Cons

So, when you need some customisation with the features, you get limited options unless you hire a Zoho developer and get it customise for your need. The customer support won't do that for you.

At the moment it's what we have and we don't have the time to start looking again but it is most definitely not ideal. We are hoping to bring on someone to help with customization and depending on cost we may move to another product.

Pros

It's great that it has no limit on how many contacts you can have and the fact that it offers so many different apps as part of the overall Zoho platform

Cons

Out the box it's very basic, to really get it working how we would like it needs a great deal of customization which of course comes at a cost. It's also not user friendly for the average "non tech" type person, it's cumbersome and tasks take too many steps to accomplish.

Pros

It has helped me maintain a good relationship with my online clients.It's ease of use is even better.Having used it for quite some time since starting up my business, I would say it's it's been worth my money.For other business people like me,consider Zoho CRM for your daily dealings.

Cons

When it comes to customer support,I would ask Zoho CRM to upgrade on that as they also consider improving on the data security for its clients which is very crucial.The price too is on the upper scale.

Zoho allows me to keep track of my daily activities for clients and prospects. I am required to document everything, so having one place to track an document everything I do is important to me and makes my job easier.

Pros

I have used both the free and the paid versions, and both are great. The free edition is not just a "bare bones" version of the full upgraded Zoho, and still provides all the tools essential for running my business. The paid edition is full of features and customization capabilities that allow you to tailor the platform to perfectly fit your needs.

Cons

Honestly, my only current criticism is so small it hardly seems worth noting. I don't like that activity notes for a particular account appear on the main account screen for that client/lead. Really, that's it! In the past, I did have issues with running reports. That feature was not very user friendly. But I have not used reports in a while, so I don't know if it's still as complicated.

I use and implement Zoho CRM for 3 years. For me it's the best solution for all type of companies: from a one person company to a big corporation with multiple subsidiaries. It's very versatile, you can have a simple CRM that will allow you to register your sales informations in the free version, but with the same app you can create a complex CRM solution, including integration with Zoho or tertiaries applications, that will help you manage your sales process from the begining of a marketing campaign until the post-sales issues and gives you all the business intelligence you need for strategic business decisions. Moreover, in comparison with other CRM on the market, it offers the same or even more features, for half the price of other solutions, for example, with CRM Plus, you can have a complete solution consisting in nearly 10 apps, for only 60US$, unbeatable quality/price ratio!

Easy to use, cloud-based, versatile, afordable

Cons

Some translations in other languages than english could be improved, and if the price could be in Mexican pesos so that we wouldn't depend of the US$ rate it would be perfect!

Really loved Zoho CRM for whatever basic I used alongside Emails. Lead management, reporting & analytics was impressive. Will suggest to try out before going for the expensive alternatives.

Sometimes emails were delayed & spam filter can be improved
